• Omar (1/5): - Nada En resumen el apartamento es súper pequeño, parece hecho de cartón, se escucha todo, el habla de los vecinos, los pisotones de los de arriba y los portazos de los de enfrente, las bisagras de las puertas también hacen ruido, el plato de ducha es de 70 sobre 70, te pegas contra la pared, el grifo... Y por 80 euros la noche no merece para nada la pena.

• teino91 (7/5): 4 giorni ad Alicante - Staff molto gentile, posizione ottima! Eravamo nell'appartamento B. Ci sono cose da sistemare, può diventare tranquillamente da 9 questo appartamento. La tv non andava, doccia arrugginita ed un po' rotta. Arrugginite anche le sedie. Ci vorrebbe una pulizia profonda di tutto l'appartamento. Qualche formica c'era. C'era solo un fornello e no bidet.

• Tessa (7/5): - Bliskość do centrum i innych atrakcji. Blisko góra Santa Barbara. Dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Niestety był cały czas brzydki zapach w toalecie i ściany podrapane ,miejscami odpadający tynk. Pokój wymaga odświeżenia i porządnego sprzątania.

• tania (1/5): - Nada Las fotos del apartamento no se corresponden con la realidad. Huele a tuberías y la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, el agua caliente no duraba más de unos 4-5 minutos. La ducha no tragaba, Los grifos tenían oxido. Las paredes humedades. Las toallas del baño con pelos, nos tocó pedir más toallas y se sorprendió de darnos al menos dos por persona.

• Robert (6/5): Fantastic view - Own apartment with kitchen facility. Not far to walk into town. The view from the balcony is the Castillo de Santa Barbara, a great view. The blinds did not work, the curtains were thin, and one small side window in the bedroom didn't have a curtain. So in the morning, the bedroom was brightly lit with the sun rising directly in front.

• Skoković (6/5): Dirty and stinky - Location First and foremost the apartment was very cold. Bedsheets and towels were dirty and they had visible stains on them. The shower is very small, the floors were dirty and it stinks. All of the appliances were a fire hazard. We booked the apartment for three people but when we arrived there was only 2 sets of bed sheets and towels. We contacted the owner and got everything pretty fast but it was dirty and stinky. The walls are so thin that you can hear when somebody in the other apartment sneezes. The worst thing about our stay were the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping and shouting till 2am every night. Their kids are stomping on the ground 11pm-2am. We had to do the broomstick and ceiling trick. They were also shouting, and arguing very loudly. We were in the apartment on the first floor, and on their booking site there is only one picture of the room and you can’t see it all. Their booking site is not showing the real pictures of the apartments, most of the pictures are from one apartment the most “luxurious” one.

• Maya (8/5): Great value stay in a quiet location - Cheap and cheerful stay. Host was very welcoming, and met us at the property just in case we needed to use the adjacent car park (we didn't have a vehicle). The flat was basic, but clean and well-kept. There were pastries and coffee pods left for us for breakfasts, as well as a bottle of water in the fridge. It was lovely having access to the outdoor patio. The location was ideal, on a quiet street less than 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Towels and shampoo/ shower gel were provided. This wasn't a luxury apartment, but it was exactly what we were looking for - clean, central, quiet, and great value. If you're arriving to Alicante on the C6 Airport bus, it's only a 20 minute walk to the apartment from the last bus stop (Plaza Puerta del Mar). I don't know if the TV worked, because we didn't use it. The patio doors didn't lock (or maybe we just couldn't work it out!), but there was a sturdy shutter we could use to keep the flat secure. We were in Apartment B, which has a very small step down into the hallway.

• Bianca (6/5): Great location and friendly host, but the apartment felt dirty. - It was very easy to find the property keys, and the communication with the host went very smoothly on WhatsApp. The host was friendly. There was also water, beer, coffee, and some snacks for free, which was very nice! The apartment had towels, a hairdryer, air conditioning, glasses, and plates. I really liked it, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. For me, it felt dirty, there was a strange smell, the towels had stains on them, and the bedsheets seemed to have already been used (although maybe that was just my impression), moldy walls in the kitchen... The location of the apartment is perfect! I really didn’t like that the place felt dirty, I was very disappointed because of this. I’m not looking for luxury, just to feel comfortable and clean. The shower had hairs in it, there was a moldy smell, the couch had stains, and the towels also had stains and smelled strange to me (as if they had been dried in a closed, damp space). The bedsheets looked like they had already been used. There was no dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes, so I had to buy some myself, and I also had to buy a sponge.

