Pesadelo. - Apenas da localização Eu me certifiquei antes com a plataforma de que eu não podia ficar na parte de cima da beliche, pois tenho cirurgia da coluna e não tenho flexibilidade e nem força nas pernas. Porém ao chegar, constatei que tudo estava ocupado e os funcionários e a gerente nada resolveu. Fui obrigada, pela hora adiantada da noite, a ficar e, se quis dormir, subi na beliche ultima de 3 camas, me arriscando a cair e me acidentar. Lamentável.

- Llorens Martí (3/5): Decepcionante. - La ubicación es muy buena, fácil de encontrar. Precios competitivos. El edificio no tenía calefacción y era demasiado viejo. Había tanta humedad que no se podía respirar en la habitación, olía terriblemente mal. Estaba todo mojado y tuvimos que limpiar nosotros mismos las manchas negras de las paredes (obviamente las del techo no pudimos) y comprar una estufa. Es un lugar muy frio y húmedo y no tiene ascensor. Además, nos picaron bichos que calculamos que estaban en las camas (colchones?). Creemos que eran pulgas o chinches. El check-out es muy tarde y tampoco estaba la persona en la recepción a la hora indicada. Si hubieramos tenido que coger un vuelo, lo habríamos perdido. No respondieron al teléfono que nos indicaron y no había forma de contactar.

- Morgana Costa (1/5): DESCASO, MAL ATENDIDA, ROUBADA. - Nada Não existia reserva nenhuma, fiquei na rua, não havia quartos em lado nenhum e ainda foi debitado na minha conta o valor integral, quando deveriam não receber o valor e ainda me indenizar pelo ocorrido. Ainda bloquearam meu número para mensagens no WhatsApp, não atendem telefone, não mais recebem minhas mensagens. Vigarice é o nome para este tratamento. Escrevi no livro de reclamações, quero que seja resolvido a situação, que devolvam meu dinheiro e vou solicitar indenizações, porque corri risco por terem me deixado na rua às 21:00 do dia 14/10/2025. Não tenho como por fotos, nem entrei no estabelecimento.
- Maria Inês Franco (1/5): - No momento do checkin foi retirado fotografias dos nossos documentos de identificação sem nenhum pedido de autorização ou assinatura de checkin com indicação de protecção de dados. Proibido por lei. Ao subir o andar deparamos com imensos sacos espalhados pelo corredor com cobertores e roupa,sendo necessário desviar para poder passar.Situacao perigosa em caso de incêndio. Durante a estadia no quarto encontramos um espelho caído, quarto sem toalhas e impossível de dormir com a claridade que entra através do vidro por cima da porta de entrada do quarto. Chegamos tarde e saímos às 6 da manhã, não sendo possível falar no momento e dormir. No momento da saída tomamos banho com um lençol de quarto. Lamentável a gerência não ter respondido ao email enviado após a estadia!

Casa de banho mesmo sendo partilhada estava limpa e não encontramos com ninguém , nem parecia que era partilhada . Tanto na chegada como na saída os rapazes da recepção eram simpáticos . Não tinha barulho e a noite foi perfeita . Não tinha toalhas , não deu para tomar banho .

- Aurélie (8/5): Agréable mais attention à la caution - Literie confortable et parties communes propres L'armoire dans la chambre qui mériterait fortement d'être changée : fond se détache, clous qui sortent et qui peuvent blesser, traces d'humidité à de nombreux endroits (bois gondolé et peinture se détache). Par ailleurs, le système de la caution qui doit être payée en espèces n'est pas très honnête : on doit nous rendre la somme le jour de notre départ mais la personne de la réception arrive à 11h et nous devons quitter les lieux avant 11h ! On ne croise donc personne pour nous rendre la somme, d'autant plus si on doit quitter le logement tôt. Cela ressemble fortement à une forme de pourboire pour les jeunes tenant la réception. Pourquoi ne pas utiliser l'empreinte de carte bancaire ? Ce n'est pas pour la somme en question, on parle de 10€, mais c'est une question de principe.

Vicino alla stazione volendo; noi eravamo in macchina e c'era il parcheggio in strada gratuito fino alle 9.00 La struttura non si vede affatto bene dall'esterno: sembra un magazzino. Povco segnalata. In generale è abbastanza vecchiotta, scale senza ascensore e bagni in comune. Le porte dei bagni si chiudono male!

- Eva (1/5): - The sharing shelve is convenient. Easy connection to Lisboa or Cascais - trainstation at the doorstep. The fotos on booking.com looked good , the reality left a lot to wish for. The staff was neither helpful nor nice, it might have been a nice place once, when these fotos were taken. This dedicatiion to the hostel was nowhere to be found, unfortunately.The floor of our room was dirry, the room had a strange odor and a mold stain on the wall. I cannot recommend this hostel, even though it is well connected and there are beautiful beaches around. I was more than happy to leave.

El personal demasiado preocupado por detalles al momento del check-in, y no liberaba la habitación para que mis hijos descansen (nos íbamos a quedar 3 días)! No siempre había gente en recepción, incluso en el horario que decía. Al llegar me quieren cobrar una tasa turística, pero no tienen para cobrar con tarjeta, debe ser en efectivo! Un error a mi entender pues no está avisado en la web de Hoteles!

- Aurora (4/5): Only if you must - The only member of the staff that was present, let us check in before the time shown on Booking. It’s the third time I stay in this hostel because basically it’s the only thing available in Parede and I have to go there for work every year. The front door lock wasn’t working so you really had to be sure to lock your room and also be careful at night because anyone could come into the building. I tried to contact the property multiple times through booking, phone calls and WhatsApp and I received no reply at all. The rooms are ok but the bathroom had some cleaning issues - and there’s no body shower gel provided, which I think it’s the bare minimum you can offer with that price tag.
