- MARCO (8/5): - La camera rispecchia l’aspettativa, è dotata di aria condizionata funzionante e silenziosa e recentemente ristrutturata. Paragonabile ad un tre stelle di “prima fascia”. Location delle camere in edificio datato e mal tenuto esternamente e nelle parti comuni che precedono l’alloggio. Odore sgradevole in camera e bagno, l’odore lasciando aperta la finestra è svanito in camera ma non in bagno.

- giovanni (10/5): Comodo, soddisfacente, vicinissimo al centro di Sarzana. - Tutto automatizzato, la colazione si fa al bar quasi di fronte all'albergo. Camera grande molto illuminata da una grande finestra e una porta finestra che da su una terrazzina spaziosissima con panchina. Vista eccellente sulla fortezza di Sarzana e tutte le colline circostanti. Assistenza eccellente. Consigliatissimo. Unico neo ma non rilevante la wi-fi non funzionante, segnalato all'assistenza l'avranno già riparato.

- Irene (6/5): Camera confortevole e non distante dal centro, ma i servizi offerti necessitano di una descrizione più realistica. - Appartamento pulito e confortevole. La camera era situata in un edificio in costruzione/ristrutturazione con scale sporche, fili pendenti dal soffitto. I servizi offerti lasciavano a desiderare: non erano presenti bagnoschiuma e shampoo ma solamente un dispenser di sapone mani; era presente una macchinetta per caffè e the nel corridoio, ma non c’erano cialde di cui usufruire. Il giorno dell’arrivo siamo stati avvisati che per la colazione (inclusa) ci saremmo dovuti rivolgere ad un bar presente sulla via (strada trafficata nella zona commerciale/industriale)

Abbiamo avvisato la struttura ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Bagno maleodorante e senza prodotti da bagno.

Wc inutilisable et petit déjeuner pas sur place et il faut traverser une route très passante. De plus pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner minimaliste

- Roger (7/5): Good - The Guest House is a converted floor in an office block on an industrial estate, although converted to a high standard. The railway is a barrier to access the property. Unless you are aware you can use the station underpass as a public access, it is a long walk to find an alternative. The booking details said breakfast was included - it is but by vouchers you use in a cafe in the centre of Sarzana, another walk in!

- Jonas (7/5): Nice, clean and cooled. Disappointing location. - Nice room, looks a bit weird from the outside but when you get into the hotel part it's clean and cooled. Location was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was a McDonald's voucher wich was okay and close by but still, it's a McDonald's.

- Noor (7/5): Just comfortable enough to spend a couple of nights in a safe neighborhood. There is room for improvement. - Location was good. 10 mins walk from Sarzana train station which gives easy access to La Spezia and subsequently Cinque Terre. Quiet neighborhood and no people loitering around. Self check-in allows flexibility. McDonald’s is just adjacent to the accommodation and Lidl is 3 mins walk away. The drain in the shower is clogged and the water goes down very slowly. The air conditioner didn’t work well and wasn’t enough to cool down the room so we had to keep the door to the terrace open to let natural air in. Little dusty bed and found a couple of long hair strands on the bed.

The room is full of dust, ants, hair, the coffee machine is there but there is no coffee, and the water in the machine is green with algae, from standing. I cleaned the room with a towel that was mostly black. No one has been out on the terrace for years. So much of me.

- Chul (1/5): Bad - Not at all. The hotel did not inform us in advance that online self check-in before taking reservations. If I had known online self check-in at the time of booking, I would not have chosen that hotel. The elevator didn't work and the lights didn't come on in the hallways and stairs, so I turned on the flashlight and went in and out. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Coming up the stairs at night it was pitch black, had to use our phones flashlight.
- Joran (3/5): Locations was great for a low price. Facilities were realy bad. - The location was perfect for this price, ten minute walk towards the old town. We had quite a large private balcony with a good view. The staff were easy to get in contact with via booking.com and replied fast most of the times. They didn't do much with what was discussed though. The facilities were really bad. The toilet and the shower were broken. The toilet paper was not refilled and the towels not refreshed. The beds were extremely hard and the coffee machine was not connected with a power supply. The staf promised to fix multiple of above issues but in the end didn't.
