Building shakes with street movement. It has no noise reduction. You can hear both the street and neighbors in the adjacent room as if they were in your room. Location is great.

roy (10/5): - We had a great 4 night stay in a King deluxe suite. Good room with large fridge and 2 burner induction stove. Excellent wifi and a good TV , commfiortable bed. Great Location. I think the only thing they could improve on is its time to upgrade non stick pans. Also providing a free welcome bottle of water would be nice and easy. Staff were awesome!! Would stay again no problem
Sriyani (8/5): - Mexico City is in an earthquake zone. There was an earthquake alert the night we checked in - and being foreigners we didn’t know what the sound was. We heard later that we should have vacated the building when we heard that sound as a precaution. But we weren’t told to do that nor did anyone call our room to ask us to evacuate. Luckily nothing catastrophic happened.

The location is great with plenty of restaurants, bars, markets, laundry facilities, etc within walking distance - while not being in a ‘loud’ or ‘late nite’ environment. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Perfect for extended stays or if you prefer to cook here and there, have a full-sized refrigerator, etc. Highly recommend!
Justin (10/5): - I was here for 11 days total. You can see my other great review. But I forgot to mention the WiFi works perfectly and there's a switch to reset it if you have problems. Our switch was under the counter on the bay window side of the room. The bay window opens right into the street a few feet above the sidewalk. Pretty cool feature of one of the rooms. Cleaning service was awesome!

Maria Del Carmen (10/5): - Smoke free, clean, quiet and safe area with a Walmart Express and convenience stores nearby(Oxxo). I really liked having the well equipped kitchen to cook breakfast so we could have more time to go out and venture. There are plenty of options for dining nearby & some deliver or do carry out. Armonik Suites has a glass entry way with stairs but a rail would help especially for people mobility issues. Elevator is available with a TV lounge as well in main lobby- I think all rooms are in upper floors. There is an additional restroom at each floor and our suite restroom was a good size with new toiletries daily and hair dryer to use. Room has a TV, safe, a few drawers, hanging closets with plenty of storage plus iron w board and luggage rack. In addition, there is a small table with 2 chairs. AC unit works well as it gets hot-only works w card inserted. Also, we later discovered a terrace & fitness room. There is a 24 hour staff member at front desk if you need anything. Everyone was kind, professional and attentive. I really liked coming to such a lovely quiet area after being out with tons of people everywhere. I would definirely consider this place again as it is safe and quiet. I used Didi app to get around & it was easy -it translates to Eng-price for most part was definite as street closures at times made ride longer.

Minibar prices were reasonable. Downsides were that the bathroom was small/hard to maneuver because of the door blocking the toilet, and the walls were thin but I’d known that from other reviews and was prepared with earplugs, though the hotel provided earplugs as well. No restaurants on the block but several 1-2 blocks away.

Flor (8/5): Credit card overcharge - When we checked in at front desk charged us 1000 pesos for incidental which I understand , then went to the room, shows each coffee is 20 pesos , if you charge 2210 pesos a night and can’t give your guests 20 pesos coffee , that says you are not ready for big time hotel business ! Then first day we did not have any hot water, had to go to the desk and came back on two hours later. When ready to check out , we were told 1000 pesos will be returned within 3 days , after 4 days no money was returned and when called they said they are unable to return it to the credit card. If you want your money come to the hotel to pick it up cash. Now we are back in the US. We called a friend who got Uber to and back at our cost to collect our money that their system was unable to return, totally disappointed !!

Asmaile (4/5): - The first King room we had on the 5th floor was excellent, quiet and comfortable bed. But the elevator was out of commission and after being told it was being repair two days in a row and nothing happening we asked to be moved to a lower floor. They had a queen room on the 2nd floor, room was very similar aside from the bed size but it was very noisy and the bed much less comfortable. Loud street noise and I can only assume the employee breakroom was above because all night long chairs moving, machines making noise etc. Plus you could hear the next door guest snoring loudly as if in the same room as us In addition on the 3rd night of our stay they placed far left extremist flags in the lobby which if they had been there at checkin we would have left and found a different hotel.

