Super ze bylo jacuzzi, szkoda, ze lekko nieogarnięte organizacyjnie i ostatnia sesja w jacuzzi mi przepadła. Cena jak za hotel 5 gwiazdkowy a jakość podrzędnego hostelu. Natomiast lokalizacja bardzo dobra!
- Ross (9/5): Definitely recommend. Comfortable, quiet, & convenient location. - On site food/bar option was very good. Although no refrigerator in room, they provide coolers for each room and free bags of ice. Less than 5 minute walk to shops/entertainment/food/grocery(they will shuttle also). Hot tub/Sauna area can be reserved(free) one day in advance, 9a-7p time slots, reservation is required. They clean between each group. We had a car, and loved that we could be in Denali NP within 5 minutes. Water filling station in lobby. They shuttle you from their main parking lot to closest stairs to your cabin. You will likely have to carry your luggage up and down a flight of stairs to get to your cabin. Pretty minor all things considered.

- ELLIN (7/5): Location was great. Takos restaurant superb. Room was not. - liked location and restaurant on premises. King suite was not a suite. It was a king bed with a small sleeper/loveseat right at the foot of the bed! "Suite" is usually two rooms of some sort. We had a cot brought in which could be moved under the coat rack...at least out of sight of the king bed. Hot tub/sauna had to be scheduled. not always available at time wanted.
- Tom (4/5): Poor choice - The cabin had very little heat. We had no water in the sink until someone came and installed a new faucet. The shower had water that changed from scalding to freezing every one or two seconds. We would not recommend this hotel.
- steven (4/5): - Decent location in Nenana Canyon downtown outside Denali. A series of steps up off the maim drag but walkable to restaurants and importantly the Princess property free shuttle to the park which runs twice an hour. The crows nest shuttle runs less frequently by request. On site tako restaurant has excellent breakfast burrito and tasty tacos for dinner. Of course Denali prices... Small cabin. No dressers or closets. Floor tilts ( or was it the bed?). Needs weatherproofing to prevent draft. Like everything near Denali incredibly overpriced. 500 bucks a night for a 2 star property. Mountain view was ok but everything in town is a mountain view...

- james (8/5): Crow’s Nest name is accurate description - We enjoyed our four night stay as the entire staff went out of their way to meet your requests. What we did not expect was the up hill location of the level five cabins. As is typical of many shops and other locations in mountain towns, there was a lot of trekking up and down stairs. Be sure to get a lower level cabin if you have difficulty navigating stairs. Staff will take you in golf carts if you ask. Denali is awesome and Crow’s Nest is very close to shops and restaurants—just have to climb down if you do not have a vehicle. Views are great from their restaurant deck and the cabins.

- Monika (4/5): Better more conenient places to stay in Denali for similar price. - The best thing about this hotel is the taco restaurant located there. We ate there 4 times. Customer service is lacking and could be improved. Young adults on summer work visas from abroad. Only a few were friendly, others with poor communication, eye contact and customer service skills. Shuttle van is available but limited times and staff acted as if it were a huge inconvenience. Hot tub is there but had to book which was a hassle and they had to turn it on, warm it up and meet us there. Driveway is steep with deep pot hotels so shuttle service for a Denali excursion would not pick us up there. Cabins are a bit shabby. Not worth the exorbitant summer prices.

The cabins are a ridiculous price, too. We would've checked out a day early if we could've gotten a refund for one night. Don't waste your money!

- Laura (6/5): Overall Meh - Facilities other than the room were nice. The restaurant had delicious food and amazing views, and the hot tub and sauna were nice. Staff were generally friendly and they were dog friendly. Room was small and cramped. Beds were small and not overly comfortable for 2 people. Sink in the bedroom had a weird angle so if you turned it to high your shirt got wet. Although the view of the trees is beautiful, views of the mountains (like what I was expecting) were elusive. You need to park in a lower parking lot and then either huff it uphill or request a ride in the golf cart which is semi inconvenient. The staff were very accommodating with the golf cart, but I would prefer to park at my room. Road coming into the main office needs some major work. Although the hot tub and sauna were nice for our visit, because you have the reserve time, I expect that would not work for most folks visiting the area.

