• Ian (2/5): - Hotel was closed down and a building site. Expedia will not refund me as I want to cancel the room. Only wanted to cancel the room as it was closed down. Still no refund. DONT BOOK WITH EXPEDIA

• Eleonora (4/5): - La posizione è ottima perché è vicina al centro e alle fermate della metro e del bus, ma la pulizia è veramente inesistente. Ho trovato capelli neri negli asciugamani e nelle lenzuola che in teoria dovevano essere pulite… io sono bionda Per quello che abbiamo pagato non mi aspettavo chissà cosa ma almeno il minimo di pulizia.

• Karen (4/5): - We found that the property might be under renovations. The lighting in the hallway was very poor. Wifi was very spotty. You could hear traffic and people talking outside. Got woken by construction noise.

Plug sockets hanging out the wall. One of the light switches didn't work. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. My credit card went missing from my room. Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

• Kadidia Djibo (4/5): - Franchement j’ai été déçu dès que j’ai posé les yeux sur l’établissement mais je lui ai donné une chance. Après on nous a donné uns chambre ou la toilette n’était pas nettoyé et les draps tachés. La deuxième nuit les cauchemars!? On nous a changé de chambre et c’était pire il y’avait des insectes partout dans le matelas et sur le matelas les couettes tout. J’ai pris des vidéos tellement que j’étais choquée. Les toilettes étaient sales, la cuvette avec des taches omg j’ai peter les plombs surtout que je suis allergique à certains insectes j’ai commencé à me gratter de partout. On a pas dormi de la nuit on était assis par terre car les lits étaient infestés d’insectes. On a demandé à être rembourser pour les 3 prochaines nuits.
• ERIKA (8/5): - イスタンブールの中でも、比較的お安いお値段で良心的でした。おそらくホテルを少し出て小道にずれたら怪しい立地になっているからでしょうね。但し、通常に通りを使用し安全に気をつければ問題はありません。また地元の方の使用される飲食店が多いようで主要観光地よりもお安く楽しめました。 ホテルにはわんちゃんがいるのかな？可愛かったー
• Fatih (8/5): Uygun fiyata iyi otel - Konum olarak Eminönü merkeze yakın. Otel muhit olarak vasat ama uygun fiyata bulunabilecek en iyi otellerden. Genel olarak iyiydi. Sorunsuz giriş yatış ve çıkış yaptık.

• Christine (6/5): - Clean sufficient room if you don’t spend a lot of time in your room. As a solo female traveler I am was frequently bothered by men in the surrounding neighborhood. This is not the fault of the property but did have me switch hotels to a place with more security at a slightly higher rate. It was nice this property has an elevator for bags which many do not. The staff was friendly and attentive. We did our best to understand each other and if I needed help from someone who did not speak English they could find someone quickly who did.

• Hassan (4/5): - Die Lage war zwar gut, jedoch war das Zimmer nicht so sauber wie ich es wollte. Im Badezimmer liefen Ameisen herum und im Zimmer selbst waren ab und zu Käfer am rumkrabbeln. Mücken gab es auch jeden Tag obwohl sie beseitigt wurden von mir.
• Dicle (6/5): - Die Unterkunft war leider dreckig. Im Badezimmer waren Ameisen und die Kissenbezüge und Deckenbezüge waren dreckig. Auf den Hinweis, hieß es nur, dass es kein anderes Zimmer gäbe. Die Umgebung ist wirklich nicht sicher und liegt total abseits inmitten von komischen Menschen. Als Frau habe ich mich nicht sicher gefühlt.

• Catherine Kamal (8/5): - The location is great, 3 mins u will be at haliç metro or bus station, 15 mins to eminunu, the area is a little bet local but u can find anything u need around. the staff is very friendly and trying their best to help, but not all of them can speak English, also the housekeeping is not good at all they just take the trash every 3 days and that's it , for example i stayed almost 2 weeks the bed sheets did not change even 1 time although i asked for that a lot, also happened a problem with the electricity of my room i stayed all night without electricity and the answer from the reception was (l don't know) Overall it's a good small room according to its price, i recommend it if u need a small cheap place and a vital location, also if u don't ask for facilities.

• Sabrina (10/5): - L'établissement est très bien situé pour ceux qui recherchent l'authenticité : en plein coeur d'un quartier populaire, immersion garantie ! Le coin peut paraître insecure mais ce n'est qu'une apparence. Les gens sont sumpathiques et feront l'effort de vous aider même si la pratique des langues étrangères est limitée. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable. L'anglais est kemelt suffisant pour dialoguer. Je recommande ! Attention pas de service de petit déjeuner...

I really loved that in the entrance very friendly and sweet cats were being fed. The TV didn't work in the last two days, for the rest i think it was a pleasant stay.

• Sedef (4/5): - Kein Klopapierhalter,kein Handtuchhalter,Klopapier kriegt ihr jeden zweiten Tag und nur 2 Rollen die nur für ein Tag reichen. Bettbezug wird jeden zweiten Tag gewechselt 👍. Keine Heizung Nachts ist es leider sehr kalt. Im Bad wurden die Fliesen(auch die Wände) nie gewischt da waren leider noch räste von Zähneputzen.Leider nie wieder !

• Tahira (6/5): Local budget hotel - The good thing about this hotel is that it is located within walking distance of the main attractions. However, we were disturbed that the power went out three times. The room was too small for two people. No fridge in the room. Rooms were not cleaned daily. Staff was nice and helpful, but not everyone spoke English.

• MH (8/5): - This hotel is awesome due to its proximity to many of Istanbul’s old city attractions such as Mosques, Grand Bazzar, Ferry Boats, shopping allies and centers, the metro and great view of the Bosphorus river, Galatasaray bridge and many others. They also use green technology to save energy on lighting, heating and cooling. The rooms are very clean and of practical size and comfort. The only thing I would say that some of the interior walls of the room could use some cleaning or fresh paint. The service is wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend it if you are in budget and looking for a stay near the old city.

• Carla (8/5): Nice, cosy hotel. Clean & well equipped. - The hotel is new, clean & well equipped. At night, it is very quiet. So sleeping was good. The staff is helpful & pleasant. The location is convenient; close to the spice Bazar & close to the metro station, to the market & other shops. In the street, you have a choice of restaurants & cafes for every meal. I only wished there was a fridge in the room.
