Nel mio stesso giorno di permanenza (24 aprile) qualcuno ha scritto che la piscina fosse chiusa ma posso garantire che era aperta purtroppo il tempo non permetteva una buona balneazione. Felice che dopo una nostra richiesta ci ha accontentati in maniera ottima ... 4 stelle per l'hotel assolutamente no, forse 3 stelle ma tiratissime ...la struttura ha comunque bisogno di manutenzione e di ammodernamento, evito foto e dettagli ..(soprattutto fili corrente, aria condizionata (!!) , bagno e terrazza 5 piano ... !) Grazie al signor Felice abbiamo avuto la camera al 5 piano con vista su Giardini e taormina che ci ha fatto dimenticare tutto il resto ... colazione discreta ma consiglio l'inserimento di prodotti siciliani e una maggior cura nel dettaglio ... gentilissime le signore sia delle colazioni che della pulizie .... Purtroppo troppe cose .... a parte lo staff gentilissimo ...
• Kristin (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit wunderschöner Aussicht - Super Lage des Hotels mit toller Aussicht vom Balkon auf Taormina. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist unschlagbar. An einigen Tagen spielt die Strandbar nebenan sehr laut und sehr lange Musik.

Le camere erano curate e la pulizia eccellente, un dettaglio che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e premuroso, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con cortesia e professionalità. La colazione era ottima, ricca e variegata, perfetta per iniziare bene la giornata. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale, perché permette di raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi punto di interesse. Atmosfera accogliente e attenzione ai dettagli fanno di questo hotel una scelta che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca comfort e ospitalità di qualità a Giardini Naxos. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Consiglio di mettere la macchina in un posteggio a pagamento si risparmia tanto

• Zsuzsanna (8/5): Összességében jól éreztük magunkat. - Összességében jól éreztük magunkat. A kilátás fantasztikus, innen könnyen elérhető Taormina, Etna és Castelmola. Nagyszerű éttermek, bárok találhatóak a parton. A személyzet nagyon kedves és a szobánkat minden nap nagyon szépen kitakarították. Parkolni lehetetlenség a szálloda körül, úgyhogy végül arrébb, egy fizetős parkolóban sikerült helyet találnunk. A szobánk a medencével egy szinten volt, pár lépésre tőle, ami nagyon pazar lett volna de sajnos mindig behúzva kellett tartanunk a függönyöket, hogy ne lássanak be. A szálloda a bulinegyed kellős közepén helyezkedik el, hajnali háromig dübög a zene, elképesztő esti élet van a parton. Saját partja nincs a szállodának, egy kupont adnak, amivel le lehet menni egy másik szálloda partjára és kedvezményesen bemenni a strandra. Csak a napozóágyakon lehet helyet foglalni, strandtörölközőt nem engednek letenni a homokba. Két napozóágy és egy napernyű 20 eur körül van. Vannak szabadstrandok is, amik inkább kisebb kikötők. A szobában nincs nagyon hely a törölközők kiterítésére. A szobák feletti emeleteken lakóház van, ami elég romos állapotban van, és minden erkélyről más zene szólt.

• Andrzej (7/5): - Na plus zasługuje ogólna czystość hotelu i pokoju. Personel był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny (zwłaszcza pani Maria na recepcji). W hotelu można kupić voucher na leżaki i parasol na pobliskiej plaży (cena ok. 5 euro niższa niż na miejscu), chociaż warto również spędzić czas na hotelowym basenie z komfortowymi leżakami. Piękne widoki z pokoju na zatokę Naxos. Dużym minusem jest bliskość klubu nocnego, który znajduje się tuż pod hotelem na plaży pod otwartym niebem i w którym głośna muzyka puszczana jest do 3 w nocy. Mało warzyw na śniadaniu.
• Filipescu (9/5): Minunat! - Hotelul este foarte bine poziționat, personalul este foarte amabil mai ales baiatul de la recepție și doamna de la curățenie. Camerele sunt curate, mobila deși pare veche, este foarte bine îngrijită și piscina este punctul forte al hotelului.Totul a fost minunat și ne-am simțit foarte bine! Nu neapărat că nu ne-a plăcut, dar micul dejun ar putea fi puțin diversificat. Să mănânci aceleași lucruri în fiecare dimineață, devine plictisitor după câteva zile! 😃