The breakfast, which is not included in the cantina, is a culinary adventure and highly recommended. The biggest frustration we experienced is the ill-organized and often late shuttle service. Other than that, it is worth a visit.

We really enjoyed the bar manager...made us some great drinks and share a lot of local info... I had hot and cold issues in the shower...too hot then cold all of a sudden about 10 sec. then hot again... 2 showers the same way. My wife did not have the same shower experience. Enjoyed the bar more than the restaurant. Menu was very limited and seemed to us hig prices for what you got. Really enjoyed the food (and prices) at the Black Bear Restaurant. Had breakfast and dinner there couple of times.

First, staff who picked us up from train station (Philip) and staff who dropped us at our room were awesome. Night staff who wouldn’t answer the phone when we needed a golf cart to get back up the mountain to our room and morning staff who were let’s say difficult and rude, not cool.

- Terri (8/5): - Small cabins were cute, nice and clean, young staff was very nice and helpful, good taco restaurant onsite. Just be prepared to walk steep terrain that is dirt and or rock stairs to get to town. They do bring your luggage to your room though which does help.
- Ronan (10/5): - Great location for visiting the park. Really friendly and helpful bar manager and staff. Make sure you ask for a room on one of the lower levels. It’s a serious trek up to level 5.

- Russell (5/5): Great location, disinterested staff - Location was great, Food when it happened was good. Staff - Apart from the General Manager they were completely disinterested in just about everything. This included the shuttle driver that had no clue what he was doing with luggage on both pick up and drop off. The reception staff on any question asked. The restaurant staff that were just all stood in the kitchen talking. Until the barman intervened (looking annoyed at them) we probably would never have got service. Also, put toiletries in the rooms rather than expect people to walk down the hill an ask for them.
- Mary (8/5): Rustic, cute place - Cute and quaint in appearance. Line to check in. 3 people behind desk. No one said hello, we’ll be with you in a minute. Only one person to actually help. One young, helpful man carried our luggage up to our cabin. That was nice. Hot water completely stopped running 2 days in a row around 7:30pm. Then came out scorching hot. Asked staff for help which was speedy, but didn’t work. Floor leans to front of building.

- Don (2/5): Don’t stay here!!! - The staff was friendly The property was run down, slanted floors, sloping bed, no dresser, only place to put clothes was in one single night stand. Difficult to walk down steep stairs to town, no place for breakfast unless you walked 1/2 mile to Princess lodge.

- David (8/5): Nearby to Denali with in house Taco dining as well as other food options at the bottom of the hill. - Authentic Alaskan log cabin feel. Located nearby the park entrance but not walking distance. Pick up and drop to train or visitors centre. The cabins are quite basic - no Microwave. While fairly authentic there was still a feeling they were renovated with hardboard particularly the bathrooms. I get the Denali season is very short so accommodation has to make money while demand is there - but it is expensive for what you get (like the rest of Denali). We did a 4 week USA/Canada trip and this was the most expensive and probably most basic accommodation on the itinerary.
- Erica (8/5): Just ok - Beware that this place doesn’t include a refrigerator - just an ice chest outside, and no microwave. And you have to schedule the hot tub time. And you can’t park in front of your room. Overall it was fine but I’d stay elsewhere next time.

The shuttle service was a joke. Stay somewhere else, especially if you have small kids. The stairs were steep with a lot of them!

The TV in our room did not work and we were unable to connect to the Internet. We did reach out to staff…who came to fix the TV…still did not work. We really didn’t need the TV or Internet, however if it’s offered, it would be nice if it worked. Beautiful setting.

