Hocquart (9/5): Adresse de référence pour un séjour à Dinard - L'hôtel est particulièrement plaisant, avec une vue magnifique de la salle à manger. Il est aisé de se garer devant l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est de très grande qualité et très copieux. Le personnel est très aimable et disponible. Une excellente adresse pour un séjour à Dinard. Bien que je connaissais la question avant d'être à l'hôtel, la relative exiguïté de la salle de bain reste un sujet, de même que l'étroitesse de l'escalier pour monter dans les chambres (je souligne que le personnel s'est de lui-même proposé de monter les bagages). Vu la configuration des lieux et de l'hôtel, cette situation ne peut changer. Malheureusement.

Vincenzo (2/5): Rude staff in case of emergency and poor attention to customers’ needs - The place is nice, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience: I booked a room for four people with a convertible sofa bed. Returning to the room at 11:00 PM to go to sleep, I noticed that the bottom sheet was missing from the sofa bed. There was a mattress cover, not cotton, but the sheet was missing. The reception closes at 11:00 PM, so I had to call an emergency number (which in itself is questionable for a 4-star hotel). The person who answered (I assume the owner) arrived within 10 minutes, but once inside, he told me that the mattress cover was the sheet, and with condescending and extreme rudeness, he left without resolving the issue or even saying goodbye. Only after I called again outside the room, the manager take the sheet, this time in cotton like the other sheets and pillowcases, and left a maid to make the bed, but he left again without even saying goodbye and with extreme rudeness. Therefore, I must point out the extreme rudeness and arrogance of the staff in charge of emergency management, as well as the sloppiness in setting up the sofa bed, something you wouldn't expect even from the worst hotels, much less a four-star one. Willy (10/5): Bonheur avec vue - Superbe localisation et personnel très accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Le restaurant, avec une grade baie vitrée sur la plage est un spectacle à lui seul. Table raffinée et service attentionné. Séjour parfait !

Eva (10/5): Séjour ressourçant - La vue sublime sur la mer de notre chambre. La grande baignoire au milieu de la chambre. La localisation parfaite pour accéder facilement aux chemins de balade. Le petit déjeuner excellent.
Pascal (8/5): Très belle vue de la chambre, praticité du parking sur place, service pourrait être meilleur au vue des prix pratiqués. - Emplacement, vue de la chambre, parking Forte (mauvaise) odeur de refoulement des conduites d'eaux usées (douche, lavabo) en entrant dans la chambre. Il a fallu ouvrir en grand les fenêtres pendant 10 minutes en versant de l’eau dans les canalisations pour faire disparaitre les odeurs. Cela aurait dû être fait avant notre arrivée.

Marine (5/5): Décevant et trop cher - Spa et petit déjeuner Établissement sur côté qui ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles . Très déçu par cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas du tout le 4 étoiles. Odeurs d’égouts dans la chambre , nuisances sonores et literie non confortables . Capsules café non vidés … Bref très déçu nous ne reviendrons pas la !!!

Peut être qu’il faudrait un rideau/volet encore plus occultant pour la fenêtre côté rue, à cause des lampadaires allumés la nuit.
Daniel (8/5): Ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Blick über den Strand. - Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Da wenige Zimmer verfügbar, dementsprechend auch viel Platz beim Frühstück. Herrlicher Blick auf die Strand. Etwas knappe Parkmöglichkeit. Mit Glück gibt es freie Plätze direkt vor dem Hotel.

tiffany (1/5): booking.com sux - The hotel was great. The staff was great. The food was also pretty good. I would return to this hotel and recommend it to others. My low score reflects my disappointment that this hotel works with booking.com which I have found does not provide consumers with fraud protection and provides zero support when consumers are defrauded by property owners. In fact, booking.com left my husband and I without alternative booking one evening when we refused to sleep in dirty sheets (i.e., blood spot looking thing on a pillow case) at a property. Will never use booking.com again. Don't even know what they are good for anymore. Booking.com seems like a detriment not only to consumers but to hotels as well....jut ask Ireland.

Melissa (10/5): Exceptionnel! - Tout, depuis l’arrivée dans ce petit hôtel très joliment aménagé, la chambre Adèle était magnifique, avec la vue sur la baie, la cheminée dans la chambre (on y était en décembre), le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel et le repas du soir fabuleux. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Un magnifique séjour, on y reviendra. Merci à toute l’équipe! Rien, tout était parfait.
