Guest Reviews
- Jessica (6/5): Only stayed a night. Would have enjoyed my stay more if not for above mentioned problems, - Bathroom light wasn’t working properly. Vanity sink was clogged and comforter had pink stain.
- Maree (6/5): Cheap and decent - Nice price Hard to find because rooms had same numbers from inside and outside there was never any decent breakfast left if you waited longer than like an hour and a half after breakfast started so so much for free breakfast cause there really wasn't much of anything to choose from if you didn't go right away. We had a wet spot on the floor in front of our bed no idea where it came from but it was there the whole time we were there weren't sure what's going on with that.
- Deborah (1/5): - The price was changed from the agreed upon price. The pool was roped off. The fitness center was closed.
- Kim Emery (10/5): Best - It all Nothing
- Michelle (7/5): - Its in a good location, friendly staff, easy check in and out. Will stay again. On Sunday night the pool was closed.
- biswas (7/5): - Rooms are big, bed linen is clean Breakfast options are limited compared to other locations
- Felix (7/5): -

- dbp (8/5): - SO you pay on booking .com after they give you a price, and when you arrive they will charge an extra fee
and call it a convenience fee. It almost seems like false advertising no mention of this fee in booking .com.
you won't get the room without coughing up the extra money, seems almost like a scam...
This has never happened with any other booking..

- Eric (1/5): Horrrible and terrible service who only cared about money and charging hidden ammenty fees. - Leaving, It was a terrible experience. I checked in and checked back out within a half hour. The room was disgusting, dirt all over the room, peeling paint, pictures upside down, dirty bathroom. Large black spots on the bed and what appeared to be large reddish brown blood like stains on the lamp shade and underside of the bed. Staff did not care one bit. DO NOT STAY HERE. A cardboard box would be better quality. It was a terrible experience, DO NOT STAY HERE. I checked in and checked back out within a half hour. The room was disgusting, dirt all over the room, peeling paint, pictures upside down, dirty bathroom. Large black spots on the bed and what appeared to be large reddish brown blood like stains on the lamp shade and underside of the bed. Staff did not care one bit and I have called over 8 times to talk to a manager or owner and have been given an endless runaround and they somehow dont know when they work on the schedule next or I always just missed them even tho I called before and after both times they've told me to call. Not to mention that the pool is located in another building which is annoying during winter but doesnt matter and they charge a hidden ammenities fee when you arrive. DO NOT STAY HERE. A cardboard box would be better quality.
- Meir (5/5): Adequate - We were able to be moved on-site to a double-bed from a single-bed room with a small surcharge, which was great. Location is also very convenient and easy to access within Gorham though do not expect to access much by foot in winter. Real rate diverged from rate listed on Booking, building and room layout is awkward (ended up in a room with virtually no natural light), cleanliness is merely okay, and the breakfast is symbolic at best.
- Hildreth (10/5): - Size of the room for 2 with hiking gear, plenty of space to share, bed was comfortable...coffee was great! Breakfast the following morning before we went on day 2 of hiking was perfect ! Look forward to staying again soon.
- rhonda (10/5): Easy check in process, staff very friendly, room was very clean. - The cleanliness N/A
- Thomas (1/5): Won’t be staying here again - In a decent location Pictures below of what to expect. Overall disappointing. Stained bedding, dirty floors, cracked shower handle. The hot tub and pool were filthy. Sauna freezing cold and no gym to be seen like the one in the pictures. Front desk charged an $8 per night “cleaning fee” upon arrival after I had already booked and paid in full online. Bottom line this place is shady and not worth staying at. Much better options in the area
- Babbitt (4/5): Guest service was great, but the hot tub was not working. The pool was hotter than the hot tub. - Guest service was great, but the hot tub was not working. The pool was hotter than the hot tub. The hot tub was the reason we chose this hotel & it was cold.
- Kamber (5/5): -
- Victoria (8/5): - Very friendly and clean
- William (9/5): staying again in 2026. - Great. Rain.
