- Esmé (10/5): Our favourite hotel in India! - The most AMAZING hotel - absolutely stunning and breakfast was SO good Nothing
- Julia (10/5): - Die Inneneinrichtug war aussergewöhnlich! Super Preis-Leistung.

- Narayan (9/5): -
- Richard (9/5): - Lovely large room, helpful staff, very good breakfast and good location near other bars and restaurants No beer available for room service. As staying in the annex just being able to have a cold beer after a day out would have been fantastic
- sarah (7/5): Probably the best beds ever! - The beds were out of this world! The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The sister hotel with complimentary tuk tuk back and forth - was fabulous for food. We had no hot water the first day - we raised this with the front desk and they sent someone up to ‘look’ but nothing was solved. We spent two days with no hot water until we raised it again during the day. One thing you really want from a hotel is a great bed (tick) cleanliness (tick) and a good shower with hot water. On the last morning we had copious hot water - so the second time it clearly made a very quick difference. A small thing was the provision of a cafeterre - but no ground coffee unfortunately ! One sachet of instant - so we enjoyed tea instead.
- Roelof (8/5): Great Heritage hotel - Nice Heritage Hotel, good location and beautiful room
- Anthony (8/5): - Clean, and well presented rooms. Staff very helpful. Good value for money. Not too good a location, and breakfast choice very limited. Service cancelled be a bit slow.
- Robert (9/5): All good.we had to stay a “longish” time for family obligations and really settled into the rhythm of the place and the - Lovely room with fantasyland decorations, good bed, great breakfasts and very friendly staff Really nothing
- Tijana (8/5): Everything good - Amazing hotel and beautiful rooms. Everything perfect. I give 8 because of no restoraunt in such a big hotel. And you need to order the breakfast in advance.
Also small note: the pillows a bit too high.
- Satish (10/5): very polite, helpful staff, especially front desk Deepak & Anwesha, also Kishen who served breakfast - Beautiful facade, excellent interior design, each room has a unique theme. No restaurant or cafe for lunch or dinner
- Carol-ann (10/5): Amazing hotel would definitely recommend - The staff were super helpful. The rooms were lovely, very comfortable and the hotel decor was amazing The restaurant was located in a sister hotel very close by with free transport
However the restaurant was amazing so not really a negative
- Peter (9/5): - The Pearl Palace was a great experience. The staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful, the room (and especially the bed) were very comfortable, and they are partnered with a first rate restaurant.
- Sarah (9/5): Great stay in Jaipur - Lovely oasis in the city. Great location on quiet street. Large rooms and beautiful decor. Excellent breakfast. Staff are SO kind - they make you a packed breakfast if you have an early flight and nothing is too much trouble If it had a courtyard like a traditional Havali does it would be a 10. There is an inside communal area instead
- Grzegorz (10/5): - Bajkowy hotel.
- gilles (10/5): - La chambre, le petit déjeuner excellent, le personnel ! Rien !
- Elisabeth (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- R4631BTbriann (10/5): Great hotel and great staff. - We spent two nights in the Honeymoon suite at this wonderful hotel. The staff were amazing - professional, attentive, accurate and friendly. The room was particularly special and the service supporting the room was exquisite, especially the lady on the front desk who always had a smile on her face. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Jaipur.
- Brian (10/5): Absolutely Gorgeous! - What a little gem! Beautifully designed, interesting, a feast for the eyes. Helpful staff, clean and comfortable accommodation. Deserves far more than 3 stars! The restaurant (which is excellent) is at their sister hotel a few blocks away. But they offer a free tuk tuk so it's not really a problem

- Mohanakrishnan Nair (10/5): - Rooms are exceptionally beautiful. staffs are friendly and courteous.
Peaceful stay Nothing
- Alexander (8/5): - Rooms are very nicely decorated and the breakfast is incredibly generous and delicious! AC worked well. We wanted to love our stay but there was a few issues that let it down.
- Temple across the road makes incredibly loud noise from about 6am.
- We were given the wrong room on check in. We booked a suite, but were given a deluxe double room. The rooms are so nice we didn’t actually realise until after our first night as we wanted to look at pictures of the other rooms and saw that suites were much larger and our room was pictured as a double. Reception did move us to a suite after the first night - saying it was a mix up as two guests had the same first name - but no offer of compensation or anything, just a room move. We accepted that and moved on, not going to stress.
