- Andrea (5/5): One night only ! - The convenient location and parking, the garden area . It was just a bit of a random place with added on bits, it felt a bit strange but ok for a one night stay.

- Michele (9/5): great location and helpful staff - very good rate to leave the car while on holiday - rooms are ok for 1 night - not glamourous ! Restaurant within the hotel is excellent turkish food - staff very friendly and helpful - transfer by minibus to airport is great reliable thin walls and very basic rooms/bathrooms - but its very reasonably priced for the area - so no complaints

- Stephanie (9/5): Great place to stay for getting to and from the airport. Plus they have a drop off and pick up service - Good location to the airport Nothing

- Shakeel (5/5): Very poor and extra charge for parking - Very poor matienence needs refitting

- Jodi (8/5): Great stay before or after a flight. - The convenience of the shuttle service and the location to Gatwick Airport. The hotel was comfortable but quite dated.

- Sian (1/5): A really awful experience. - The location was great for what I needed to do as I was visiting family locally. The staff are unhelpful, nonchalant, and made me uncomfortable. They charged £10 a night to park, which isn't obvious on booking, so made the cost of staying there less competitive. The heating was off in the room so was freezing. The bed was hard, the bedding was a super thin blanket and a sheet, and a bed cover that was also thin. I got so cold overnight I bought a duvet for my second night. The curtains don't cover the window which made me really uncomfortable as it looked out into the carpark. The light switch is by the door and there are no bedside lights. The room was tiny. The bar was mostly unmanned, no music, no ambience, and again made me uncomfortable as a solo female traveller.
- Toni (10/5): -
- Chris (10/5): Great staff - Food was great Nothing
- Brookbank (4/5): Not bad - better out there. - Rooms are clean, lots of parking although it costs you £10 - standout for anything close to an airport. Internet is very poor. Overall, the hotel is feeling old. Comfy and for the discount money "OK", but will spend a bit more in the future.
- Wendy (8/5): - Reception staff and bar staff were excellent.
- Jill (9/5): Very convenient for an early morning flight from Gatwick airport - The room was good and the bed very comfortable. I found my room very quiet and the hotel is within easy access of Gatwick Airport. I booked this hotel because I read in the reviews that the shuttle service was free. I did message the hotel before arriving requesting the shuttle service and no one told me that there would be a cost involved. However when I checked in, I was asked to pay for the shuttle service. I also checked the section Travellers asking and many people asked about the shuttle service, but I could not find any mention of a price for the shuttle service. The bathroom was very good but there was no space to put any toiletries and nowhere to put shampoo & conditioner when showering.

