• Verified traveler (2/5): - Horrible experience. Hotel is managed by multiple people. If you reserve thru the company doing this listing, be prepared. There is no front desk. Regardless of the length of your stay, you will get no room service. No hallway garbage cans to even take out your trash. Room we had was horrible. Black mold on the ceiling, walls and curtains. the only lights in the room were in the bathroom and kitchenette. Could not read in bed because there were no lights. The curtains were not big enough to cover all the windows!!! Because of the mold and overall condition of the room, there was a horrible, musty smell. Miami was beautiful, however we checked out two days early because the room was just so horrible.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - This is an apartment not a hotel. I had to buy paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, towel, coffee and cleaning supplies There is no phone at the room, so no one to call and contact if you have an issue wiry the hotel. There is no reception.

• fabio (2/5): Appartamento a Miami beach - Il condominio in se’ risulta essere sull’oceano, con una grande piscina, un po’ defilato rispetto il centro. Purtroppo, l’appartamento (di suo ben disposto) era fatiscente, con tanto di scarafaggi annessi. Veramente da non consigliare. Tralascio la puzza di cibo sui corridoi
• Jay (2/5): - Deplorable. It’s the best word I can think of to describe my stay at Castle Beach in room 1602. We had no WiFi in the room as was promised in the rental. We had one roll of toilet paper for 5 days. I messaged the “property management” (I use that term loosely) and they replied saying they would bring toilet paper but they never did. We obviously got our own. They gave me three different WiFi networks and passwords that never worked. I messaged them again and never heard back rest of the trip. The room smelled like mold. WiFi in the lobby didn’t work so we had to use the coffee shop WiFi. There weren’t any beach towels. They gave us small bath towels for the beach that I wasn’t even able to lay down on properly and I’m an average size man. Not even a beach umbrella. Cmon!! The tv wouldn’t even turn off (I’m not even kidding. I had to unplug it at night). There was no front desk. There was a security desk who’s famous words were “you have to contact property management”. Someone came knocking at our door at 8am on a Sunday morning saying we had to pay them for a parking spot (why wouldn’t we do this at check-in or check-out). Every time the valet brought our car, there was a new scratch on it. And lastly, the valet service held our car hostage and demanded we pay extra money because we ended up leaving the building at 1pm instead of 11am when we checked out. I usually don’t vent like this but its important to know that if you stay at this place, expect 1 star type of service.

• Louis (2/5): - Worst place I ever experience. Roaches are having a party with my food. Requst the refund but no answer.
• Jgpxulya (8/5): - Loved the beach, tenis court, all people working there starting from the Valet and the reception. The location and the view where great too I went in a busy time of the year and still it was very quiet. Stayed 3 days and it was a pleasant stay.
• William (2/5): Bad Experience - TV control doesn’t work, nobody knows the wifi password, poor air conditioner and termostate doen’t work, ron in bad condition
