• Joaquin Amiel (3/5): The worst check in that i did in my whole life - The apartment is very nice and well-equipped — it has everything you need. One of the worst check-ins I’ve ever had. Payment is cash only or bank transfer to a personal account, apparently to avoid paying commission, which felt unprofessional. Communication was difficult because the staff member’s English was very limited. Also, the location shown on Booking is not accurate. At night, it honestly sounded like they were killing chickens — really strange animal noises that were unsettling.

• Rafael (8/5): Comfortable, clean, and secure spot in a quiet alley — just be prepared for address quirks and cash payment. - The place was comfortable, clean, and nicely organized. It felt very secure, and the quiet alley location meant no cars passed by, making it peaceful. It was also easy to walk to nearby restaurants and cafes, which was convenient for exploring Hanoi. It has TV, refrigerator, microwave, stove, washing machine, sofa, coffee table, dining table. There was no visible sign for the hotel, and the building number is 57, making it sometimes confusing to find. You need to remember two different addresses: one for taxis (37/35 Cat Linh) and another for food delivery (57/35 Cat Linh). Only cash is accepted, which was a bit inconvenient. The security guard manages the building and you enter through the garage, which may feel unusual for some guests.

• HoChiMinhCitySomeone (5/5): Four days, four nights (but no weddings or a funeral) - The room was essentially okayish, and many good things were fit into not-so-large space. Having amenities like iron and ironing board is great. Suitability of the location of the place naturally depends on where one wants to go and how much. The attitude of the staff and their lacking language skill (English was mentioned in the description), the incomplete address in the description, the lack of instructions regarding how to get there, the lack of proper lobby and reception in favor of the basement, the lack of signage, the broken AC unit that surely kept half of the house awake (try lowering the temperature...), the need to go out of the bathroom to wash one's hands and to touch things with dirty hands to manage to do it (hygiene, anyone?), the lack of handwash.

• Valerii (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect, small local market few meters from APT morning time. Old Quarter near enough. AC outside block (Location behind the Window close to bed) is quite noisy, probably Require some maintenance. Would be nice to have at least hand soap and hand towel. Room 302.
• Cristian (5/5): last minute option; wouldn´t recommend - Windows are not actual windows, they are facing a hallway. Sound proofing was missing, you could hear everything from outside: dogs barking, people yelling etc. Bed sheets were really used up, partially teared with some holes in them, also some stains. Bathroom wasn´t very clean, with other people´s hair present, spider webs or some trash already existing in the bins.
• Paul (9/5): Cat Linh 2-week stay - The kitchen is fairly well appointed for Vietnamese cooking and the cooktop and refrigerator are very good. The toilet facilities are very good. The bed is comfortable and the room is a good size for 2 people. Great location close to markets, the train station, Van Mieu. The kitchen walls need a clean top to bottom, especially the range hood (thick layer of dust and the fan does not function efficiently as the filters are dirty). Very difficult to find the hotel for local drivers, also because there is zero signage in front.
• Filip (7/5): Good value for money for a short stay - Good location within a walking distance to the lakes and the old quarter. Very quiet. Personnel was super helpful and picked up the phone at 3AM to help us check in so late due to a flight delay. The kitchen could be better equipped. It only had two cups, no glasses and there was no tumble dryer as opposed to the description and this time it was super important for us after full-day exploration in a heavy rain. :( Difficult to find as there was no sign whatsoever and the location shown on Booking was wrong. The address was also missing the building number which is #55.
• Anastasiia (2/5): Don’t recommend. - Location So bad service! We had to wait one hour (!) only because no one was in this « hotel » (actually it’s apparts). Only one guard man who doesn’t speak English at all. We waited don’t know what actually. Everywhere in Vietnam we paid in the reception but here it’s impossible. I asked questions in messages on booking. Owner didn’t answer during all our stay, 3 days. And only on the day of our departure guard men again came to us ask to pay by cash (I told him at first day that we have only card). Seems owner doesn’t care. I wrote her again as it’s my job how I can pay by card. She wrote that she’ll come in 30 min. We were late already for the bus. And she was late for one hour! And she even doesn’t apologize. Strange attitude. And asked for adding plus 3%, why it like this? No one Hotels ask for this in Vietnam. We always paid card. No hot or even warm water. No spoons or forks. Poor dogs are barking very loud every morning. What’s happening with them. Not clean apartment. We had to clean by ourselves.
• Sagar (10/5): Value for Money. No hassle, clean, and professional service. - The apartment is situated in a very nice and local neighborhood. People are very friendly, there is a very nice coffee shop in the street, and amazing food on both its ends. The staff at the property is very kind, and is willing to help you with most things. The check-out time is strict, which is fair --- but do keep that in mind. I stayed in the superior apartment for 10 nights, and the apartment was very clean with new linen when it was handed to me. The apartment got cleaned twice in the time I was there, which maybe less if you plan to spend too much time at home. It is very much value for money. I did not assume this was a hotel. It is a very good sublet, at a great price, and has additional services. But maybe calling it a hotel is not correct.