- Oremie (5/5): Not so good! - Room was clean. Asked for a quiet room but a terrible noise was coming from next door every time they openned taps, used the toilet or shower. That is a problem that must have been complained about before. Had to search for ear plugs which luckily I found but not for ages and had to be up at 06.00am.
- Richard (7/5): Nice place good location for the airport but be prepared to pay for high parking costs - Close to the airport Paying £10 to park a car overnight
- Rory (9/5): -
- Karen (8/5): Good, efficient, perfect for an early flight from Gatwick. - Staff friendly and everything was easy and quick. Nothing
- Gareth (8/5): -
- Patrick (8/5): -
- Gillian (9/5): Good value, convenient and friendly - Good value, convenient and friendly Direction to the pick up point could be clearer Ie: follow signs to coach and bus stops as opposed to just bus stops which led me to the wrong place
- Dawn (8/5): - Very local for bus service,
Front desk very helpful 👌
- Hayley (7/5): Comfortable and convenient - Location very convenient, tidy room , comfortable bed The floor could have been hovered a lot better, I picked up quite a bit with my hand and put it in the bin, I would have liked a black out blind as the curtains did not quite cover the window
- Daniel (10/5): - Good location with access to bus stop N/A
- Kawthar from Mauritius (10/5): - Highly recommend the hotel, rooms are neat and quiet. Check in took a minute. Super helpful staff and kind. And the free shuttle service runs every 30 minutes!
- D (10/5): -
- JOSEPHINE (7/5): - The food in the Turkish restaurant was really good in the evening 😋 👌 I couldn't sleep at all .
- Andrea (8/5): -
- Jason (10/5): -
- David (4/5): Never again - Hotel doesn’t serve breakfast A hotel that caters for people flying out of Gatwick should have carpet not floor tiles in the corridors. I was woken constantly from 3.45 onwards by people leaving wheeling their suitcases along the corridor making an horrendous racket.
- David (5/5): Very basic - Breakfast was offered when we booked, but we were told breakfast wouldn’t be served the following morning Breakfast when we were driving on a long journey home
- Wayne (8/5): Great - Great so close Gatwicks north terminal Nothing
- Kirsty (1/5): -
- Janet (10/5): - everything was great , nice clean and comfortable staff were lovely
- Anna (7/5): Convenient, clean. - Close to airport and easy to arrange shuttle. Bright lights on the street/ car park which the curtains didn’t block out.
- Michelle (1/5): Overpriced dirty avoid at all costs - Nothing it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We could not fault the airport transfer service though. As soon as opened the door there were marks and stains on the carpet and crumbs. Room smelt funny. And the bathroom looked like Pooh stains up the side. Bed rock hard with horrible scratch blanket. I actually slept in clothes
- Yahaya (1/5): Below expectations, I must say. - The location is superb, and shuttle to the airport is good No air-condition, all stuffy
Dirty/Old kettle for tea with rust inside
- Karl (5/5): -
- Christine Ann (5/5): Ok but the heat in that room was awful - Our room was a block down the side of the building , The sun had been shining through the windows all day on a very hot day so the room was like an oven . We opened the windows and constantly got the smell of someone smoking a joint !
- Kathryn (10/5): Very comfortable, wish I could have stayed for longer - Clean , helpful staff
- Patricia (1/5): It was horrible and they n erd to be taken off - It was all men from Georgia and they talk to me like crap. I booked van and because I had 3 bags they left me to hire a taxi. Nasty attitudes. They seem frightening None of it
- MICHAEL (3/5): -
- Harriet (6/5): Great for airport parking - The hotel shuttle to airport is very useful, we used to hotel to park our car there for the duration of our holiday. Slightly outdated, some of the staff are rude.
- Colin (10/5): -
- Ray (10/5): Great value - Great staff, very close to Airport
And a shuttle service.
Also good value All the above
- Peter (7/5): -
- Christine (9/5): -
- Tasia (1/5): -
- Wilson (5/5): Freezing, off hand staff but a lovely shower. - Heating was just going off when we arrived and two windows had been left open on a night of 1 degree c. £10 charge for car parking was a bit much even with notice on the web page, it isn’t expected.
- Melanie (10/5): -
- Miroslava (9/5): Great location near both terminals, a reliable 24/7 shuttle, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff - The property offers an excellent location with convenient access to both airport terminals. The 24/7 shuttle service was punctual and highly efficient. The room was well-maintained, and the bed provided a comfortable night’s rest. Front desk staff were courteous, and the check‑in and check‑out processes were handled swiftly. Parking was reasonably priced, and the on‑site restaurant served high‑quality, delicious meals. Overall, the stay was pleasant and represented very good value for money. Not applicable.
- George (7/5): -
- Stewart (8/5): - Friendly staff easy to find
- Fadzi (7/5): - It's convenience to the airport and availability of transport to the Airport Being African i expected the room to
be warmer than what it was. I later felt comfortable about 6 hours into my booking.I had to fold the one blanket as well as the bed cover into 2 inorder to get my body warm.
So in all I later had 1 bedsheets and 1blanket folded in half as well as the coverbad folded in 2 to get enough warmth.
- Marc Neill (7/5): Gatwick Airport stay - Private parking
Restaurant on site
Airport transfer and pick up Transfer was sold as inc, but at the hotel we had to pay £5 per person
- Marc Neill (7/5): Airport stay - Private parking

- Beyza (9/5): Very friendly, clean and quiet place, easy to travel back to Gatwick Airport. - Friendly, clean place. N/a
- Daniel (8/5): -
- Energien uk Ltd (8/5): -
- Mrdanedwards (10/5): Great hotel, great price in a perfect location - The room was situated behind the hotel, away from the main road and was really quiet, even with the window open. There were road works right outside the hotel, starting early in the morning, and I didn't hear a thing.
The bar and restaurant were open late, meaning food and drink was still readily available when I arrived at around 8pm.
- Morris Carlton (6/5): -
- Timothy (10/5): -
- Annette (10/5): - Great ground floor room which I had requested as traveling alone and no lift in main hotel.
As I was going to the airport the next morning and I had a large case.
Complimentary Shuttle service amazing!
- Mhmd_Mkrm (9/5): Greate - Nice room near airport two separate buildings, you may carry your bags again to the other building after check in
- Jane (5/5): -
- Dan (3/5): - Force you to pay airport parking rate.
Refused to check me in unless I added parking, even after saying I didn’t require it
- Tara (3/5): - Very tired old place
- Spencer (10/5): Clean hotel but add £10 to park car in there car park - The room was nice and cozy and staff were really helpful I disagree with you have to pay £10 parking in the car park which is owned by hotel even with a disabled badge
- Robert (9/5): -
- Paul (7/5): Car parked. Good night sleep. Free shuttle. - Perfect location to get your head down before the long flight next day. Shuttle to airport there and back was included. And it took about 10 mins. No frills but extremely convenient. Car was safely parked for the duration and was available on my return.
- cherryl (10/5): Good value - Quick check in, convenience to airport, with parking
- Wathen (7/5): Last minute booking due to hiccup at airport so was not sure what to expect - Some Breakfast facilities. Even if only a few biscuits provided in room
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- Burns (10/5): -
- Anthony (8/5): Everything I wanted I got. - It was spot on for what I wanted. The service and attention from the staff was extremely good Nothing comes to mind
- Charlotte (1/5): -
- Philip (7/5): A very good and comfortable park and fly option. - Location for Gatwick airport excellent and parking.
Transfer straight forward. No breakfast on offer. Not clear in the information
- Sinclair (7/5): It was ok - It was close to airport, bedding clean, small room but well formed. Wardrobe hidden behind the mirror which was cool. Guy at front desk on arrival just told me to go round the back, no other directions and this is in the dark. There was a big step in/out of room and the door had to be slammed every time I went in/out of the room. Could hear other people so could use some insulation.
