• Gabriele (8/5): Ottima esperienza - Ottima la posizione, la metro è praticamente davanti al portone del palazzo e permette di spostarsi con facilità per l’intera città. Anche gli spostamenti a piedi sono facilitati permettendo di raggiungere in soli dieci minuti le principali attrattive turistiche. La camera è semplice ma pulita e ben insonorizzata. Il palazzo dove è ubicato molto tranquillo. L’host cortese e disponibile. Super consigliato Migliorerei la stanza aggiungendo un tavolo di appoggio ed un televisore più grande. Per quanto riguarda i prodotti da bagno sarei un po’ più generoso ed eviterei i piccoli flaconcini. Nel complesso però si tratta di dettagli che non inficiano sul giudizio complessivo ma che se migliorati renderebbero la struttura eccellente.

• Davide (8/5): - Ottima posizione a 2 passi dal centro storico e 10 minuti da Via Toledo, camera pulita e ben arredata Letto non comodissimo e rumoroso, la porta d’ingresso alla camera non si chiudeva bene dunque si sentivano i rumori esterni e trapassava la luce, idem per la finestra della camera, le persiane erano più piccole rispetto le finestre e dunque trapassava luce. Inoltre una notte improvvisamente è uscita acqua dalla doccia.

Era gelido. Non c'era il riscaldamento, ma un condizionatore con pompa di calore in camera. Il calore comunque non arrivava in bagno che rimaneva gelido. E la temperatura dell'acqua era o bollente o fredda. Inoltre ci hanno chiesto i soldi in contanti per pagare la tassa di soggiorno, durante il soggiorno stesso, hanno insistito, quando in realtà non é specificato da nessuna parte su booking l'obbligo di pagare in contant, ma anche con carta. Inoltre il.coprimaterasso veniva sempre via e ci ritrovavamo a dormire sul materasso, e nonostante abbiano cercato di rimediare, non hanno risolto il problema. Mi dispiace

In caso di non osservanza di ciò e nel caso si fosse creato un intasamento del wc avremmo dovuto pagare l intervento risolutore.

• Beata (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt , będziemy polecać to miejsce znajomym! - Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna w samym centrum zabytkowej części Neapolu. Spacerkiem można było dojść do najważniejszych zabytkowych miejsc. Piękne mieszkanie w starej, dobrze utrzymanej kamienicy. W kuchni przydałby się czajnik . Doszło do nieporozumienia w sprawie śniadania, myślałyśmy że jest w cenie pokoju, ale to mogła być nasza wina ,może nie sprawdziłyśmy dobrze przy zamawianiu. Nie było problemu bo mogłyśmy korzystać z kuchni a poza tym w Neapolu jest mnóstwo małych restauracji gdzie można zjeść śniadanie i nie tylko.

• Paoli (10/5): - La camera era pulita e molto spaziosa. Collocata vicino alla fermata della metro e anche alle attrazioni turistiche principali di Napoli. Il check-in viene svolto in autonomia, ma abbiamo comunque avuto la possibilità di conoscere la proprietaria, molto gentile e disponibile.
• Krzysztof (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja, przestronne pokoje, dobre śniadanie. - Obiekt jest nowy - to kilka przestronnych apartamentów w dużej kamienicy. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra - tuż obok stacja metra, a autobus z/na lotnisko ma przystanek 7 minut pieszo (przy terminalu promowym w porcie). To centrum miasta, ale okna wychodziły na cichą ulicę, bez ruchu samochodów. Starą, zabytkową część miasta można zwiedzać pieszo. Profesjonalny gospodarz. Dobre śniadanie Jeżeli chcesz długo pospać to weź pod uwagę, że w centralnym punkcie obiektu jest sala, gdzie serwowane są śniadania (8,30-9,30). Dwa apartamenty bezpośrednio z nią graniczą - może być słyszalny hałas.

Vaste chambre avec une grande douche, bonne insonorisation. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Matelas un peu creusé dans son milieu mais c'est du détail.

• Maria Teresa Vicente Vitoria (9/5): Gran elección - La habitación es muy grande, igual que el baño. Las toallas son grandes y suaves. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto, pero tiene limitada la temperatura mínima. Desayuno variado y completo: yogures, bollería, fruta, cereales, granola, huevos que te preparan junto con el café en el momento... Uno de los días teníamos que salir antes del horario del desayuno y Federica se ofreció a prepararlo antes, aunque al final dijimos que no. El día de salida pudimos dejar las maletas hasta la hora de irnos al aeropuerto, el trato con Federica es estupendo. La zona está genial, el metro Universitá en la puerta, a 12 minutos andando el centro. Hay restaurantes, cafeterías, heladerías, para tomar copas, tiendas, tabac... Todo al lado. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. La televisión era pequeña ya que hay bastante distancia hasta la cama y aunque hay muchisimos canales sintonizados ninguno es en español. La nevera de la cocina estaba desenchufada por lo que no pudimos dejar el agua enfriando.

• Aakansha (9/5): Excellent host and superb accommodation - I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation in Naples! The location is superb—right at the exit of the Università metro station, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The Napoli port was less than 10 minutes walk, perfect for catching ferries to the Amalfi Coast, and all the major sights in Naples were also within a 10-minute walk. The rooms were very comfortable, and everything was kept exceptionally clean and tidy, with daily cleaning provided. The host was warm, friendly, and very accommodating—super flexible and made me feel right at home. There is also an elevator in the building. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples!

• Charles (8/5): Great Location and Good Value - Pros: This 4-bedroom B&B is in an excellent location next to bus and subway stops. We booked a Large Double Room, which was clean and large with a comfortable bed, good shower, and it was quiet. The proprietor, Federica, was very helpful and accommodating. Next to the building is the Perfectoo Bar, where you can get cappuccinos and pastries for breakfast as well as food for other meals. Cons: There was no desk in the room even though the room description indicated that a desk would be there. We telephoned Frederica, who gave us permission to move one of the tables and chairs in the breakfast room into our room. The description also mentions that the B&B is accessible by a lift. While true, to reach the lift, you must walk up 5 steps in the (very unattractive) inner courtyard and 4 more steps to reach the lift. As my wife has difficulty with stairs, this was an issue. Before we arrived, Federica gave us instructions on how to open the main door to the building by entering a code on the adjacent keypad. Unfortunately, after numerous tries, the door failed to open. Eventually, someone opened the door to go out, and we were able to gain entrance. (Note: the pedestrian door is part of the large, main doors of the building, and one must step high over the threshold to go in – similar to a bulkhead door on a submarine.) While the shower was beautiful, the decorative brick wall in the shower has sharp edges. My wife had a large bruise from hitting it. Hooks to hang towels were inside the shower - we had to hang towels on window shutters in the bedroom. The wardrobe’s clothing bar was too high for my wife to reach it. We used the sofa bed to park our suitcases, as the TV was on the wall behind the sofa (and there were no luggage racks). Also, there were no instructions on how to use the TV or how to find English speaking channels. Finally, the old lock on our room door was difficult to use (think old-time skeleton key).

The directions that were sent by text through WhatsApp were not clear. We finally were able to find the B and B. There was no breakfast provided also.
