• Kourdney (10/5): How my stay went - Great stay just thought the tv would be to our self . Roommate there was rude slamming tv door and very shaky and attitudy
• Geraldine (4/5): - The area wasn’t bad, but they should clarify lots of details about this property. First of all that there is no restroom in the RV that we rented, you have to get outside and go to the main house. Second, they should clarify that you are not gonna be alone in the RV, there was a longtime renter staying at the other room, and it wasn’t a huge RV so you’re really close. Third, the house is full of people, there are at least 10 people on a 3/4 bedroom house, so you have to share bathroom with all of them. kitchen looks nasty full of stuff and just dirty in general. I wouldn’t complain if all of this was clarified at first but they just didn’t. Also. They offer “continental breakfast” that we never received and a “welcome gift” we didn’t get either. I just recommend to clarify all of this so people do not have to find out all of the details once you’re there so late an unable to find another place. The host was nice and the bed was comfy.

• James (10/5): - My stay at The Relentless Luxury Mobile Home was great! Check in was a breeze. The accommodations was perfect and the host was amazing. It was a very quiet location in a residential neighborhood. I highly recommend this property to anyone and I will be staying there again in the near future!
• Olivia (2/5): My comfort should be a priority - This was something me and my wife wanted to do for long time so we wasn’t really thinking about how this was gonna end , it ended with like a smack in the face , this was called a dry area eitcj means no water circulation even the bathroom was lock and by the way it was an Rv parked at a house so for water and bathroom we had to go to the house to use any of this issues , the man or the host really was supper weird , we didn’t give it o mind , he will call us at night and barge in to police our staying, no we can’t do this , this light and that have to stay on we , close this open that , don’t walk here don’t park there , in total a lot of don’t ,,, and he was on it , so we still have him his respect and followed these millions of rules ? Unthinkable stuff so I was trying to kee peace and understanding do my wife would not loose it , then someone lprevious prayne the host left the oven on with gaz circuit so we wasn’t feeling good then done loud alarm went on and on and on , my god he came out of no where and blamed us then was confuse and saying that this never happened and where is this bee type of alarm come from , we looked around for hours but couldn’t find where is this pressed beep come from , so I seat down and figure out that that horrible beep is the gaz alarm going off meaning too much in the air we was breathing, later one that night my eife wanted to drink something real quick and it waxx SC late to make a ti At the store do there was an pineapple juice bottle

• Jillian (6/5): Late night rendezvous with hubby - We rented to luxury camper for date night and it was nice but we only had access to 1 side/room also the room was too hot. We couldn’t sleep there so we left and went home.

• Brianna (2/5): Not like the pictures!! - I reserved a spot in the outside trailer. When I got there I was "upgraded" to a room inside the house that had a bathroom in it. Normally that would have been great since I didn't even know I would be sharing the trailer with others and didn't have my own bathroom. When I got inside the first thing I noticed was the horrible smell of old garbage or something. The house didnt look anything like the pictures. There was stuff everywhere and apparently the owner was staying there also?! Along with a few other men I saw. Its definitely set up like a roommate situation and not like a hotel. Then when I got to the actual room it was dirty. The sheets look like they haven't been replaced in a year. The toilet wasn't flushed, there was hair all on the floor, the soap from the previous guest was still there and the fresh towel/rag was questionable. I would never recommend this place for someone looking for a hotel experience. I assumed a 7/10 rating would be way better than what I encountered.
• Tranell (10/5): Purposely Just - I rented the room fir my Brother. The mobile home. He was given a room inside the house. I was ready to complain about the miscommunication, but my Brother said the room was nice. Had it's own bathroom. I realized it was an upgrade. Host was very nice.

• Olasile (2/5): - This property is listed as a hotel on Expedia.com when in fact it is not. The hosts live in the same property and offer rooms to guests while also being present at the location. The conditions of the rooms are terrible and the cleanliness of the facilities is also poor.

• CALIN (10/5): - My original hotel reservation fell through and this BnB came in clutch. Close to a lot of restaurants if you want to doordash BUT the host will also cook meals for a reasonable fee. There's also a Marta bus stop within 15 minutes walking distance if you want to not drive around Atlanta.
• Raymond (10/5): - Let me just say that if you're looking for a place that feels like home this is it. Everybody's so chill and welcoming. The Ambiance is amazing. The Relentless house is super cool. Feels like France 1942 when you walk in the living room. But there's Tech everywhere. What a great mix. I was having the worst day of my life and I found solace and respite. Really hard to find these days. It's in the neighborhood and it's so quiet and I can hear the birds singing. I was blessed to find this place and you will be too. Book already! You won't regret it
• howard (10/5): - The people were probably the best part of the stay. The owner and the caretaker at the house we stayed at were very friendly and helpful. I had booked one of the camper units but found the bathroom was in the house next door so we were able to change to the house next door with better access to facilities. The meal was very good, the place was clean and the area was quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

• Ned Lee (10/5): Exceptional! - Amazing. ALLthe bad reviews before are written by "Karens" that caused their own issues. Bed was SUPER comfortable, the place was VERY clean, and the host was absolutely WONDERFUL. We missed out on the food as we had breakfast and dinner plans with friends throughout our stay. I cant recommend this place for ANY traveler, especially the budget-conscious. It was worth MORE than what we paid. All we needed was a room with a bed, and this place hit the nail on the head!
• Verified traveler (8/5): READ BEFORE BOOKING - Good for last resort. There are many pros & cons about the house & the owner himself. The room is good for the price, just keep in mind there is a shared bathroom that is hardly cleaned. Mainly my review is for the owner. PLEASE read the other reviews people have left and look at the way they respond to people who have even a slightly negative thing to say. I have never seen anything like it, they call people homeless and are just plain rude in their responses, they clearly don’t handle bad reviews well. Super unprofessional. Other than that the house and area is nice but I wouldn’t even trust the owners enough to stay here. If you can find ANYWHERE else, please do. Like I said this is good for a last resort if you have nothing left. I won’t be surprised if they respond to this review with some petty comment, which will only prove my point. I probably wouldn’t have even wrote this negative review if I didn’t see the way they respond. UNPROFESSIONAL, PETTY, RUDE, and still has the audacity to charge almost $100. Not everybody is homeless y’all act like you’ve never heard of a business trip. Even if someone was homeless, you’re getting your money right? The house i’ll rate it 7/10 and the customer service -10/10. Horrible

• Vincent (2/5): Subpar - Overpriced stay for a bed. Thought I had the whole RV to myself, shared it with who I believe was the “front desk” woman. Paper thin walls, they were up all night outside where I was trying to sleep. Miserable stay and I got out as soon as it was light.

• Joy (2/5): - We checked in late at night. Reserved the listing that said mobile home. It’s a really nice RV actually. But you may have to share it with someone else…didn’t know that, and you can’t use the facilities inside it….didn't know that either. Property and home are very cluttered. Lots of junk laying around. When we arrived he told me that I needed to pay through Venmo because Expedia payment didn’t go through. He seemed like a nice honest man so I gladly paid him. Then I find out that Expedia did charge me and have requested him to refund my money several times and he declined it every time. I’ve sent him several messages and he ignores them. Dishonesty is a terrible trait. This is the reason I’m leaving a bad review. I wouldn’t have if he hadn’t stolen from me. I’m looking at other reviews, every bad review he claims they cancelled or never stayed. Take my advice and do not stay here.
