- Martin (5/5): Günstige Form des Urlaubs ohne jeglichen Schnörkel. - Die Lage ist sehr schön. Essen haben wir in der Unterkunft nicht eingenommen. Für den Preis sehr viele Inklusivleistungen, bspw. Sauna und Fitnessraum. Das Personal war stets nett.

- Meta (1/5): Eine Erfahrung, die man nicht machen muss - Das Surfana liegt im Camping DeLakens, der sehr schön liegt und professionell geführt wird. Die Beschreibung auf Booking entspricht bei weitem nicht der Realität. Es gibt keine Frühstückskörbe, die Sheddies sind kalt, feucht und dreckig, das Personal unfreundlich. Das Ganze ist äusserst unprofessionell geführt und basiert auf einer Truppe Volunteers, die mehr zum Party machen als zum Arbeiten da sind. Während sich das dreckige Geschirr stapelt und das saubere längst ausgegangen ist, sitzt die Küchencrew gemütlich bei einer Rauchpause. Niemand fühlt sich bemüssigt, nachzuschauen, ob etwas nachgefüllt werden muss. Die sehr nette Yoga-Lehrerin ist eigentlich Architektin und Volunteer und hat diese Woche ihre ersten Lektionen gegeben....natürlich voll abgerechnet. Das healthy food ist äusserst billig. Die wenigen Vollornbrötchen sind immer gleich weg, übrig bleiben die billigsten Weissbrötchen, die in Massen eingekauft werden. Ich musste aufgrund eines Fehlers von Surfana meine Kreditkarte sperren, eine Entschuldigung oder wenigstens eine Antwort habe ich nie bekommen. In den Sheddies ist es abends laut und beklaut wurden wir auch. De Lakens: Gerne wieder, Surfana: nie wieder!
