• Carolyn (8/5): - Small but clean and tidy apartment. Everything provided including good quality shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid etc (didn't provide cheap brand stuff). My only negative comment is that the taps in the shower and hand basin are round with no handles so if your hands are wet and/or slippery with soap, it's not easy to turn the tap. Shower temperature was not easy to control - either too hot or too cold. Round handles were quite sensitive. Otherwise nice stay.

It was a privately owned apartment with personal amenities and the bedding etc was not of Peppers quality. Probably not large enough for a family

Also the initial supply of 3/4 roll of a toilet paper is never sufficient. However, the response and getting more rolls to us was appreciated.

Very thoughtful hosts, it was so lovely to see complimentary beverages and snacks upon our arrival. Cupboards were stocked with dishes, pots, cutlery, glassware, condimemts, Brita water filter, cleaning supplies including laundry detergent. Beautiful view of the city from our 36th floor and the sun room area. Great amenities, gym, sauna, steam room and outdoor area on 9th floor. There is even a library which we didn’t have a chance to check out and the lounge area was under renovation. Loved our stay and will happily return if we visit Melbourne again. Thank you, Catherine!
• vicki (10/5): Great outlook - Beautiful apartment, vey well appointed, however we had 12 hours without water due to leaking pipes with a 4 am evacuation. I understand it could not be helped however it is very hard to operate with out water for that long.
