• Ricardo (9/5): Apartamento amplio y moderno en el centro de Madrid.¡ Muy recomendado! - Amplio , moderno, bien equipado , ubicación inmejorable en el centro de Madrid y frente a la estación del metro , con un supermercado abierto las 24 horas justo al lado y otros dos muy cercanos. Innumerables bares , restaurantes y cafeterías en la zona. Hay una recepción en el edificio en horas laborales y un sistema de auto check in bastante amigable. Relación calidad precio bastante aceptable. Las cerraduras de uno de los baños y del dormitorio principal se encuentran deterioradas y no cumplen su función.

Lo que más destacaría es la comodidad; se nota que todo está pensado para el descanso del huésped. Al alojamiento no le faltaba ni un solo detalle, estaba totalmente equipado, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. ​La ubicación es inmejorable, ideal para recorrer la ciudad cómodamente. Por último, pero no menos importante, quiero resaltar la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal.

• Mihaela (1/5): Po - It was a very bizarre and unpleasant experience: at arrival I saw my name and reservation with room no.45 in the Registry - we received the keys and soon after entering the room together with my family, the lady from reception came in telling us to switch rooms because they put the baby cot next door. When we entered the other room together - I noticed immediately that it was a bit smaller (just a bit - not a big problem though) and it smelled!!! I told her right then. She said she will send the cleaning lady to fix it. She came after some time and sprayed with some deodorant. One hour after that the smell was back - it irritated my throat I kept coughing so I went to the reception to ask for my initial room back - it was unbearable for me and I had 2 small kids with me as well… first she said that my initial room is now expecting other guests. I replied that I can move quickly and immediately so no problem there. She asked for some time to check things and after half and hour or so she said that if I want my initial room back - the one I booked and paid for, I need to pay extra!!! And this is why I’m giving them the lowest score possible

La parter sunt 2 supermarketuri, in apropiere sunt multe restaurante, cafenele si o brutărie. Curățenia, covor murdar, draperii si pereți murdari, zgomotul din strada. Bucătăria nu este bine echipata si nu au fost suficiente produse la baie.

• Linas (8/5): A decent option for a short stay. - Quite central. At the border of the very center. But within walking distance to the main attractions. The neighbourhood is where the poorer part of the city starts (towards South). It’s still safe and all good, but it’s less clean and more shabby than the more posh northern part. As for the apartment, I hate when the pictures of the room on the platform are not what you actually get. Any this was the case. It had all the amenities it promised at least. But the room was different. And it’s such an annoyance. You can even call it a soft form of a scam.

The bedrooms are nice, one big bedroom and one smaller, however both with double beds. AC is excellent centralised, we had to put the geat on as in March was a bit cold in the night. Very clean, everything that you need, washing machine, dishwasher, iron machine, towels were excellent, fluffy, view amazing, not hearing noises from the street, maybe a bit the garbage truck some morning, staff was really nice and they accommodate us before the check in time. Big living room downstairs with TV, 2 bathrooms, really the best accommodation we could have. N/a

Right be a metro and 2 supermarkets. We were able to walk everywhere. It felt more corporate. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with things like salt, pepper, etc. it was pricey but it was also spacious in middle of city center. Check in process was fine but would flag when we did self check in to pay it would take our credit card (kept asking for a pin which our cards don’t have) so we used bank card and it was fine.

Nice size rooms and having two bathrooms was great. Now that I think of it. It was a little confusing getting into the building and we arrived in the morning but eventually we got buzzed in and there was a person at reception. It would be great to give a heads up to arriving guest that they have to have a code or some way to get into the building especially if they arrive off hours. The also could use a little clearer instructions on the microwave/oven contraption. We just were not sure what it was and there was no pan to bake or set inside. We were trying to make a pizza.

The apartment was nice, comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. the only small issue we noticed was that the area close to the building felt a bit uncomfortable late at night. Fortunately, we were rarely out that late so it didn't affect our stay, but it might be something future guests may want to be aware of.

• Resort-Rentals (1/5): Horrible and Very Creepy Place to Stay At - Absolutely NOTHING Lots of homeless guys drinking alcohol and doing illegal drugs day and night right at the entrance of the property. In one instance, a homeless was litteraly reliefing himself by the wall. Unreal. My children were so terrified going in and out of the main entrance. I asked the front desk agent if we can cancel and leave, she said no, and that she always calls the police on these homeIess and they never show up because they cant do nothing. I asked for manager, she said there is no manager here and then there is nothing she can do for us. She was so rude and impolite. Terrible guest service. My family and I were basically trapped and held hostage stuck at this facility for our three night day. The room itself was not comfortable at all. The beds were so hard that we woke up beaten, the pillows were so old, the towels were so small and old. No comforters, no blankets. Only one shampoo and shower gel. And they said they will not give us new ones. The shower would go either hot or cold and would literally burn you from going cold just super hot in a split second. I complained about the valves, and they said they will send someone to check, they never sent anyone. This property posts itself as a hotel, but it is not. It’s a horrible Airbnb operation designed to suck people money and give them nothing back. We paid more for this facility then a hotel we could have had in a better location, with better staff and better service. Please stay away from this place. They totally ruined our trip in Madrid. Yet we paid them a lot of money. I will be posting pictures of the homeless and the deteriorating apartment online. When I also asked again to speak to the manager, I was told the manager is at home and does not have time to come meet with us. Worst accommodation stay in our entire life. We also contacted the Booking to help us, we received no help either from Booking. The property was so quick to write an email back to Booking lying to them about our claim and complaint.