The neighborhood is very safe and withing walking distance to restaurants, shopping, cafes, parks and the list goes on. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Mexico City.
Antonella (10/5): - This hotel is immaculate in cleanliness. The staff are polite and extremely helpful. There were minor issues that happened that were dealt with urgency and were resolved. There is no food onsite but they do provide a fridge, stove and microwave to prepare your own meals. There are a few restaurants in the area and convenience stores for amenities. All in all a great hotel and a great stay.

As well, the air conditioning system makes a start up noise about every 10 minutes, and this is not noticeable until it is time to sleep. The hotel did supply earplugs, complementary.

Dora (8/5): - I think it was a great deal. I paid around $120 for three nights and the location was excellent. I also felt very safe. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was small, the bathroom was very small (not recommended for big people but if you are petite you will be just fine) but it didn’t bother me as all I wanted was a private bathroom. Our room was infront of reception so it was a little noisy but I preferred the noice over bringing my luggage up the stairs. And noise doesn’t really bother us, bring ear plugs if that’s a concern for you.

Janek (10/5): - This is a relatively new boutique style hotel. The room was spacious and had a clean kitchen, bathroom and bedroom area. Having a suite with a sofa and breakfast bar area, as well as a full kitchen, was definitely a plus. The only negative is to be expected: street noise and noisy party next door one night. The street noise is due to early morning traffic and the vendadors with their loudspeakers. The suite next door with the party caused us to ask to be moved to another room for our last night, which the front desk accommodated without a fuss. I would still recommend this as a clean and well appointed room in a nice area of Mexico City, close to exploring all major sites.

Valeria (10/5): - Excellent location, very walkable and centric. The suite was very clean and very well-appointed. I liked that there is a fully stocked mini-bar for those who want/need it. However, I would have appreciated at least one bottle of water as a courtesy (there were two available for purchase) considering one cannot drink tap water in Mexico City. The walls are a bit thin and other guests can be heard, but I think the management is aware of that, and courtesy earplugs are provided, which I appreciated. Guillermo at the front desk was super nice and attentive all the time. Overall a great experience, will definitely stay here again.

Geni (8/5): 10 out of 10 - This was our third stay, and the accommodations were excellent, as we expected from our previous experience. However, during the first night of our two-night stay, the internet service was unusable. It was connected, but it would not deliver content. The next day, it was lightning fast. We mentioned it to the host at checkout, just for his information, and he said to write it down, so that’s why I mention it here. The beds here are the most comfortable we’ve found in Mexico, the water pressure is fantastic, and we have never run out of hot water. The rooms and entire property are sparkling clean, and if you need anything at all, the staff will find a way to provide it. The neighborhood is very inviting, with every type of restaurant within easy walking distance.

Verified traveler (10/5): Great location - We loved this hotel's location; it was very safe and convenient. Having the kitchenette was great for a longer stay, and staff was helpful and responsive. My only complaint is that a couple of weekdays, there were absurdly loud parties/music at midnight - 2 AM that were so loud, the front desk surely had to have been aware of them due to the way the hotel is laid out. I wish they had been more proactive about controlling the noise. Also, this hotel doesn't have A/C, which may be a dealbreaker for some people. We got by but it may be too much during summer.
Chad (10/5): - I stayed at Armonik for two weeks, it was simple a perfect experience. Clean, comfortable, great area close to everything. But the best was the staff, every person at the front desk was courteous, kind, happy and helpful with everything. I simply could not be happier with my stay.
Evgeny (6/5): - The stay was OK, there were some minor issues at the checkout, but the stuff fixed everything quickly. The main issues: there is no soundproof at all, - you can hear what's happening at your neighbors (there are 2 doors blocking the entrance), also, there is not air condition (my fault, I haven't checked it while booking). Wouldn't stay again.
Joseph (8/5): - Superb staff. Comfortable bed. Clean. Excellent location except for the fact that the front of the hotel faces a moderately busy, noisy street.
Miriam (10/5): - The place is exactly as displayed in the pictures. Very comfortable, spacious, and with all the amenities one can think are essential. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!
Julien (8/5): Great location and great service! Easy to go out! - It was a great location and felt like you were renting an apartment in Mexico City. Also it was awesome to be close to the Chapultepec park and castle. Spacious rooms and kitchen. Very good weather the entire week! Sun every single day in Feb. Only slight issue was sometimes there was noise from outside or neighbours in rooms next door. But was honestly great otherwise!
