• Maxim (5/5): Well-located hotel, but poor maintenance and serious comfort issues. - Location is very good. Friendly staff. Bathroom was also ok. The room was dusty. Hair on the floor. The drains were not working anywhere: the sink, the toilet, and the shower drain. The AC was noisy. The elevator was broken and very loud; it kept opening and closing for no reason all night. Old, torn towels.

But once I enter the lobby I feel the smell not so welcoming.Walking area to my room also I feel same smell.No choice I request room spray from the counter and I spray the whole room and walk way. • William (8/5): Exciting theme! Cosy stay for couple. - Reception staff were so friendly and kind. The decor and theme is unique and fun. Check-in and check-out was easy and without hassle. The room wasn’t quite 30m2 as I thought it’d be, it was 23m2.

The overall experience feels like the hostel and the staff is giving you a warm welcome hug. Absolutely heartwarming! Whatever your needs are, ask the staff, and they will go above and beyond! • Duarte (6/5): Établissement très bien situé et personnel très agréable et accueillant ! - De base nous étions dans une chambre sans fenêtre , dans cette chambre nous avons entendus beaucoup de bruit provenant de machine . Après en avoir fait part à l’hôtel , ils nous ont changé de chambre rapidement. Si nous sommes tatillon la propreté peut être améliorée. Nous avons retrouvé une bête dans la douche de la première chambre et des cheveux dans la baignoire de la deuxième. Cependant ils passent pour nettoyer et changer les serviettes.

• Katharina (2/5): Nice idea but not maintained well - The idea of the design of the rooms was nice, but that was it The rooms were very small. There was no place to put the luggage or the clothes the toilet and the shower made strange sound when you turn them on. No water pressure in the third floor . I don’t know what the flush can do. there were stains on the wall, and the pillows were dirty. The bed was very hard, no fridge you can hear “everything” from the neighbors. We left the hotel on the same day .

I really don’t like when we are last day in the Hotel & suddenly leaking water from the ceiling until make the floor wet & my stuff also wet.. I suspected the leak was happening for so many time because can see from the painting of the ceiling peeling off… i hope the owner can do some improvement on the damage