- However on check out, we went to pay and their card machine wasn’t working. They should have let us pay on check in then? That way the mistake might’ve been realised when our bill was wrong and their card machine was working! They expected us to pay for all in cash. This hotel isn’t exactly cheap and we can only take €100 out of an ATM at a time. We luckily had the cash on us but it wiped us clean. They then of course said they didn’t have change to give us!!! There was only so much “letting it slide” i could take so we agreed due to the mix up with rooms and us overpaying for the first night, they could take the lose and we took a note back so they didn’t owe us any change.
- The Tuktuk drivers they arrange for you are more expensive than ones you arrange for yourself. We even agreed 1000 rupees for a round trip, but the driver at the end said the agreed price was 1500. Which it wasn’t. But we paid it him anyway. Just more feeling of being ripped off unfortunately.
- athenabalenzano (10/5): Great Stay and Stellar Staff - The location was decently central while also being tucked away enough to be quieter and the facilities were very good and well maintained. However, the real star of the show was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, and as a female solo traveler I felt very safe and well looked after. Special thanks especially to Deepak and Anweshe who went out of their way to make life easier. I found my stay more than worth it and would definitely stay here again.
- Alexander (10/5): - The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated in a colorful, traditional style with a lot of attention to detail. The staff, especially the reception team and the manager, were extremely friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.
We had a small issue with the air conditioning due to a technical problem, but the staff responded immediately and offered us another room right away. In the end, we didn’t need to move because they worked quickly to resolve the issue.
Overall, the service was excellent and the hospitality was outstanding. We can definitely recommend this hotel.
Rien
- Brigitte (10/5): Well located palace style hotel - Grand hotel with lovely detail and great staff. Room was very spacious, clean and had nice touches like robes N/A
- Angele (10/5): -
- HyeRhee (10/5): Stay here in Jaipur if you can - It is such a beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel. The restaurant they recommended(the native) was also great. And most of all, the staff is great. I got really sick on the last day, and at 2 am, they helped me out , bringing electrolytes, water, fruits, and medicine. We really appreciated it. You will not regret staying here. Nothing
- Pitman (10/5): Would stay there again! - Property was beautiful and clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. Sister restaurant, the Peacock, just a six minute walk away (they offered transportation but we walked to stop by ATM on the way). A bit far from old city but tuk tuk or Uber to ~Hawa Mahal was <100 rs.
- 114fischeri (10/5): Fantastic boutique hotel - Wonderful hotel, great atmosphere and very friendly and helpful service. Quiet location in a buzzing city.
- Khush (9/5): Amazing style and charm, and cool bars at the sister hotel - Style, staff, location, sister hotel bars Tv channels too limited
- John (10/5): - Absolutely exquisite hotel, beautifully decorated, themed rooms, and in a great location.
- Karoline (7/5): - Individually designed rooms with great love to detail. Very comfortable beds. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The food of the associated restaurant was excellent. The room was not properly dusted and the cabinet in the bathroom was outright dirty. No mosquito-net over the exhaust fan in the bathroom. There is a temple right across the street which can be noisy.
- Jaipal (7/5): -
- Radoslav (10/5): - A very pleasant place with a beautiful style and atmosphere. Everything is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. The stay was easy and relaxing, with all the necessary amenities. Overall, we are very satisfied and enjoyed our time here.
- Man Shadow (8/5): Great chilled location in - Lovely ,comfortable ,beautifully decorated room ,Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly ,helpful staff: Good and varied breakfast options. Very quiet at night with good restaurants within short tuktuk rides. You have to preorder breakfast options and timings the night before.
No restaurant onsite.
A little bit outside the centre so you need to get transport to visit major attractions.
- janet (10/5): An exceptional boutique hotel - The architecture and interior design is exceptional. The staff could not have been more delightful and helpful. A short tuc tuc ride to the sister hotel for rooftop breakfast or the luxurious dinner restaurant was great fun. One of the top eateries in jaipur.
- Valentina (8/5): Bello! No comment.
