- IRVEN (8/5): Much improved - After my stay in 2023 I said that I would never stay at this hotel again. But I decided to give it another try. In 2023 the only thing great was the manager and staff in the restaurant. That year the rest of the staff acted like I didn’t exist. Unfriendly didn’t even start to describe the staff in the rest of the hotel. However this year it was an entirely different story. From the time we walked in the door to the time we checked out, the staff actually acted concerned about me. They went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was when I went to take a shower after a four hour ride only to find the hottest you could get the water was not even Luke warm. I asked the individual that was traveling with me if he had any hot water in his room and he said no. He said it wasn’t even warm.

The management of Varun Novotel should look into this and contact me if you want to learn more about your stupid operations.

Hotel is generally clean and the staff respond to house keeping or guest services. There were a few issues with the room for us, but they were taken care off. The spa services prices are reasonable,they have an amazing view on the terrace, with an infinity pool. I liked the walkpath around the hotel building on the terrace, but the exhaust coming out of the hotel put me off, as they blow directly on the walkers.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel staff tried to argue that the breakfast was not included with the reservation, had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Other than that frustrating issue, overall a pleasant experience.
- Chandra Bandi (10/5): Great stay - Had a really pleasant stay at Novotel Tarun Vijayawada. The staff were really friendly and quick to respond. The head chef Vinay is a willing and creative chef. Have ordered a quinoa pulav, as a special meal. It was made delightfully delicious. Great attention to detail. Chefs Sai and Purendra have fantastic ability to produce great food. The infinity swimming pool is a big plus. Highly recommended place
- Jonnalagadda (2/5): - Sadly very disappointing. Dirty toilet cover and hair all over when entered,Had to ask twice for this to be sorted, total lack of caring when reported that I was unhappy.
