• glenn (1/5): We would never stay there again had to go to town for food charged 2.00 for a bottle of Walmartwater - I am physically disabled and can’t walk which I made this motel aware when I booked upon arrival I was given a room where I couldn’t access the bathroom and they charged me a charge of 88.00 for a room that I could access the bathroom Was never charged for making my stay more comfortable these owners are not customer friendly stay away

Our room was old, dated, smelly, the night stand light was falling apart, the charging USB ports never worked, the bedding was old. There were stains on the ceiling, the dead bolt didn't lock, the bathroom had no heat.

• MIN-CHUAN (10/5): - Very close to the airport. The bed was clean and tidy, and I slept well. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and explained the accommodation details clearly. A washer and dryer are available, but please note that there are time restrictions. Both the front and back yards are large and have playground equipment for children to play in.

Broken bathroom window should be replaced not just taped up. Steps leading to upstairs level have the last step down on middle landing being higher than expected. Should be brought up to code before someone is injured.

We heard a little noise at night, but not for very long. The location is great - 15 minutes to downtown Charlottetown, and 15 minutes to Brackley Beach. Great value for your money! We would definitely stay here again.

• Anne (9/5): Good value, good rest. well equipped ... back in November - Needed unit with a bedroom as my son snores loudly, so my daughter and I sleep in the bedroom and he sleeps on the bed in the main room ... so we all get to sleep. Fair Isle is one of the very few facilities which can accommodate this request without renting two units.

The price is very reasonable for a room with a kitchen. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s not a far drive to either the downtown area or a beautiful beach. I have stayed here many times, and they have since renovated. They used to have regular coffee makers, and now they only have coffee makers with pods. For someone who loves coffee, this is a negative.
