• Frederick (4/5): Cramped but do-able. Could have been better if we are made aware that this is a pull-down bed. - Location, it is a good location, near to many attractions and eateries. As the room is already small, don't need the sofa and coffee table. Don't even need the shelves as we tend to hit ourselves at the sides.
• Justin (8/5): charming Charming Concept - location was unbeatable. it was a comfortable apartment. there were no bowls so we struggled to eat cereal. the pillows were too soft and flat and could definitely be firmer. there were a few stains on the bed sheets and some scuff marks on the walls. there could have been a few more cleaning supplies left, for longer stays.

• Rocio (10/5): Amazing - Everything was great! The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect. We loved it, there’s nothing we didn’t like. Nothing. Everything was great.
• Janice (8/5): Location was great and very clean - just noisy due to thin walls - The location worked out very well. The apartment was very clean. The shower was very spacious. When we had questions such as finding out details about the washing machine they were very responsive. If you open the bed, there is no couch to sit in (we thought from the photo that both would be available at the same time). Also the walls are very thin so very noisy. If you need an elevator be aware that the elevator stops between floors so you must still climb a flight of stairs and you also need to climb stairs to get to the elevator when you come into the building. It was inconvenient due to fold down bed as it took up the whole room - if you kept it down, otherwise you need to make up the bed every night.
• Candela (6/5): It is well located and very clean. - I liked that it was near everything, in the middle of the key attractions of the city. Most appliances were brand new and everything was spotless. The hot water only worked for 7 minutes which is so little time to shower. The place is small and it can get kind of crowded. Keep in mind that you have to move the couch in order to pull down the bed.
• Georgios (7/5): Good - Location was great. Expectations could have been exceeded with min. effort: a couple of coffee capsules. maps and isntructions for MAdrid were all missing. A security payment was asked, without this being expected (at least clearly) at booking time. The apartment was quite small with a walled drop-off bed.

• Kevin (8/5): Excellent location in the heart of Madrid - Excellent location Complicated entry to gain access to the building and to the apartment Murphy bed was comfortable but needed work every day as mattress was often trapped.
• Henry (7/5): Great location. Small studio apartment. - The location is great. You are right in the center of things. Easy walk to the central squares and the metro. There is a grocery store right across the street. The entry instructions were complex and confusing. The customer support is non existent. We called and all she said was look at the email/text we sent you. We had to wait for someone who was leaving to get in the door. Then you need 3 keys to get in all the doors and each key is not marked or differentiated from the others. The apartment is pretty small and not well stocked. We had to go out and buy our own toilet paper and paper towels. They did not have separate soap and shampoo. So we went out and bought that as well.
• Eric (2/5): Very poor - The process associated with this booking was excessively complex and inefficient absorbing a lot of time to resolve. Entry details with codes was not received until after the entry time and only after several phone calls. The bed was a pull down which was a surprise!! Would not recommend next time a hotel, which would be cheaper in addition. Eric See above comments.......
• Andreea (5/5): Passable - The location It is very noisy all the time: noise from the street, but mostly from the neighbours The apartment is not really an apartment as I thought based on the photos, it’s only one room The bed is a foldable one, so not very comfortable The iron was burnt and impossible to use

• Marina (8/5): Very good - Location All necessities (almost all) were available. It would be good if the description of the place indicated thst due to the noise from the street the windows have to be kept shut. To be fair, there is perfectly working air conditioning and if the 🪟 shut, the noise from the streets does not bother your sleep.
• Dalia (8/5): Pretty awesome… Minor fixing to make it perfect - Very clean, practical, and Isabel was awesome. she went above and beyond to help me during my stay. The hot water only last approximately 10 min after that freezing cold… The washer takes 3 hours to wash and has a water leak when it drains. other than that perfect.

• Michael (9/5): Great apartment & location at great rate. Grocery store across the street to stock up on things for the long stay. - location & quiet building AC noise & limited items in the apartment requiring us to get additional items at the store like toilet paper, detergent, etc