- Jason (4/5): Room was OK for the price. - Room was dated, but clean. Breakfast was OK. The room had a weird smell upon entering. Bathtub took a bit to drain. The hot tub looked nasty - film floating over entire top of water. Pool water was cloudy. No showers available to use before getting in. No pool towels available.
- Paul (6/5): -
- Mario (9/5): -
- Karine (6/5): -
- Mathis (5/5): -
- Lisa (2/5): - The hot tub and pool were nice. The place needs alot of work things we're broken everywhere. The beds are so uncomfortable. There's nothing to do in the town.
- Lovell (10/5): - We love staying here! It's a nice, quiet area
- CAMILLA (9/5): - Bed was comfortable and friendly staff No chest of drawers in room.. missed having danish and yogurt at breakfast bar
- Rose (4/5): - Love the location, and the arcade is fun could use an update. I dont like the fact the heated pool was not heated, it was freezing and not able to be used, unaware the hot tub was under maintenance, the king bed was not comfortable nor worth 90.00 dollars i paid for the night...
I usually enjoy my stay the one I did not ..
- Kimberly (6/5): Booked this hotel for the price, location, and pool/ hot tub(which was out of order) It was decent, you get what you - Price was half the cost than others in the area Booked and payed thru booking.com, and had to pay an additional $17 amenities fee— which there is no fitness center-crossed out of the binder in room even tho it’s advertised on website, and hot tub was out of order (looked like it had been that way for some time)
- Edna (10/5): It was great - Clean room. Very spacious Nothing
- Asraf (6/5): -
- Paula (3/5): - There were several staff who were exceptionally helpful. One carried my heavy suitcase down from the second floor for me. The wing of the hotel we were in was not secured. No lock on the outside door.
- catrinel (2/5): dont like it - room smell cheese and toilette was black inside The owner very rude and impolite with guests, brekfast poor no eggs no sausages and no toaster to do bread toast and one waffers machine for 88 rooms.
- Nancy (5/5): Good location in need of attention - Great location to tour the area. Close to bars and restaurants. Sink and toilet in need a repair. Mattress needs replacing. Lamps didn’t work. Deep clean needed (trash from previous guests behind tables.
- Terry (8/5): - Everything was ok
- Ani-Claude (3/5): -
- Lfeeney (7/5): - Close to everything we wanted to see The breakfast I would say was nothing
- Angelo (7/5): -
- Pamela (9/5): Nice and quiet. -
- Debra (4/5): - It was a place to sleep.
- Sandra (4/5): - Not even an elevator, or notice there of when making reservation.
- Earl Edward (10/5): - Breakfast was lacking.., broken equipment
- cristina (10/5): - Great for what we needed.
- Stewart (4/5): - bathroom didn’t include vanity sink
- Barbara (6/5): - Confusing which bldg
- Luke (3/5): - Location is convenient The room was not cleaned well, the shower was disgusting
- Suzie (3/5): -
- Patsy (10/5): - Very clean and big rooms! Friendly staff and conveniently located!
- James (8/5): - Clean room with small fridge. Bathroom sink is separate from toilet and shower. Close to good dining options. Easy access to ATV trails.
- David (4/5): - Heater smelled bad, fake veneer peeling off all furniture, bath fan/light made grinding noise. Room was nothing like what was pictured on website. Pool and hot tub need a new paint job. This facility needs better maintenance. Not worth the 200+ spent for the night.
- Michelle (2/5): - Room had no windows and boarded up skylight. When asked to change room, front desk employee was extremely rude and said if we don’t like it we can leave. Had indoor pool that was supposed to be heated, but was cold. Then found there was something that looked like feces in the pool. Went back to the desk to tell them, she didn’t seem to care said she would have someone check it out. We went back 4 hours later, it was still there and people were at the pool. Comforters on beds were stained. It was the most disgusting stay I have every had anywhere.
- Kimberly (4/5): Stinky but clean - Smelled sour and musty- door to balcony would not lock. Changed room. Second room was clean but still smelled. Was glad it was only one night. Should have 7.5 rating
- Jennifer (8/5): - The swimming pool was amazing - 3 lap swim lanes. I have never seen an indoor hotel pool this big! Hotel was somewhat dated. Great General Store across the street.