• Maja (9/5): Superb - Apartments in the neighborhood far from tourist traps so the shops and coffee places around are mainly for the locals and therefore so much nicer and better priced. Apartment was very clean, had everything we needed. I recommend this place. After 22 they close the main entrance so each time you get in and out you need to wake up a door man.

• Bao (2/5): It wasn't a pleasant stay. - Staff was very responsive, and tried to cater to your needs when you request for them. For example they messaged me before my flight there, and also changed my pillow to a firmer one when i requested for one. I'm going to be very objective over here. This is NOT A HOTEL. This is a warehouse, with people using the lobby (2nd pic) for packing of goods and it also serves as an office. The entrance has no signage of any sort, and i would say it's impossible to determine the location of the property when you are first looking for it, as the address given on the website does not match the actual property as well. Even multiple grab drivers can't get me to the right location. It has a shutter(3rd pic- how the "hotel" looks like from the front) in front which is closed at night, so you have to ring the doorbell and someone will move the shutter up for you. Similarly if you're going out at night, you have to ask the guy to press the shutter up for you, all of which is a big inconvenience on my freedom to get in and out of the place, plus it's also pitch dark on level 1 and also outside the property. The room itself is decently clean and sizeable. Bed is not comfy though, as i did not get a single night of good sleep despite my 12 days here. When i came, one side of the sheets actually had shoe marking on it, as though someone stepped on it to access something. Toilet doesn't look very clean, and also the water always chokes when you bathe. Hot water works perfectly fine thank god. There was also once when the toilet reeked heavily of smoke, because i think someone on top was smoking and it came thru the vent. The entire property then smelled of smoke which i just had no choice but to get out of my own room. The washing machine cum dryer is located in the lobby and it's shared. Upon opening it i saw so much dust built up that i just went to a laundry shop to get my clothes cleaned instead. Overall, it is a cheap accom, but i definitely don't recommend it for female travellers, as it feels dangerous.
• HANOTARO (10/5): - 21時頃チェックインしましたが、ホテルではなくサービスアパートメントなので、守衛が一人待ってくれていた。部屋はとても綺麗で写真通りの部屋でとても満足した。日本のテレビも沢山見れたので本当に自宅に居るみたいだった。ソファーが少し汚れていたのが気になりましたが、合格範囲。早朝5時過ぎにチェックアウトした時も守衛がシャッターをすぐ開けてくれたのでスムーズに出る事が出来た。また利用したいです。

• Pang (2/5): - Found it according to the address... Named "Dandelion Apartments" instead of the listed name... Stayed 1 night, went out of hanoi, and stayed 1 night again. Very bad experience... Booked 2 different room types, Standard room and Deluxe room... Was given Standard room for both stays... Front desk was totally not aware of the bookings, and just gives any available room... And it was "the only available room" when i booked the Deluxe room and was given the Standard room... When leaving Hanoi, wasnt allowed to keep my bag inside the hotel even when i will be returning for a stay... very inconvenient. Rooms were well equipped with kitchen, iron and washing macchine, but the guest experience was very very bad.