- Jarita (10/5): -
- Richard (9/5): Excellent, friendly and quirky hotel with a great breakfast - Amazing room decor and a quirky historical feel to the hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast. Well worth going to The Peacock sister hotel for dinner - as good food as anywhere we went in Rajasthan. Hindu temple across the street (front of hotel) starts noisy worship quite early!
- CHENCHI (9/5): Very friendly and nice staff. I checked out in the morning and prepare to leave auto night, they provide me a washing r - Very very beautiful and comfortable room and bed. There is free shuttle tuktuk between this new hotel and its famous restaurant in the old hotel. The light in the shower room is a little dark.
- Gwendolen (10/5): This is an incredible hotel. The interior design is exquisite and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would certainly lov - The interior design in each room was beautiful, it has a good touch of Indian tradition. Location is nice, near to Railway station and 10-15 drive to Pink City. Only one small suggestion is that there could be an iron provided for each room. There were only 3 available for 20 rooms. As the hotel is awesome so it was a surprise.
- Robert (10/5): A really nice experience. Comfortable, great breakfast and overall thoroughly enjoyable. - Rooms were each decorated in a different and beautiful Indian theme. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and breakfasts were large and very tasty. Staff were very obliging and service was very good. TV was indian channels and no Netflix or YouTube
- Maria del Carmen (10/5): Best stay in India - This hotel is absolutely amazing! The decor, the staff — everything is top-notch. The hotel and the rooms felt like pieces of art. On top of that, everything was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food was also the best we had in India. We wish we could have stayed longer. If we ever visit Jaipur again, we will 1000% stay here again. Everything was perfect!
- Tim (10/5): - Beautifully decorated room! Very comfortable, very boutique. Staff lovely, they even called me when my breakfast order was ready. Perfect location for Peacock Restaurant and metro which takes you all the way to Hawa Mahal all for RP15! All good
- Alex (9/5): -
- Suezz2014 (10/5): Amazing service by staff - Our stay at the Pearl Palace heritage was exceptional. We booked this hotel for a 2nd time as we were so impress with the level of service received. The staff (lead by Deepak the manager) goes above and beyond to assist. They also assist with providing advice. Reputable places to shop. Thank you all we will be back again someday 🙏
- Miranda (10/5): -
- 380ameliam (10/5): Lively stay in Jaipur - I stayed for two nights at the Pearl Palace hotel and enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel is in a lively residential neighborhood in Jaipur - so it may be a bit noisy at times but it's worth it. The rooms are beautiful, each designed in the style of a different part of India. The hotel has a sister property nearby and the helpful staff will arrange a free tuktuk ride between the properties for you if you want to go to the restaurant. You can also place your breakfast order the night before and it will be brought to you in the morning. The food is delicious - try the French toast! I would stay here again.
- Paul (10/5): TOP! Aanrader. Niets
- Joanne (9/5): -
- Priyanka (6/5): Comfortable stay and great location/if you want to stay somewhere a little different to regular hotel - you get what - Was v different to regular hotels and fun to stay somewhere different Safe wasn’t working in the room and staff were very nonchalant about it. Staff not super helpful overall.
- janet (9/5): Beautiful room and overall experience , felt safe and comfortable - The room was amazing
Breakfast - great choice and delicious
Peacock restaurant outstanding
Staff lovely, friendly and helpful and good fun
Very comfortable bed One day there was no hot water to shower
Shower sometimes lukewarm
Could be a bit noisy at night
- Simone (10/5): - Her quiet and comfortable the bed was.
- Oswaldo (10/5): - Exotic room
- Miriam (8/5): Great experience - Super friendly and helpful staff, the room and the hotel in general are gorgeous, the neighborhood is pretty silent during the night and they also have a beautiful restaurant in a nearby building which you can access with a free tuktuk ride. The toilet was leaking and it made quite a lot of noise and the water took really long to get hot. Also, there are no closets or spaces to keep your belongings in the room.
