Il giardino e la piscina sono curatissimi, un vero angolo di pace dove rilassarsi completamente. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza sono stati Elisa e Marco: disponibilissimi, accoglienti e sempre pronti a consigliare i posti migliori in cui andare. Hanno reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale.

- Agata (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Unterkunft - Wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Elisa und Marco sind herzliche Gastgeber und stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung bei Fragen oder Anliegen. Gut gelegen, da ca 15 min zu Fuss bis zum Bahnhof. Ideal, wenn man die Cinque Terre besichtigen möchte. -

Difficile de garer sa voiture lorsqu'on la prend pour soit aller faire des visites plus lointaines (Pise ou Lucca), soit pour sortir le soir près du port se trouvant à une demi heure à pied.

- Madeleine (8/5): Great location and helpful host - The location is excellent, only 10/15 minute walk to the train station and 30 to city centre. Very clean room with comfy bed. Marco is an excellent host and made some great restaurant recommendations. Room is like a small hotel room. Outside area and pool beautiful. The internal space is not soundproofed which I found misleading from description. You can hear other guests and the people up stairs. No ironing board in the room. Towels not changed in 5 days of stay. Also didn’t like only having one key card to gain entry to the property- this was awkward for us when we split up and a worry if we had lost the card.
- Leigh (10/5): Hidden Gem in La Spectre - Our stay at Affittacamere Villa Marcella was very relaxing the weather was very warm so coming back every day from sightseeing the pool was a wonderful blessing. Being 20 minutes walk into central La Spectra we were surprised by the quality of the restaurants nearby the villa, saved going into town every night. Elisa and Marco were lovely hosts. Nothing not to like

We had a room with balcony, the balcony had the perfect size to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts Elisa & Marco can help you with everything, the also prepared a ton of information in different languages for you, they even help you find a restaurant and book a table for you, thats what i call top service ! the pool and the backyard area were also totally beautiful, clean and quiet. perfect to relax. I can only highly recommend Affittacamere Villa Marcella 👍🏻 Theres absolutly nothing

- Karen (10/5): A little gem! Gorgeous pool with wonderful owners. - What a gem! The hosts could not have been friendlier or kinder. The communication was fantastic, via WhatsApp to make it much easier, and lots of useful information was shared proactively. The room (we had a triple with balcony and street view for me and two teens) was spotless and comfortable, and the air con was the quietest I have ever experienced. The pool was perfect (we had it to ourselves most of the time, too) and there's a great outside area with lemon and lime trees, shaded tables for eating (under pretty lights), table football, table tennis, and plenty of sunbeds, a swing seat and hammock too. There are many nearby restaurants to choose from, a shop within about 5 minutes, and an incredible bakery a few minutes' walk away (turn left and just walk down the road) - we got four delicious things twice and it was €5 and then €4. Incredible. The doughnuts are like biting into a cloud... We were allowed to stay and use the pool for several hours after check-out and given use of the owners' bathroom to get changed, which was so kind and generous of them, and made our last day so much better (we didn't fly out of Pisa until 9pm). It's highly recommended in every way, and we were so grateful for the use of the pool after check out. A great place to stay if you're planning to see the Cinque Terre towns, about a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Nothing.
- Lesley (10/5): Warm family atmosphere - We liked everything about our stay. Marco and his wife looked after us exceptionally well. The house and pool etc were spotless and had a lovely aroma. The cafe across the road was welcoming and helpful and marco booked 2 exceptional meals for us during our stay. He even picked us up and dropped us off when we couldn’t get a taxi. It was the perfect base to explore the Cinque Terra but La Spezia was worth the visit on its own! Nothing

We all enjoyed the snacks (lots of them and replaced daily) and the mini fridge. Good base for exploring surrounding area. Seafood restaurant (Petronilla) was recommended by the owners. It seemed expensive but actually was really good value for the quality of the food and the number of courses (it really was delicious). It would be good to have kitchen facilities and laundry facilities at the Villa even if shared but this was minor issue as there was a laundry close by.

- David (4/5): I did not feel the property should have a rating of 9 - The host was very friendly. the walk to the train station was not 15 minutes but more like 25. With the steep hill we had to use a taxi to get back to the room. The cafe across the street was closed so we could not get breakfast or coffee on one of the days. There seemed to be a lot of rules and limited times to check in and out. The rooms were more like a airb&b and not a hotel. They were smaller with small bathrooms.

