• Abdulaziz (2/5): If you’re looking for convenient then ok if you’re lookingfir comfert then its a big no. - The only thing good about it was the location. Close to areas where you want to be and walk distance from shops like restaurant, oxxo, gym, cafe, ects. Staff were a bit unfriendly at the front desk only from what I’ve experienced. Housekeeping was disappointing as they don’t clean the room probably and they leave the same towels that were used by us which is wet and they just hanging them.

Ël personal muy amable, si bien el elevador frente al lobby es del centro comercial, estaba muy sucio toto el tiempo, al ser la entrada ppal del hotel pueden colaborar con eso porque da muy mala impresion, estaba vomitado y no lo pudimos usar al salir y bajamos las escaleras con las maletas.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no se podía controlar; solamente encender o apagar, y el desayuno es francamente malo. Durante los 5 días el menú nunca varió y las opciones eran muy limitadas. Su ubicación dentro de un centro comercial es un tanto incómoda. La televisión no permite conexiones inalámbricas para retransmitir algún servicio o duplicar la pantalla y no cuenta con conexión a sevicios de streaming.

• Demetri (10/5): Nice place to stay - Staff is friendly and professional. The complementary breakfast is good and tasty. The parking provided is underground and safe. Unfortunately, you have to pay for parking at the hotel, which all other hotels offer free parking. Monterrey, is the only place I've visited that charges for parking in shopping centers and malls.? Not good and I think it is bad for business. Provide free parking, the hotel should pay for the parking not the guest.

The construction they were doing at the time of the morning it was to loud. The hallway was dirty needed to be clean. My room the restroom needed to be cleaned again found some hair in the shower and on a towel.

Best were bimbo pastries -pound cake and cinnamon rolls. Limited cereals. No oatmeal. Dishes and cups stained. Provide 1 bottle drinking water per stay. In area where drinking water requires caution, a daily bottle would be desirable. Altogether, the price was too high for what we got

• Luis (7/5): "The one" for solo travelers - This is the place to stay if you're looking for a quality budget option close to Roma and el Tec. Since you're in the Paseo Tec complex, there's plenty of dining options to choose from. And the pedestrian bridge links the two sides together. The breakfast is fair for the price. Same owners as the Fiesta Inn across the street, but this hotel is a bit more spartan and perfect for solo travelers. The wheelchair-access shower was a pain because the water often spilled into the bathroom.

Me cobraron el estacionamiento y no sabía que lo cobraban, cuando reservas ese detalle está escondido en los detalles en un link. La habitación que nos dieron tenía una gotera justo arriba de la tasa del baño. La habitación es tan pequeña que te hace recordar las habitaciones de los hoteles de Tokio. La cama es muy dura, incómoda y pequeña.