- Michele (10/5): Fantastico alloggio a Jaipur - Bellissimo hotel, location ottima e interni fantastici, molto tipici
- Steven (8/5): Our last night in India was filled with the stonework, feel and texture that makes India unique. - We are really tired of the Marriott Experience and are always willing to sample things with a more local flavor. The meticulous build out of the rooms and the entire hotel was impressive and had the feel of a labor of love, not a bottom line endeavor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the balcony was a real added bonus and the staff was very attentive. I loved all the pictures along the stairway which added a very homey touch besides made for imaginative speculations about Jaipur. The hotel was not very GPS friendly and a bit hard to find. Maybe there is a way that better defines when the "gates" are closed and the different approaches during different times of the day. Maybe there could be an automated way to "drop a pin" which was how we found our way back to the hotel!
- 537simak (10/5): Amazing hotel with wonderful staff - We spent 5 nights in this wonderful hotel. We were in the viceroy room which was large and spacious with wonderfully comfortable beds. The staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble, especial Anwesha on reception. The breakfasts were tasty and varied and the sister hotel restaurant and bar (?the Peacock ) were sublime. Rooms are all unique and amazingly decorated. Highly recommend this hotel.
- Rachael (9/5): A beautiful hotel with a fab breakfast. The rooftop restaurant is also super. - Fab decor and a wonderful breakfast Shower took ages to get warm and no warm heater
- callahana (8/5): Mostly positive, could be excellent - Big room
One of the most comfortable beds I have had in a hotel.
Nice decor in the property
Breakfast was good
Very friendly and charming staff
Quiet, safe location Terrible view from our room on the 1st floor
There were a few issues in the room which were resolved by the staff.
We weren’t made aware that we had to book the taster menu at Primitive restaurant (in sister property Hotel Pearl Palace) at least one day in advance.
We were not made aware of the construction taking place in the hotel.
- Jess (8/5): A good hotel but shame no breakfast included - Friendly staff. Fast WiFi No breakfast included for the price!
Noisy building works
- Valentin (10/5): -
- Michal (10/5): - Beautiful designs in the room, and the whole property, as well as the sister property - Pearl Palace. Sister property had one of the best food and drink places we tried (Peacock restaurant - make sure to try Dal Makhni with Straciatella!, Native cocktail bar and Primitive restaurant), and they offered a very fast shuttle (rickshaw) between those two. Room was warm and welcoming, bathroom extremely clean, water pressure great! Staff was always very kind and welcoming too. The one thing i would like them to fix is wasting the hot water. The hot water in the shower is coming without any problems, but it takes 3-5 minutes of running the water to become hot. They said its because they use the solar energy, but anyway it feels like huge mess of the resource they don't have that much in the region.
- seannaholland (10/5): A beautiful stay in a wonderful hotel - What a fabulous hotel! From the incredibly friendly staff to the most beautifully decorated rooms, the comfiest bed we have slept in while on holiday and fabulous breakfasts. We loved every moment of our 4 day stay.
In close walking distance from some fantastic restaurants including the sister hotel and a great location to sightsee from.
Would highly recommend.
- Elif (10/5): Harika ötesi - Harika bir otel kaldığımız oda balayı odasıydı herşey düşünülmüş mükemmel detaylar konforlu ve inanılmaz lüxtü kahvaltı efsane heryer tertemiz tek kelime ile bayıldım teşekkür ederimm herşey mükemmeldi
- Graham (10/5): One night stay in Jaipur - The rooms are beautifully decorated, each in a distinctive regional style. We stayed in the Kashmiri room.
The staff are superb, all very helpful.
The hotel is only a short walk from Jaipur metro station.
We stayed here in 2018 and when we needed somewhere for an overnight stop on this trip this was where we wanted to stay. Nothing
- Michal (9/5): A Beautifully Rich Heritage Stay - An unforgettable heritage stay with beautiful artistic richness, a wonderful suite, great breakfast choices, and genuinely friendly service Light-blocking curtains would improve
- renselme (10/5): WONDERFULL ROOMS AND GOOD RESTAURANT - WONDERFULL DECORATION
Reasonnable price
excellent rooftop restaurant
warm welcome breakfast service
- Francesco (10/5): -
- Scott (8/5): A nice central place to stay in Jaipur - The room was very pleasant and the staff extremely nice. I didn't realize the restaurant and bar were "off-campus", a two-block walk away.
- Esther (9/5): - Character, friendly staff and excellent breakfast, also the Peacock restaurant that’s associated with. The construction noise at the upper level during the day.