- Sonya (8/5): Very good - Good security except they want to come into your room everyday to make the bed which seems a bit invasive for this type of accomodation. Very clean and tidy. Lots of rules on what not to do. Lots of aromatic decorations which we found very strong.
- Rosemary (7/5): Nice property but would not return. - Appearance, quiet, complimentary snacks. Elsie and Marco clearly care about their property. Location is good with regards to getting to the Cinque Terra. Only provided one card to turn on electricity and as a key card. If one person leaves the room, the other either has no electricity (lights, A/C) or has to get dressed to go into the common area to let the other back in. Cannot eat in your room (only outside on the balcony with small uncomfortable chairs or on the patio - a problem especially when it was raining. Shower was very nice but too small, hard to avoid getting your hair wet. Pool was not heated and surprisingly cold in hot weather, closing when still light out so we only got to use it once for a few minutes (not much in the way of restaurants nearby so after a long day of sightseeing, you have to get dinner and get back first). Nice location with regards to accessing the Cinque Terra but a little too far from transportation and restaurants so daily time is spent getting back and forth, walking 2 miles each day plus your sightseeing and hiking.
- Cristina (10/5): We recommend this location and we will be back for sure. - We liked very much this accommodation. The rooms are very nice decoratad, clean and have everything you need. The access to this location was easy and the hosts, Eliza and Marco, very friendly. Nothing to complain.

- Simon (9/5): Good location and great hosts and the pool was bliss with the hot summer temperaturres. - Family run accomodation, very welcoming and friendly. Allowed use of the family pool. Clean modern environment. Good base for visiting the Cinque Terre with train station 20-15 min walk. Rooms were on the small side especially for 3 people. No facilities to be able to have breakfast in your room.
- Anonymous (10/5): We were there only for two days but we enjoyed it very much - The service was excellent and everything was completely clean, the owner was very friendly and had very good tasting limoncello made by his own.
- Lorraine (8/5): Great Accommodation, Lovely Hosts, Quiet Location but Felt Cramped for Us - Spotlessly clean. Lovely pool. Marco was fabulous and accommodating. The room felt cramped with too much furniture. You could hear the upstairs neighbours walking around until approx 11pm and started up again at approx 5.30am. The neighbours next door were noisy with slamming the doors and keys. We had to remove the air fresheners from the room as they were overpowering for us and made us cough.
- Tori (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very clean and the outdoor space was absolutely beautiful. Our children enjoyed the pool and eating space outside. We thought it was a wonderful stay and Marco made us feel very welcome by even greeting us outside when we arrived. He was very helpful to answer any questions and give advice for restaurants etc and offering to drive my parents to train station. Thank you Everything was great .
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional - Elisa and Marco were incredibly hospitable, friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nicely decorated, and just perfect for us. The lovely pool was a well needed addition in July. The villa is further away from the harbour and centre, but it wasn't an issue for us. If anything, it was good to be further from the very touristy areas and enjoy food in the same restaurants locals eat at.
- Debabrata (10/5): Exceptional - Marco, the owner/caretaker is the best. We got stuck in traffic and reached the place quite late. Not only he kept telling us not to worry until we reached there, he made everything very easy for us including giving his parking spot to us. We have very good experience. We stayed there for one night but I can't think of staying anywhere else if we visit La Spezia again.

- Juan (10/5): The hosts are very welcoming and super nice, they help you with whatever you need like recommendations for restaurants, - The location is perfect, a 10 minute walk from the trainstation, modern and clean rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable, ans safe! The rolms are cleaned and organized every day, like in a hotel.
- Jan (8/5): A great place for a trip to Cinque Terre. - It was perfect to visit Cinque Terre. It is easy to get to the train station. We didn't need our car and found a free public parking space in front of the apartment building. There passes a road in front of the building, but the noise didn't bother since the windows blocked it well.
- Ludene (10/5): Absolutely perfect! Excellent hosts and highly recommended. - The hosts are absolutely superb! Extremely helpful and the villa is well situated within walking distance of all amenities. The room was stunning and exceeded our expectations.