• Dmitry (5/5): Not for that price - The opportunity to prepare food, cooking top, fridge with freezer. Welcome water, coffie and snacks. Nice view of the castle Host is polite Noisy, very noisy. If you want to sleep, then dont book apartment A. The entrance is right outside the apartment door. Traffic in and out may be constant with slamming and voices. Street with traffic right outside the window. There is also football field just nearby and you'll hear screaming and shouting long past midnight. I suspect the cleaning is made at night as I could hear moving furniture, vaacuuming and all kind of noises several nights. And yes, I was using earplugs. In my 4-day stay, no cleaning was done, nor there was there any cleaning tools. No closets I was promised a 1-day parking space as a compensation for leaking under a sink but it was already taken. The bed was half good, sinks are loose, missing light bulbs. No water cooker for your tea.

• Andy (4/5): Bien ubicado pero no garantiza descanso. - Buena ubicación, cerca del centro. Vistas al castillo de Santa Bárbara. Es muy pequeño, en las fotos aparecía con sofá y terraza pero nada de eso al llegar. Era un loft tamaño habitación. Aunque cubre las necesidades, las paredes son de pladur y se escucha todo, vecinos, griferías, gente en la escalera ya que la casa está justo en el portal del edificio. Entraba aire por la puerta, hacía retumbar la puerta. Tuvimos que bloquear con un cartón. Deberían mínimo cambiar la puerta y ajustarla al ancho del marco. Había una cucaracha viva en el baño.

• Candice Rebello (10/5): Cozy place in Alicante - A really nice cozy place. Easy to locate. The amenities provided were really good. There's a private parking area in case you arrive there by car. Also the host Mr. Shami was so hospitable and warm.

Hay muchas cosas por mejorar lamentablemente. - La habitacion que nos tocó no era de las principales descriptas en las fotos. La cocina era pequeña y no tenia barra. - La ducha pierde agua por una esquina lo que provoca que el agua llegue hasta el living comedor. - La ubicacion es buena pero tener en cuenta si vas con maletas que el acceso es por escaleras y subidas elevadas. - Mucho olor a humedad o resumidero en toda la habitacion. - Es una casa amplia que esta todo dividido por durlock lo que provoca qua cualquier sonido se escuche. Con un poco mas de amor y ganas seguramente quedaria muy bien 🤗

• Kirsti (3/5): Avoid castle view apartment - Location was not bad, they did provide a bottle of water & snacks/coffee pods. Very basic, needs updating badly. Damp water marks all over ceiling & walls, disgusting tiny shower, too small to even wash yourself. Ants everywhere, limited space. Wiring for the tv looks dodgy, loose wires.
• Alba (5/5): - Me dejo entrar un par de horas antes ya que estaba listo el apartamento. Tienen sombrilla para la playa♡ Tuve que limpiar la nevera ya que el congelador era un bloque de hielo y no enfriaba nada. El baño estaba lleno de hormigas y pequeñas cucarachas. No había alfombrin para el baño. La cama era bastante incómoda. No pude ver la tele en ningún momento porque el mando no funcionaba, el dueño nos trajo uno "universal" que nunca funcionó. No hay armarios para guardar la ropa.

Dobra cena Slike nekoliko apartmana su izmesane, tako da smo bile neprijatno iznenadjene kada smo shvatili da nemamo terasu. Pored toga nismo imali gde da susimo kupace kostime i peskire sa plaze. U apartmanu nema ni jedna polica ili ormar gde bi mogli da stavimo garderobu pa je sve stajalo u koferu na podu. Fen ne sme da se ukljuci jer se pregreje posle nekoliko sekundi i oseti se na paljevinu