- George (10/5): - Nice clean room...the desk is not manned before 8am. They have a laundry and game room but very limited on vending machines.
- Barbara (8/5): -
- Lisa (9/5): -
- CPMISKOLCI (7/5): - We managed to stay one night in this hotel. 👍 The breakfast was very inadequate compared to what we paid for a night's stay. This hotel needs more maintenance both inside and out.
- Todd (4/5): - Hotel had a side building. My room was in the side building. The room smelled like a locker room. This is not an exaggeration. The carpet was repulsive. I walked on towels. I'm a hiker, I'm used to walking in bad places. The carpeting felt almost sticky and was visually unclean. Linens and sheets were clean.
- Sharon L (7/5): -
- Prabhas (8/5): -
- John (4/5): - Property needs repairs and new carpeting. The pool / sauna looks like it hasn't had maintenance since 1990. My room was supposed to have skylights but both were boarded over. Breakfast options almost non-existent. Tiny galley kitchen with very few options. Room for only two people at a time.
- Michael (8/5): perfect for our short stay. - the pool is actually for swimming (swimmers will know what we mean), we were positively surprised by that. the rest (room, breakfast, parking, ...) met our expectations for an Inn in rural New Hampshire. it was also clean and the beds were comfortable.
- MARIE (10/5): - Very friendly staff!!!!
- Gerald (8/5): Beautiful Gorham - Great indoor pool, hot tub & sauna
Excellent location.
Very friendly front desk folks
- Nathan (5/5): Avoid junk fees; go elsewhere - A decent facility at its price point. Even though booking was prepaid through Booking.com and clearly labeled "includes all taxes and fees," staff insisted on additional junk fees paid at the location nowhere indicated earlier. Basically, small-time scammers. And, I hate small-time scammers even more than I hate secret junk fees. Unless you get a special pleasure paying bogus fees from small-time scammers, go elsewhere.
- Himanshu (10/5): Great place to stay if visiting Mount Washington - Close to Mount Washington All good
- Truitt (8/5): -
- eli (2/5): - there was a horrible smell in the room. I asked to change rooms and was told there were no more. it was very late so we had to stay, but there's mold in the bathroom, its falling apart, and no screens on the windows
- Sandra (6/5): - When we arrived expedia was blamed. We did get three rooms all were not on first floor, one was handicapped and that had one queen when we were to get two. Breakfast area could be made bigger by eliminating one room. Just really wsntrd you to know expedia was to blame for our room situation according to them.
- Anne (10/5): - The property was clean. Service was friendly and prompt.
- Carolyn (6/5): It was worth the money - The pool and hot tub were awesome and warm! The beds were uncomfortable and the room needed some updating
- Tammy (6/5): - Everything seemed fine and then one side of the room smelled of urine. It was gross. Beds were comfortable and I am glad we slept on the one that had no smell of urine.
- Lisa (2/5): Horrible - The place absolutely horrible. The pool are was not kept up and down right disgusting with mold and filth. The rooms smelled terrible. The price that we paid to stay in this dump was absurd. Do not recommend.
- Josta (6/5): - Diety
- Md Abrar (6/5): -
- Frank (10/5): - Everything
- David (3/5): Would never stay there again. - There were enough pillows and outlets. Hidden fee. Kayak and booking.com say the price is all in, including free breakfast, then you get there and it's $8 more per day "resort fee" for breakfast, pool, and sauna. We already paid more than nearby places bc of those things. False advertising and they got rude about it. Also the pool is ancient with peeling paint and that room is unvented and way too hot/muggy so you can't enjoy the hot tub. Breakfast also stays at 7 not 6, which is s problem for hikers.
- Caroline (10/5): Je retournerais dans ces établissements s’en hésiter - Les lits ultra confortable Déjeuner très peu de choses à manger
- John (1/5): Bad - The room was uninhabitable. The furniture had strips of veneer peeled off of it, hanging there The furniture was grungy. We booked here, trusting the Quslity Inn name. Never again!!!! We had to leave it was just so gross!!!!! Everything!!!!!!!!!!
