So although room was ok the corridor had no wallpaper, the carpet was dirty due to renovations etc. So for over 90.00 Euros per night the experience did not match the cost. Either they should have explained to me before hand that renovations were taking place or the room rate should have been reduced. Aldi the WiFi / internet signal was VERY weak so I was unable to do work, check emails etc

- Bernd (9/5): Für günstige Übernachtungen mit Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen. - Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, schöne, saubere und ruhige Zimmer. Wir haben auf den guten Matratzen sehr gut geschlafen. Die aktuell laufenden Renovierungsarbeiten haben den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Da wir auf einer Konferenz waren, haben wir nur übernachtet und gefrühstückt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Dusche wurde während des Aufenthaltes vom Zimmerservice nicht gereinigt und teilweise der Mülleimer nicht geleert. Das ist aber ein Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau :-). Also keine Beschwerde, sondern nur eine Anregung, was noch besser gemacht werden könnte. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

- Voyager85 (5/5): Friendly staff, fair experience. Cleanliness so and so. - The staff was polite, professional, and handled the issue quickly without any arguments. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The corridor outside the room was dirty. The room itself appeared generally clean; however, the bed linen was not. I found hair on the sheets, which clearly indicated that they had not been properly changed. I reported this to the staff, who apologized and replaced the bed linen without any issues.

However, if you are coming to the city as a tourist, it is quite far from the center. The hotel doesn't match its price. In a double room, there was only one tiny blanket and a towel set for one person. The room was dirty, especially the toilet seat. The staff at check-in were not friendly at all, although the employees at breakfast were very nice. The breakfast itself was average, considering the price of the room.

Das Essen ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wurstsalat war nicht genießbar, musste ihn stehen lassen. Vor dem Hotel und im Hotel sehr unangenehmes Publikum. Als Frau allein sehr unwohl und unsicher.

Die Umbauarbeiten im Korridor und auf dem Flachdach,waren Optisch nicht optimal. Doch auch das wird ein Ende haben.
