• chioma (10/5): Beautiful place - The complementary breakfast was perfect for me I like the location, right in the heart of Lekki phase1. I like that their light is available 24/7 that was really important for me. I definitely will come back. It’s so quiet and peaceful and the staffs makes you feel like you are home. Oh one more thing, I enjoyed walking to almost every place because the hotel is well positioned in the center and in a walking distance to bars, restaurants etc

• John (5/5): - The receptionist didn't know when to use their initiatives The manner of approach of the front desk office. They had no chicken, no croaker fish and no goat meat despite my request for any of these for two straight days.

• Tammy (2/5): NEVER AGAIN! - The people, they really are good people. They had no WIFI in the room. Could not pay with USA cards, so what was the point of pay at hotel. REFUSED to give you two towels when two guests were booked. Poor plumbing. Forget about breakfast for two, you get breakfast for one and it’s enough to feed a first grader. My room I booked wasn’t available and they kept trying to make me pay for a more expensive room. Whenever you leave you have to leave your room key. Bed sheets had so much static electricity it lit up the room and no one was there to change them. They did not have none of what website said they did.
• Tammy (1/5): Never again - The people They lied about everything. They do not have WIFI. Do not expect to get breakfast for more than one person even if you book for two and pay for two. REFUFESUD to give you two towels. You have to leave your keys to the room every time you step outside. Plumbing was bad. The room I booked was not available when I got there so they tried to make me pay for a more expensive room. They all pretty much the same size. Breakfast feeds a first grader. Same thing everyday. Bed sheets had so much static electricity it was lightning up the room and no one was there to change them. They don’t take cards from USA so don’t expect to pay by card, when you get there.

• B. (8/5): Very good - The room was a little small but outside of this I would definitely recommend this place to people. Breakfast is only for one person. If more than one person is in a room, there should be breakfast for more than one person.

I needed WiFi to complete business. The food is expensive and isn't very good. The staff was very nice and attentive.

States in booking toiletries but only small soap supplied We had late checkout till 6,30 and we were charged #38000. Which was more than room rate for a night stay, was very disappointed by that as we had stayed 10 nights.

My compliments is to the staff and the manager for getting this so smoothly in order and giving you the best service experience! The food is better than some of the high end restaurants so there's that! I felt really at home and I had such a great time. The staff is very respectful and they make the best out of it, at moments they were understaffed but because they all chipped in to help out, I as a guest was unaware that this happend. The location was super, because it was at the centre of Lagos Island so I could be a few minutes away with the Uber ride. So the only thing I would say is that the room on the groundfloor is the one room where you could here some noise from the doors(but this is only the case if you're a light sleeper as me, otherwise it's no problem). The last few days I stayed in the room upstairs and I slept like a baby! So also just make sure if you stay at the hotel they will serve you breakfast in your room(so if you don't want it in the morning just tell the staff that and they will bring it for you when you call them, just like I did).

Unsure what else, maybe if I had checked in during the day, I would have appreciated it more. They brought breakfast to my room, it was okay. Couldn't drink the tea, cuz I would not drink anything made in Lekki that I didn't make myself considering the state of the water. The facilities were dead. No Wifi, No Netflix, My room had no TV, just one small one in what was supposed to be the living room. The bathroom had no water heater, the room had no towels. I had to request for one and when they eventually brought it, it was the tackiest, overused towel I have ever seen at a hotel.

• MAME NGONE (2/5): - In the toilet, the water was running all the time, I could not sleep at night because they gave me a room next to the kitchen, I could hear people talking sometimes until 100:am. I asked to change room and was told that there was none was available. They could have been nicer and tell me that, may be in 2 or 3 days, one guest is leaving, and we will change your room. But nothing was proposed in exchange....The same morning I left, there was a guest leaving, they could have proposed. So I stayed at the (The Borough) for my 10 remaining days in Lagos. Power shortage all the time and I could no longer work on my laptop because the power shortages destroyed my charger.

Overall really liked the Hotel . But a lot of maintenance issues required.

I was not allowed to have more than a guest. I wasn’t told this even when I paid. They asked my guest to leave, even came to the room to send them out. No toothbrush not toothpaste in the bathroom? That’s terrible. Had to pay extra money than what was on the website when I booked. No WiFi.

They were very courteous, respectful and helpful. The manager did his best to makeup for the poor facilities. The facilities. The rest room was below standard, rusty and barely clean. The shower did not work and the manager struggled and struggled to fix it but could not… we had to use a bucket and disposable takeaway bowl to bath. The sink was wobly and rusty, I was afraid my son would topple it over and injure himself. There was no bidet to wash at the toilet. There was no wifi for guests. The TV cable subscription was not full subscription, we had to go downstairs to watch the football match. The TV kept on tripping off after every 5 minutes we had to call the manager once again to fix it. Overall a very poor experience at the hotel.

The pool was clean and the facilities were pleasant. Overall, the hotel was cozy and comfortable! The wifi faded out sometimes, but was good overall.