- Megan (10/5): - This is the second time I've stayed at a Quality Inn. Always clean and pleasant staff.
- pamela (8/5): - Good location and friendly staff.
The 2 rooms was clean.
My room the paint in the bathroom ceiling shower was peeling. The tub needs to be refinished.
- Motorcycle (9/5): Superb -
- Gilmete (1/5): Awful uncomfortable - Nothing Everything
- Heather (4/5): - Four outlets don’t work, the toilet seat has been painted and the paint is peeling off, the glass doors are filthy and smeared. They’re doing construction so maybe it’ll be updated soon. It’s called a resort but it needs upgraded.
- sharon (10/5): - Large room, clean, big pool but it was so hot in the pool area it was hard to sit watching the kids for long
- Leigh (2/5): - It was noisy at night
- Jody (10/5): - The hotel was nice for the price, decent breakfast with an excellent large indoor heated pool. Also has a sauna and hot tub. Dryer never turned on after putting in the required 7 quarters but the nice front desk staff walked over to dryer with me and made sure to get it working for me. Staff were all super nice and friendly. Room was clean with coffee pot microwave mini fridge decent tv literally everything you could need. My son and I had perfect WiFi service. The pillows were a bit lumpy and weird but apart from that the hotel itself was perfect and all for a great price. I’d definitely stay there again.
- Rick (4/5): - Hidden fee added for ‘amenities’ not mentioned when booking.
- Abbie (1/5): Bad - It's located within walking distance of some restaurants and a park. The room was not the cleanest or the most private. The converted sliding glass door had no privacy curtains so if someone wanted to spy on you they could. The indoor pool that you see lovely pictures of is next door in a shut down health club that is all closed up except for that room. It's dark with peeling paint in the pool. The hot tub is fine if you like mold. I passed on that. We followed a sign to the pool and ended up in an abandoned dark hallway before we were given the directions to the pool which meant not following the signage at all-- all but one of those main doors were locked too. The beds are not comfortable. The "artwork" on the wall is upside down. And for an additional kicker- if you book here on Book King dot calm you get to pay 2 times the cost of the room!
- William (10/5): - Served its purpose
Close to White Mountains
- Danny (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): - Good location, Gorham is a nice little town. The establishment was quiet.
- Xiao Liang (6/5): - The location is convenient, lots of restaurantsaround. The room has a cute balcony that is nice. It has no elevator, just stairs, and it shares breakfast with the other cheaper place, making the waffle line long, only one waffle machine. The green light that shine brightly at night after all lights off, is very annoying.
- Gayle (2/5): - This hotel should be closed! Not only is the place in total disrepair...the pool and hot tub are beyond disgusting.
Nothing presents as the pictures do. The staff, what there is of it, could not care less about anything other than getting their money.
We ended up leaving less than an hour after a three hour drive.
We stayed a mile down the street at a wonderful hotel Towne and Country.
Their staff informed me that we were not the first customers they heard voice grave concerns over the deplorable conditions at the Quality Inn in Gorham NH.
Trust me ...ZERO Quality there...ZERO!!!
Expedia needs to NOT be involved with this hotel.
Truly a disgrace
- Leon (8/5): Very good -
- Bruce (8/5): - Big room. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable
- Mujibur (7/5): Good -
- Klungler (7/5): Pleasent with very little inconvenience. - The location is awesome and in the middle of everything and the rooms were clean and very well kept. The pool house/gym room was in bad disrepair. It needs an update and thorough cleaning and remodel.
- Jonathan (1/5): Bad - Very good breakfast. That is all Unfriendly housekeeping. Cursing up and the halls. I was in the process of moving things to my friends truck before 9 am and she came into my room to clean and threw everything out. She put all of my dirty face clothes and towels into the fridge, after throwing my food away. I have pictures! This is disgustingly gross! No one wanted to help me! I was robbed of my human right of privacy! If I do not get a respond back, I will be taking care of this in my own eay