Peak prices in shoulder season, awkward everything in terms of operations, hours, hot tub/sauna use, driveway. Don't want to criticize but don't have a ton to compliment either. Would I stay here again? If there was nothing else available in the area, yes.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Beautiful but inconvenient - The Crow’s Nest is charming, with little cabins nestled into the hillside, great views, and lovely plantings. Unfortunately we found it to be very inconvenient. We traveled in by train, and while the hotel offers a limited local shuttle, they are very inflexible about when/where they will go. Because the hotel is up a steep hill, going anywhere means a decently tough climb up and down a steep trail. We knew about the elevation in advance but thought we’d be able to eat onsite at the hotel restaurant to avoid lots of ups and downs. It was closed during our stay so we had to look for other places to eat on foot. The staff were also unable to help us with moving our luggage down the hill at checkout due to the rigid shuttle operation schedule - unwilling to make a 5 minute trip down the hill because it was off schedule. That was tough to navigate as a family traveling with a young child who had to make an early morning scheduled departure. Overall, this place could be great, but feels like it’s in transition and not quite ready to host guests with varied needs. Definitely would not recommend for anyone with mobility challenges or concerns with managing steep hikes.

Just fyi to others, we used the Princess shuttle (across highway) to the park which is free to all in Denali. You can book the East Fork shuttle at the Bus Depot. Water from tap didn't taste good, but they have water in the lobby. No problem to us.

- Caitlyn (10/5): Great spot! - We loved our night here. It’s right on the main shopping area but up a hill so it’s not conveniently located and also a little secluded. The room was small and cozy. The shower was great - good pressure and super hot water! We brought our pup and everyone said hi to him. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back! I added a photo of the view from our room. I will say that we live in Alaska and read other reviews and I think it’s just that people have no understanding of how remote and difficult life can be in Alaska. This is a very nice hotel in rural Alaska and I am so grateful for the care that was taken in the cleanliness and atmosphere and amenities. This is definitely a great spot to stay.
- Benjamin (6/5): - Served as a good base to explore Denali NP Had to drive up a dirt road to access the hotel, and parking was at the base of the hotel and you had to climb all the way up at the end of everyday to get to the room. No fridge, just a cooler. Fans seemed to be available on request. Bathroom amenities were pitiful. Windows were a pain to operate and the insect netting had holes in it. We found at least 5 spiders and a few bugs during our stay in the room, nothing big just everything was slightly annoying so it added up.

Husband did better than I at getting shower to cooperate. Parking lot to cabin was quite the distance with stairs. Still trying to get up and running and some things not working well like on site place to eat or drink, limited hours on hot tub / sauna and office. Staff tries hard but still trying to get their groove on.
- John (2/5): - First, when I got there, I had to go up a road that was totally for a 4 / 4 SUV or truck. Not a motorcycle. Second, the things that they advertised, such as hot tubs and restaurants. We're not available and last but not least. I got there 9 minutes before my checkout time, and they literally made us. Wait. We were the only ones staying at that hotel. Absolutely, horrible experience. I will never go back.And this is the third time that i've had a bad experience with expedia

- Keri (6/5): Might be worth the high cost if the restaurant and bar is open, and you don't have transportation - It is very convenient to the entrance to Denali. That is what you are paying for... not the accommodations or other offerings (although the hot tub is a very nice treat - but don't plan for it to be available on your arrival day). It is booked at the front desk after check-in for 30-minute increments. Restaurant and bar were closed for the season which we were not expecting. I don't feel that the rooms were discounted due to lack of services. Since we had to get in the car to eat anyway, we ended up driving north to the next town (~10 mins or so). The next town is obviously further from the Denali entrance, but since we were eating dinner there, in hindsight I would not have paid a premium to stay at Crow's Nest back by the entrance as it was actually an inconvenience for us at that point. Staying in the town to the north would have been cheaper and more convenient for us. I was also expecting a mountain view. Yes... if you stand on the deck and look through the trees and brush you can see the foothills on the other side of the highway. Just wasn't what I was picturing. I expected to be able to see a mountain view landscape... not be on one hillside looking at another hillside across the road.

- Iryna (5/5): Top money average accommodation - It's very close to Denali park entrance and the beds were comfortable enough The toilet was not cleaned or used after cleaning! No breakfast available at the restaurant. Late check in is complicated. Most of the staff unenthusiastic. Very expensive!
- Jeff (8/5): - The property was nice, but what stood out most was the staff they were outstanding. Our car had broken down and the town we were staying in was not very big so there were no mechanics surround however, the maintenance guy Logan took the time to get a new belt for us and repaired a car while we were out hiking Denali, Andres at the front desk found Logan for us and was very helpful. Can’t say enough about how great the staff there is.
