Я попросил поменять номер, так как он не соответствовал тому, что требовалось, и нам заменили его на такой же номер, но с нормальными условиями проживания. Завтраки хорошие. Район безопасный, метро рядом. Перевод на английский: “The thing I liked was that they were able to change our room. When we checked in, the air conditioner in the room was working very poorly. There was mold on the wall near the bathroom. I asked to change the room because it did not meet the expected standards, and they replaced it with a similar room but with proper living conditions. The breakfasts were good. The area is safe, and the metro is nearby.” The hotel is very old, and the building itself needs renovation. When we checked into the room, the air conditioner was working very poorly, and there was mold in the room.

Der Pool war klasse und das Bett eher hart was ich persönlich klasse finde, da ich über 100kg wiege und oft einsacke im Bett hier nicht passiert. Könnte mal erneuert werden bei den Handtüchern und vllt nochmal neu Farbe an die Wand, Blätter ein wenig ab.

• Xavier Max (9/5): Stunning, excellent value for money, ideally located in a colonial style building. Go for it, they deserve your business - Stunning property, ideally located in a colonial style building. Service is excellent. Good value for money. I particularly liked the little attentions, welcome card, calling me by my name, breakfast and its team remembering the my preferences… The little details making the difference and going a long way! There is only one minor issue on building maintenance, a few building walls here and there, have the paint pealing due to the climate humidity, but as I mentioned these are minor issues not affecting the rooms. The reason I gave 9 is not because of the above, but merely because there is always room for improvements in an Hotel. Furthermore as a Hospitality Industry professional I always set the bar extremely high and the Rose Residence has certainly reached there! Kudos to the entire team!

• SONGYI (9/5): 다시 머물고 싶은 호텔 - 위치가 매우 좋았음. 도보 5분 거리에 아침시장과 저녁에는 야시장으로 바뀌는 곳이 있어 편리했음. 수영장은 두 개였으나 숙박 기간 동안 건물 내 수영장은 보수 공사로 이용할 수 없었음. 대신 건물 옆 별도의 수영장을 이용했는데 충분히 만족스러웠음. 조식은 약 7~8가지 메뉴 중 선택할 수 있었고, 태국 전통 음식부터 서양식까지 다양하게 구성되어 있어 매번 고르는 재미가 있었음. 뷔페 규모는 크지 않았지만 전반적으로 만족스러웠음. 소소한 불편 사항이 있었지만 리셉션에 요청하니 신속하게 해결해 주었고, 무엇보다 직원들이 적극적으로 도와주려는 태도가 인상적이었음. 전체적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었음.

Die Betten war härter und somit für mich gut. Die Lage ist gut, mittendrin und doch ruhige Lage. Hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun aber es war ein nerviger Gecko anwesend in der ersten Nacht.

• Paul (8/5): A Wonderful Bangkok Base with Genuine Charm - The Rose Residence Hotel delivered exactly what a great mid-range Bangkok hotel should — excellent location, warm hospitality, and solid comfort at a price that left me feeling like I'd gotten a genuine deal. The location is hard to beat. Patpong Night Market is essentially on your doorstep, and a fantastic array of restaurants, spas, and local attractions are within easy reach. One of my favorite moments was lacing up my shoes and walking to Bangkok's historic Old Town in just 30 minutes — a fascinating area steeped in culture and history that felt like a world away from the buzz of the city. The staff throughout my stay were genuinely wonderful — attentive, friendly, and helpful without being overbearing. That kind of warmth makes a real difference when you're navigating an unfamiliar city. Breakfast was a highlight. Served on a lovely garden patio, it was made to order and included in the room rate — a great way to start each morning. The patio itself has a calm, relaxed atmosphere that gives you a moment to breathe before diving into the day. The room was a comfortable size, the air conditioning worked perfectly (essential in Bangkok's heat), and the bed was genuinely restful. For the price paid, the overall value is outstanding. If you're looking for a well-located, characterful hotel in Bangkok where the staff actually care and the little touches add up, The Rose Residence is well worth your consideration.

Ich war nur eine Nacht da und konnte nach dem Checkout am Nachmittag noch am Pool entspannen und sogar duschen gehen, bevor ich zum Busbahnhof musste. Einfach nur fantastisch! Der Garten ist auch sehr schön! Nichts.

