Çalışanlar size yardımcı olduğu sürece ve sorunlarınızı çözdüğünüz sürece maddi koşullardaki eksiklikler çok gözünüze batmaz. Burada da öyle mutlu ayrıldım. Sadece kahvaltıyı hazırlayan kadının davranışları biraz garipti. Özellikle ayrılacağım gün yani kahvaltıda sadece pancake aman aman bir şey de değil. Neyse mutlu ayrıldım. Her şey için teşekkürler.
• Ekaterina (1/5): - Ребятки в открытую занимаются обманом. Вывешивают здесь низкий ценник, потом пишут на почту с просьбами отменить букинг, дескать, нет мест, ошибка в системе. При этом по факту места есть, если дойти ногами и спросить лично. Просто на треть дороже, чем указано здесь. Вы зачем таким занимаетесь? Пришлось срочно искать другое жильё на месте, с сумками. Поставьте уже честную цену и перестаньте прикидываться самым дешевым хостелом в Нячанге. Или удалитесь с букинга вообще. И не вздумайте писать тут, что это случайность. Я пробовала 2 или 3 раза. Заселилась в итоге в другое место и ради интереса дошла лично спросить - вот чудо, а места есть хоть сейчас. И цены выше указанных здесь.

And if you want to learn something about this city ask him . The woman at the bar very unpolite and mean if she don’t like a person. And she tried to force some of my friends to hook up with a random old guy ….
• Benjamin (1/5): Awful - Nothing Staff was rude, it was dirty. Beds are unsafe and wobbly. Paid for a bunk bed and got stuck with 2 top bunks with 0 privacy and refused to refund or give us the beds we paid for. Whatever you do, do not book here!!

• Depcke (10/5): Just great - “Best hostel I’ve ever stayed at for what they offer. Only $5 and you get a big breakfast with eggs, pancakes, coffee, tea, watermelon, bread, marmalade, and butter. They also offer a free shot at night, pub crawl, and tours. The hostel has a pool, an amazing sunset view, and a rooftop bar. The location is great, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! I also run a travel agency for Machu Picchu and all Peru (@DopkerTravel), and I truly appreciate places that deliver great value like this.”

Non credevo esistessero.... comodissimo, me lo sono proprio goduto!

• Sandra (7/5): Correcto - El edificio tiene ascensor con acceso a todas las habitaciones. El personal de recpeción es agradable y simpático y se preocupa por cada huésped que se aloja allí. El desayuno es muy simple, aunque es buffet y puedes repetir de todo, excepto los huevos. Hay diferentes baños y duchas en cada planta del edificio donde están las habitaciones, cosa que se agradece cuando hay tantos huéspedes en el mismo piso. El hostel está ubicado en el centro y a 7 minutos andado de la playa principal El ascensor no llega al piso donde está el comedor para desayunar y la piscina. Cuando se acaba la hora del desayuno, te hechan del comedor y lo cierran, así que no puedes aprovechar ese espacio ni la terraza fuera de la horas del desayuno o de la happy hour. En la habitación hay aire acondicionado y ventilador. Durante la noche el aire acondicionado estaba demasiado frío. Ni con sudadera, pantalón largo y manta era soportable el frío del aire acondicionado. La litera se mueve mucho si hay alguien en la cama de encima. Solo hay cortinas en las camas de abajo. Las camas de encima no tienen cortina para mayor privacidad. El personal del desayuno es bastante borde, ni si quiera muestran una sonrisa a los huéspedes ni un saludo al entrar y a la hora de hablar te lo dicen en su idioma y como si estuvieran enfadadas cada día. Hubo un día que estaban cocinando huevos para diferentes huéspedes y a mi no me los quisieron hacer. Las toallas solo son de alquier.

• Helen (10/5): Loved it here - Such a lovely vibe. Many groups passing through and I joined a group for a trip to the mud baths. Breakfast was great too. The blurb said beachfront though it wasn’t.

Ci hanno prenotato un bus per Ho Chi Minh dicendoci che ci avremmo messo 6 ore … sono diventate 10. Le escursioni che propongono sono un po’ care per gli standard del Vietnam .

• Angelina (4/5): Décevant - Le bar est sympa. Le personnel a accepté de me rembourser mes prochaines nuits que je ne souhaitais plus faire, et ils ont accepté de me changer de lit. Le petit déjeuner est ok. Beaucoup de choses à dire…. Les lits ne sont vraiment pas stables (hormis les lits plus larges). Tout mouvement est amplifié. On se fait réveiller juste parce que le voisin du dessus se tourne. Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude. Les sanitaires ne sont pas très confortable. Le chien m’a fait peur, il grogne et montre les dents fréquemment quand on passe dans l’entrée et il aboie la nuit. La piscine n’est pas comme sur les photos. Et pour finir, il y avait une punaise de lit sur mon matelas.

Letto comodo. Ottima posizione per girare la città. I letti e i bagni sono un pochino scomodi: non ci sono spazi per disporre i propri spazi personali e l'armadietto è davvero piccolo. Da migliorare la pulizia dei bagno. Scaletta per salire sul letto davvero scomoda!

• Aisling (8/5): - Good location in Nha Trang. Private room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is basic of pancakes and eggs cooked to order. Staff are very very lovely! We were on the 6th floor the night we stayed which is under the rooftop bar. The music was being played really loud and I excepted music to maybe stop at 10pm but it didn’t stop until late into the night. We had ear plugs so we could sleep but was a bit disappointed.

