The location was great (very central). Facilities were dated and fairly limited, non air conditioned reception. Staff were just ok. Required a cash deposit which delayed things at checkout.

La vue côté jardin (pour le type de chambre que nous avions réservée) depuis notre chambre. Pas de petit déjeuner. Chauffe-eau trop en hauteur dans la douche : il faut faire plus de 1,70m pour pouvoir le régler facilement. La mauvaise réception des chaînes de télévision française, surtout France 24

• Sunshine369 (9/5): - Alles war unglaublich sauber, großes Zimmer mit Balkon, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher mit Kaffee zum zubereiten, 2 Flaschen Trinkwasser pro Tag, gute Möglichkeiten zur Ablage für Klamotten, tolle Klimaanlage, freundliche Rezeption. Das größte Plus ist allerdings die absolut perfekte Lage, um in die Altstadt zu laufen! Kleine Cafés und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, alles andere ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, auch der berühmte Sonntagsmarkt. Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, das auch noch günstiger ist als die meisten. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn ich in Phuket bin. Die Balkons waren zum Innenhof, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat, da wir nur zum Schlafen und Packen im Hotelzimmer waren.

• Diane (8/5): Simple and convenient hotel in a quiet part of Old Town Phuket - Large room, good bathroom, a vanity table, and a big fridge. Quiet location set back from the road. The elevator was very convenient. The location was good. Very clean. Shampoo and body wash provided in the shower. I would have enjoyed having a smart TV in the room. The hotel could offer coffee in the lobby area for guests. The pillows were very firm, I would have appreciated the option of both soft and firm pillows in the room. There was no hand soap at the basin in the bathroom. We were disappointed to be charged for damaging a bath towel as menstruation is viewed as a natural body process in the UK, and not as dirty or damaging.

• simonfA458OB (10/5): Awesome - I had a great stay at Siri Hotel Phuket! The location is perfect — right in the heart of Phuket Town, close to the old town, cafés, and local markets. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It’s a great value for money, especially if you want to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Phuket for three days with my wife, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by an incredibly inconvenient towel policy. According to the receptionist, towels can only be replaced during the day. So, if you're out exploring the island and return after sunset—well, you're out of luck. You'll have to reuse the same towel, no matter what. This policy seems especially impractical, as most visitors to Phuket are out for activities from early morning until late in the evening. During our stay, I was joining various group trips that started at 7 a.m., so I didn’t want to risk having the housekeeping staff enter our room while we were away. As a result, I had to use the same towel for the entire stay. On check-out day, I simply asked if I could have a fresh towel to take a shower before leaving. To my surprise, I was told that the hotel’s policy prohibits towel replacement on the day of check-out. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially for a place that caters to tourists who are likely to be out on excursions all day. While the hotel’s location and amenities were fine, this towel policy left a very negative impression on what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. I hope the management reconsiders this policy to offer a more guest-friendly experience

The sheets and towels were changed every day. The location is 5 mins walk away from downtown old Phuket with lots of places for breakfast. You can have coffee in the lobby and there is a hot water dispenser. Fantastic value for money with free wi-fi as well. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing. We had a room facing a wall but asked to change which they did.