• Shelina (9/5): A great stay in a fabulous location. Wonderful, comfortable apartment and very helpful staff - Very comfortable apartment located in the center of Madrid, with fabulous proximity to the metro station and 2 supermarkets on either side of the apartments. The apartment had all necessary amenities and was clean and clutter free. The electro-domestics were all of a high standard. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and assisted me in booking taxis, including to the airport for a 3 am departure. The Apolo theatre is located right in front of the apartments which is fabulous. Walking distance to many of Madrid's main points of interest. Although the apartments are located in a very busy and central part of Madrid, I felt safe and secure. On Saturday night, the noise from the street was terrible. A lot of loud and rowdy youth, police cars and sirens throughout the night and car horns beeping. If you are sensitive to noise, or a light sleeper I would suggest not staying at this location on a Saturday night.

• 이 (7/5): - 숙소가 깨끗하고 현대식이며 화장실이 2개 있어서 가족여행으로 아주 좋았습니다.시설이 매우 최근 것으로 세탁기, 오븐 등 시설이 깔끔합니다. 수건도 부족하지 않았고 침대도 청결하고 편안했습니다. 도보로 주요 관광지로 이동할 수 있어서 편리한 측면이 있습니다. 숙소 문 앞쪽의 일대가 다소 후미진 느낌이 많고 어둡고 외진 골목을 통과해야만 숙소가 위치합니다. 출입 시 주변을 살펴야하며 부랑자로 보이는 이들이 어슬렁거리며 소매치기 등을 3번이나 하루에 시도 당해 우리 가족이 크게 놀랐습니다. 한국인 가이드와 진행되는 세고비아 톨레도 단체 일일투어를 하였는데, 한국인 가이드 말이 숙소 앞쪽이 스페인으로 온 이주민들이 거주하는 지역이라고 하며 솔광장으로부터 더 위쪽 번화가 쪽이 훨씬 더 안전하다고 하였습니다.

• Jennifer (8/5): Very happy with the apartment itself and the convenience of its location. - The location was convenient for all the places we wanted to visit. We could walk easily to main places of interest and stations. The apartment was modern, spacious and comfortable. However our visit was negatively affected by road, pavement and construction work immediately outside the apartments. We anticipate that the work will be completed in a number of weeks? At night there were also some men who gathered there after dark, between the apartments and Carrefour Express.

• Suk Yun "Steve" (9/5): Great apartment, highly recommended for a stay in central Madrid - The location of the building is excellent. It's within walking distance to every major attraction in central Madrid. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed having access to a full kitchen. A massive bonus was having two grocery stores very close by, with one literally right next to the apartment building, and the other right around the corner. The A/C is very strong, but the thermostat to control it didn't really seem to work. The A/C produced exactly the same amount of cold air regardless of the temperature or fan setting, so it was a little cold in the evenings. A roll of paper towels would have been helpful to include as part of the initial supplies provided. The drains were a little slow on the sinks and the showers. The initial description of the apartment claimed that there would be a washer/dryer, but the unit only had a washer. They did provide a drying rack, so we used that instead for our clothes, but it obviously took longer to dry than expected.

Una botellita de agua de bienvenida. Temperatura que se puede graduar (es aire frío/calor). La chica de recepción muy agradable. Repetiremos. Entraba luz y ruido. El tema de la luz no es difícil de arreglar. Les invito a hacerlo. En cuanto a la cama, cómoda pero preferiría opción de matrimonial en lugar d escamas separadas. El sillón cama había ruido de muelles. Una máquinas de snacks/bebidas en la entrada estaría bien; el check out algo más tarde de las once aunque sea pagando un suplemento, se agradecería. Y simplificar el check in, puesto que son muchos datos de cada miembro en una máquina que está en el portal puesto que a partir de las 18h no hay recepcionista.

• Cathrine (8/5): Great accommodations in central Madrid - Super convenient location for walking everywhere. 2 supermarkets right below (one runs 24hs) and convenience stores, cafés etc all around. The flat is modern and nicely furnished. Suitable for a family of 4. The sofa bed is comfy enough and the beds are good. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is a good size and well equipped. All very clean. Staff at reception are on site from 8am and very friendly. Not noisy from the street apart from a few sirens. The shower sometimes leaks a bit but not a huge issue. The bathroom sink leaked around the faucet. And it was clogged up so took ages to drain. A bit more space for personal items in the bathroom would be handy. The washing machine had some trouble draining and spinning but we got it to work in the end. Sometimes noisy from upstairs flats moving furniture very late at night. A few more electrical outlets near the table or beds would be great. Staples like oil, salt and pepper would also be welcome. If you have a very early arrival in Madrid you won't be able to enter to leave luggage etc until reception opens at 8. Just something to bear in mind. We found an early bird café some blocks away and waited there.

• Yu San (7/5): - Location No hot water in the shower for our first night of stay and it’s very annoying especially after a long flight in winter. And the staff can’t do anything about it except to asking us to wait for the water heater tank to work. We finally have hot water the next day morning. Moldy washing machine.