Giun ngủ ở khắp mọi nơi. - 第一天發現一隻床蟲我把它放生了 之後又在發現兩隻床蟲，我把它放進寶特瓶裡面，就如照片一樣，被我展示出來 隔天早上我請裡面的服務員更換新的床用品，他們服務態度極差，表情面容不是很想工作，更換完成床單，他們把原本我使用過的毛毯，沒有更換又放回去了，我請他們更換新的，我大聲叫了他好幾次，他都裝作聽不見，然後又大聲的吆喝，之後不情願的，從別的床拿了毛毯給我，示意我自己拿過去，好像我是他的員工，後來我等他放好毛毯！ 我確認毛毯上面依然噁心， 還有沾黏別人的毛髮， 他把我的毛毯放到替換的床位，這表明了，這毛毯從沒洗過，只不過更換到了另一個床位，將來使用的那位床的人，我只能說明你非常倒楣，使用我用過的毛毯，上面可能還有床蟲，如果遇到也不意外，因為我已經抓了三隻，還有床蟲的話也不意外 順帶一提，在我發現床蟲時，我移動枕頭，發現枕頭下面也有床蟲的屍體，與很多不同顏色的髒眼屎還是顆粒的贓物 On the first day, I found one bed bug and released it. Later, I found two more bed bugs and put them in a plastic bottle, as shown in the photo. The next morning, I asked the staff to change the bedding. Their service was extremely poor; they didn't seem interested in working. After changing the sheets, they put the blanket I had used back without changing it. I asked them to change it, and I called out to them several times, but they pretended not to hear me. Then they shouted loudly again, and reluctantly took a blanket from another bed and gestured for me to take it myself, as if I were their employee. I waited for them to put the blanket away! I confirmed the blanket was still disgusting, and there was still other people's hair stuck to it. He put my blanket in the replacement bed, which means the blanket had never been washed; it was just moved to a different bed. The person using that bed in the future is incredibly unlucky. Using a blanket I used might still have bed bugs on it. It wouldn't be surprising if you encountered any, since I've already caught three. Incidentally, when I found the bed bugs, I moved the pillow and found dead bed bugs underneath, along with many different colored, dirty eye discharge or granular filth. Les chambres très cosy aussi et le petit déjeuner très bon. J’ai eu l’impression qu’ils faisaient l’effort de séparer les filles et garçons si possible en chambre , très appréciable

• Sara (10/5): Holiday in Nah Trang - Staff molto gentile e sorridente, per 2 giorni mi hanno dovuto cambiare di letto però credo che per la molestia me lo hanno dato un letto doppio e molto più confortevole. Staff nel bar anche molto speciale fino ad andare a ballare tutto insieme in vari locali della sera. Molto centrale, letti comodi, acqua calda. Possibilità di comprare dei tour in reception. Niente tutto perfetto
• corinne (9/5): Très bon emplacement et qualité du personnel - L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout (plage, magasins, restos). Les dortoirs sont spacieux. L’hostel propose des excursions. Ils peuvent réserver vos bus ou train. Dans mon cas, malgré le Têt, l’équipe a pu me trouver une place en train. Pas de fontaine d’eau mais possibilité d’acheter des bouteilles sur place. Petit casier au dessus du lit avec clé (déposit 50000 dôngs rendu au départ). Possibilité de louer une serviette. Petit déjeuner très bien : pancakes, œufs, pastèque, thé/café, confiture, beurre, sucre) Le plus de cet hostel : le personnel. Super souriant, accueillant, gentil, toujours disponible. C’est vraiment un des premiers hostels où je rencontre des personnes aussi impliquées et sympathiques. Rien en particulier. Juste une suggestion : mettre des poubelles aussi dans l’espace douche sous les lavabos.

There is a curtain for privacy . 24/7 staff available as owner lives in building and speaks clear and good Englis. . Rooftop top and food available had tsmall safety deposit box. Not safe to put items on box as not enough space and higher up . It wasn't clean and not enough amenities to put prtsonal belonginhs iin each bed capsule.. No light for each bed area. No garbage bon in each room. A middle aged man from Vancouver was having a mental breakdown and two males felt scared that ine left to another hostel and the other male moved to another room. I was overcharged for the viapark as one of the staff told me the price but female staff changed 79,000 dong too much. It was not communicated to me how she was going to charge for the viapark. It needs to be cleanly communicated. Needs better shelving and cleanness. Floors are dirty and had to put items on floor.

• Hideaki (7/5): 建物は良し - トイレとシャワーが各階三つずつあり、助かった。 屋上からの眺めが良かった。 空港に行くシャトルバスの発着所が、宿の前の通りにあることを知らない男スタッフがいた。たまたまオーナーが知っていて親切に（案内まで）してくれたから良かったが、オーナーに話しかけなければ遠くのバス停まで歩くところだった。他のスタッフは愛想がない。 簡単な洗濯物を干す場所が階段の手すりにかけてもいいくらいのもの。プールいらないからそういうのがあるといい。

• Richard (9/5): Amazing spot! - Amazing staff, great atmosphere and social scene. Place was very clean and plenty of showers and toilets. They really made sure you had a great time. Only real downsides are the beds (which are very squeaky) and breakfast finishing by 9am.

Easy access as well with interesting places to visit a short walk away. They can also help with booking trips and travel. An ideal place for the first time visit to Nha trang
