- YI HAO (1/5): 設備還行，有停車位，離海邊近，附近有養雞，早上有雞叫聲，經營者態度散漫，住宿時間到了完全沒有人接待客人，訊息也不回，看的出來無心經營民宿 - 設備還行，民宿位置稍微遠離遊客多的地方還算清幽，有停車位，離海邊蠻近的 老闆態度散漫，訊息完全不回應，住宿時間到了也沒有人在民宿接待客人，姍姍來遲之後又提早離開不管後面尚未入住的客人，民宿附近有住戶養雞，早上會有雞叫聲，民宿的桌上說會提供耳塞給客人使用，但實際上卻是沒有提供，飲水機的水桶也是等老闆遲到來了之後才安裝，沒有提前準備好給客人使用，大廳不知為何有大量的飲料玻璃瓶沒有清理，導致環境有點髒亂，還以為來到熱炒店

- Fa ming (8/5): 整體而言給80分，因為房間大，因為沒有人入住，所以很安靜，面海是也很好 - 地理位置很好，無敵海景，房間非常大寬敞 房間有冷氣沒有暖氣設備，裝潢的壁紙有一些地方脫落了，廁所馬桶竟然沒有衛生紙， 3樓沒有飲水機，要到1樓才能裝水

- Ian (9/5): Overall - The location is fantastic. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. Parking at the front door. Rooftop balcony. I woke up at 530 to view the sunrise! Beautful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is very basic, but good enough to set you up for the morning. They room was very clean, except for a couple of leftover drinks stains on the desk on the room.

- Yvonne (10/5): It's worth every single penny for stay in this place. - I am so happy with the stay because the property is super clean and very thoughtful with all the amenities. definitely will be back! nothing.
- Wan (8/5): Very good - It's very near to the beach (Qixingtan). We rented bicycles from the rental shop and cycled the whole day. We can see the beach from our room. Unfortunately due to cloudy weather, I could not see the sunrise. The staff there is awesome, especially the young lady who mans the front desk during check in until 9pm. Very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Will also give travel tips around the area. The premise doesn't have laundry service, but we could go round the corner behind FamilyMart for a public laundry room. Just be prepared to have bags for your clothes. There is free flow of bottled soft drinks that you can help yourself from the fridge in the reception area. There were only 4 bicycles available in the whole premise and all are adult size, so my kids were not able to cycle. We took one out for a spin, but the chain came off soon after and we had to push the bike back. We informed the staff but it wasn't fixed during the rest of our stay. Breakfast was repeated everyday. We were served dumplings with soup, which was made to order everyday. Good thing is, the lady who does the morning shift would ask if breakfast was ok and if we wanted something else. I asked for sandwiches or burger for my kids, which was accommodated for the next few days. Not prepared by them, but bought from a breakfast store. We bumped into a cold snap, so it was extremely cold and windy. And bicycle rental shop was closed due to poor weather, so we didn't do much.

- Tim (8/5): 高CP值七星潭民宿 - 房間基本上是乾淨的，但是因為在海邊，所以濕氣較重，五樓的風景絕美，以附近來說CP值很高。 早餐的話算不上豐盛，但是可以吃的飽。 沐浴乳跟洗髮精洗完之後身體很乾燥，有點不適。

- Kok (10/5): Super happy, highly recommend - It is more pricey than neighboring hotel but it is so clean, so well maintained, ran by the lovely boss lady, super competent & friendly staff. U can see a perfect sunrise from your own room!! Room is very spacious for any standards, large balcony overlooking the sea; you can gear the waves crashing onto the pebble beach and it's a 2mins walk to the beach. Having said that, there isn't much around except a short promenade where you can bike; downtown is about 15mins away which is an easy cab ride. Owner recommended a fantastic honest driver that we ended up using as day care to go around Hualien; they also recommended the right wine shop n restaurant which we had a fabulous local meal in.

Kettle and fridge in the room, but instant coffee / English tea, sugar and milk would improve things. Also the hotel should invest in a microwave which could assist residents to warm up food as there are not many nearby restaurants.
- Chay (10/5): Fantastic Home Stay with 5 stars hotel standard - Seven Star Sunrise & Seven Star Dil is more like a 5 stars hotel standard than a noraml home stay facility. The staff were courteous, warm and caring. The room i stay was huge and facing the sea with balcony which i can sit in my room and watch the sunrise. The hotel have a huge open rooftop space at level 4 and level 5 to watch sunrise, do your exercise or eat your meals. The room was super clean and well maintain. The hotel and the room design was fantastic. The breakfast was great and they even facilitate my request for non-pork diet. The hotel also provided one good, friendly, reliable in house Yellow Taxi driver and charging the price at the reasonable rate, the said taxi driver, Victor Liu, also assisted me to plan for my daily tour destination and charge me at daily booking rate which was much lower if i have to book from other places. The said taxi driver acted a tour guide and can converse in English and Mandarin. You can consult the hotel counter to request for Victor Liu contact details. I also attached Victor's name card in case you want to contact him to plan for your vist in advance. The hotel also provided free bicycle for us to ride along the Qixingtan Beach and i really enjoyed the morning ride. Nothing at all.

- YU-LONG (10/5): 面海的高級乾淨旅館 - 風景真的很棒，直接面海，早晨可直接欣賞日出，尤其還有桌椅可以坐著看海聊天，超棒 設備很新穎、乾淨，用起來很安心無疑慮 空間也夠大，在室內移動很方便，不用特別小心 唯一的缺點是飯店旁邊的停車場不夠多，需要停到下方一點的停車場
- Bo-Xun (10/5): 漂亮的房間及海景！！ - 房間舒適漂亮！ 窗外可直接看到海景，很棒！ 服務人員和老闆都很親切！ 整個四樓都是觀景臺！看出去的風景很漂亮！ 我在三樓的房間可以聽的到小朋友在四樓觀景台跑跳的腳步聲！不過到了晚上就很安靜！只聽得到海浪聲！！

- Stephen (6/5): Beautiful Oceanview Hotel - First off, Id like to say this new hotel is has a wonderful location and very friendly staff. We were greeted with afternoon snacks and a lovely view if the ocean. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and the free breakfast was one of the best and filling, weve had in a longtime. They prepare it fresh for you and even bring it to you at your table. Then after breakfast, they bring you some bananas as well. The rooms are very clean and look so new. The barhroom is a decent size as well as the shower, with modern large shower head and shower hose, should you prefer using that. The room comes with a large tv and bed as well as the standard items found on most hotels. Theres no hair conditioner but rather just body and hair shampoo. The elevator is very fast. The view from the roof is stunning!. You can see the beautiful ocean with all its splendor from there. The only and I mean only, downside to this Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff is their neighbor behind them. She owns at least 3 roosters that will wake you up starting at 3am till 8am....They have a dog as well, but it surprisingly sleeps through the noisy roosters...We definitely reccomend that you only book an oceanfront view, If you want a good nights sleep. If the staff offers you an upgrade, take it, you will be glad you did.