Está en una ubicación céntrica, al lado del night market, pero con una entrada al hotel lejos de la calle por lo qué es muy silencioso. Una piscina grande y bonita con horario amplio. Muy buen desayuno con platos a la carta y horario amplio. Lo mejor: el personal del hotel, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte y facilitarte la estancia. Todo pefecto

Excellent buffet breakfast, nice outdoor pool, and a great location. 300m to to Sam Yan or Salai Daeng stations, lots of restaurants, Silom Central and Patpong all nearby. Lovely staff. The attached restaurant is superb - great ambience and food. Rooms are large and comfortable but getting to redecorating time.

La décoration de la réception est très agréable et on peut prendre son petit déjeuner soit à l’intérieur ou dans un joli petit jardin. Évitez de manger au restaurant de l’hôtel qui est accolé à la piscine, c’est très cher et ce n’est pas vraiment pas bon.

• Ronald (10/5): Ruhige Oase mitten im Chaos - Eine schöne, alte Stadtvilla inmitten von Hochhäusern. Aussergewöhnlich grosse Zimmern mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Trotz des chaotischen Strassenverkehrs und dem nahegelegenen Patpong Night Market ist es nachts absolut ruhig. Den schönen Pool und das Restaurant haben wir wegen der Hitze nicht genutzt. Das Frühstückbuffet ist umfangreich, und es gibt viele verschiedene Eierspeisen die man zusätzlich bestellen kann. Drei 7eleven Supermärkte sind fussläufig erreichbar. Metro „Samyan“ und BTS „Sala Daeng“ 10 Min. Fussweg. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Robert (9/5): A very nice boutique hotel with comfortable accomodations and a friendly staff. - Centrally located and close to the MRT Blue subway line, which saves a lot of time and aggravation getting around Bangkok. The room was clean and quiet, and the furnishings were high quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't utilize the dining facilities, so no opinion there. I would recommend that they develop a roster of actual guides, as the "guide" I was referred to by the staff was not a licensed guide, just a driver, did not speak English, and expected me to choose the destinations, which defeated the purpose of hiring him. I would have been better off just using Tripadvisor. Oh, and it would be nice if the porters, if that's what they were, could help out with getting luggage up the stairs in front.

• Brendan (10/5): Lovely hotel in good location - The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very enjoyable. The hotel was 2 minutes aeay from the nearest MRT station There was notbing to dislike!
• Stephen (10/5): A hidden gem offering a peaceful oasis and great customer service - The welcome when we arrived from a long journey was excellent and the service continued to be of the highest quality throughout. We loved the heritage feel of the building and particularly the tranquil courtyard for breakfast and connections to Sky trains and met were very convenient The pool chairs had seen better days and the pool was a great facility to have but the water could have been clearer
• Valaya (10/5): An absolute gem - What an amazing place this hotel is, a hidden gem in one of the busiest part of Bangkok. The moment you enter the lobby, you are transported to the charm and beauty of Old Siam. The air is suffused with the wonderful scent of roses. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. My favorite moment of the day was when I sat innthe garden to enjoy the delicious, luxurious breakfast (all included in the price) when you can choose from the buffet and/or from a selection of Thai and Western dishes. I also highly recommend having at least one meal at the fabulous Thai restaurant Ruen Urai on site. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Julia (9/5): - Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Bangkok. The bed was very hard not much sleep the first night. Talked to staff and they put on a topper which helped immensely. Staff were amazing and the breakfast was simply delicious, the best so far in Asia after 7 weeks travelling. Would definitely stay here again. Access to the hotel confusing for cab drivers to find. The pool was nice, but having to share it with the hotel/hostel next door was an issue as there are not enough seats for everyone.
• JULIE (7/5): A comfortable stay with a very comfortable bed and good-quality food. However, the food and wine were quite expensive, a - Good Location with metro close by Comfortable Room Delicious breakfast Worn out sun beds and parasols by the pool. Stained furniture at reception. You have to buy a whole bottle of wine as they don’t sell it by the glass. Expect to pay approximately £37.00 a bottle.

• Keith (9/5): A Hidden Gem - I have stayed here five times now. Convenient location, large comfortable room, good breakfast and nice staff. Will return if not overpriced. A nice small pool on the roof has been closed for over a year now? The fabulous ground floor pool needs attention. An ancient sun lounge collapsed under me, tiles need a deep clean, some paint on walls, change rooms etc.
• Olof Larsson (8/5): Familjärt och mysigt hotell mitt Bangkok. - Läget är mycket bra då det är nära både handel och park. Hotellet är placerat mellan stora hus blir det väldigt lugnt och behagligt. Härlig med ett lite mer familjärt hotell mitt i storstaden. Gillade verkligen deras bar. DEt börjar märkas att det gått några år sedan renoveringen och det är lite slitet. Kan vara svårt att hitta till för Taxi.