• Christian (10/5): Comodità e relax a pochi kilometri da Taormina - Posizione strategica di fronte ai lidi ed una piccola spiaggia libera a Giardini Naxos. La stanza ampia e dotata di aria climatizzata, con una vista mozzafiato su Taormina. Il personale super gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Vi consiglio uno dei cocktail segreti preparati da una ragazza simpaticissima dello staff. Basta chiedere della sua specialità. E per chi dice che la discoteca sul lungomare è rumorosa: ma scusate, cosa vi aspettate in un luogo di vacanza? Il coprifuoco? E comunque gli infissi sono sufficientemente insonorizzati.

Di fronte un pub/discoteca che rende piacevole lo stare in balcone durante il periodo estivo. Ottima la pulizia. Personale gentilissimo! Da migliorare la colazione. Il posteggio potrebbe essere un problema (ma un po’ per tutte le strutture del posto).

• fnp1963 (10/5): Comfortable holiday on the beach with geat access to the surrounding area and activities - OK breakfast but the location was fantastic. Access to the beach and other activities was really good. The rooms were clean and included most of what we needed. Was a little surprised that the rroms didnot included ironing facilities but the hotel offered a laundary service. Car parking is ata premium in the area but we manged to park reasonably close.

• Luisa (10/5): Servizi ottimi e posizione fantastica - Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo hotel e devo dire che il personale e' gentilissimo e disponibile. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Al primo intoppo che hai, tu segnali e prontamente intervengono. La piscina è davvero il fiore all'occhiello, non affollata e con vista mozzafiato sulla baia di giardini naxos. Colazione buona e riforniscono di continuo. Sicuramente la struttura non è da 4 stelle attuali, ma per i loro servizi impeccabili e professionalità del personale ne valgono tutte. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e penso proprio che torneremo l'anno prossimo. Suggerirei una varietà maggiore della colazione. In una settimana abbiamo beccato qualche dolce siciliano ma la classica granita e brioche assente. Per il resto nulla, tutto top.
• Valeria (8/5): Camere da ristrutturare - Ottima la posizione. Buona la colazione Estremamente datato.Le pareti della camera rivestite di legno, la rendono antica. La doccia scomodissima, una specie di sedile in muratura non faceva arrivare con facilità al doccino. Per aprire la porta della camera, dovevo spingere con energia, perché si incastrava.
• marco (8/5): - abbiamo pernottato una sola notte. La struttura nel complesso va bene, il bagno è un po' troppo piccolo e manca la possibilità di parcheggio. Colazione soddisfacente

• Paul (9/5): Family holiday - We liked the proximity to the beach and all restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. No parking ,although we understand the area is crowded.

• Alfredo (4/5): Non mi è piaciuto. Vale 2 stelle - Posizione panoramica Vecchio hotel che forse una volta era 4 stelle. Oggi non vale assolutamente questo livello. Palesemente obsoleto e non curato.

• Antonina (5/5): The hotel is in a fantastic location. Absolutely beautiful views and close to everything you need to be. - The breakfast ladies and most of the reception staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The property was spotless and all linen and towels were fresh and clean daily. Beautifully perfect location is definitely its saving grace! The lack of bar service in the hours the pool was open. Couldn’t get a drink or ice cream as was told to go to the shop next door.. left us feeling a little faint as it was so hot. Luckily there is a shop a couple of doors down. Lack of rubbish bins around pool area. Having to cart around your rubbish to find a bin which was in our hotel room. No bins in any communal areas. Only one iron in the whole hotel and no ironing board. Even asking 4 days in advance to a wedding we were attending we couldn’t get use of the iron as it was so say with another guest. The most important and disappointing is the old fashioned air con system that sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. Staff helped by giving us a fan but affected sleep as it was so hot. Don’t know whether it was centrally controlled but our room was very warm and air con hardly worked.
