Немного бедный номер: не было бутилированной воды в номере, недостаточно гигенических средств в ванной комнате, температура в номере не настраивалась (крутилка климат контроля есть, но ничего не делает). 2. На территории маловато развлечений: есть сам бассейн и комната с бильярдом, всё. 3. Вода в бассейне холоднее комфортной, особенно на улице.

Можно просто гулять по территории и по лесу, можно играть в бильярд, нарды или пинг-понг в игровой комнате, ходить в спа или обсерваторию. Есть, чем заняться. Велосипеды все в ужасном состоянии, непригодны для катания

Так как поблизости нет ресторанов, нужно закакзать в ресторане отеля тоже мало выбора и слабая кухня.

- Zoia (10/5): Красивое место и хорошая организация - Современный отель в красивом ущелье. Территория небольшая (минут 20, чтобы все обойти не быстрым шагом), есть прекрасный бассейн с подогревом, 2 сауны, маленькая обсерватория, игровой домик с бильярдом (4 стола), настольным теннисом (2 стола), футболом. Номера в основном корпусе просторные, чистые, стильные и удобные - большой санузел, кровать с ортопедическим матрасом, чайная станция, зонированное освещение. Питание - все включено- вкусная армянская кухня, вино, пиво. Всегда есть свежие овощи и фрукты, мясо супер свежее и мягкое (ягненок, телятина, свинина), курица, рыба лосось, форель, креветки. Были в отеле второй раз и обязательно вернемся снова. Нет вечерней программы😜- было бы неплохо организовать живую музыку, дискотеку или квиз. И немного удивило, что отель не отметил наш второй визит «комплиментом»😉, как это обычно принято

- Evelina Bar (10/5): - Уединение в прекрасном лесу, горячий бассейн, сауна, обеды, прекрасный детский клуб, из которого ребенок не хотел выходить из-за милых аниматоров, которые постоянно что-то лепили вместе и рисовали, Игровая зона с теннисом и бильярдом, обсерватория (правда, наша очередь из-за погоды отменилась). Мы были в будни и осенью - людей было мало. Это плюс. Совет: выбирайте номера, ориентируясь по карте. Я выбирала номер близко к бассейну. Но в основном корпусе гораздо интереснее номера) Он тоже близко к бассейну. Все было хорошо. Единственное, в номере можно было бы поставить письменный стол. Но это совсем не критично

- Shahazizyan (9/5): Wonderful and relaxing stay that we truly enjoyed and would happily come back for. - Everything was absolutely wonderful — the food, the rooms, the balconies, the staff, and the beautiful interior. The resort has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by nature and perfect for a getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean. The staff were kind, attentive and friendly. The food was good with plenty of options, and the facilities were well-maintained. One funny thing though — when we were booking, it showed that all the standard and deluxe rooms in the main building were fully booked, but during our stay most lights were off and the restaurant was pretty quiet… so either everyone was on a very deep digital detox, or we had the whole resort to ourselves 😄 And just a small wish, please add some Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Fanta to the restaurant menu besides the armenian lemonades))

Can use observatory if good wheather. Food also was ok. Planty fruits and sweets. Massage for extra charge but still cheap. Hot meals was usualy cold or warm without heating tools. No big choise of wines or other spirits. Coffee only instant.

- Alvina (10/5): - Հյուրանոցն ընտիր էր, տեղանքը՝ արտակարգ, բնությունը՝ հրաշալի: Սնունդը համեղ, ինչպես Հայաստանյան հյուրանոցների մեծ մասում, բայց առանձնանում էր որոշակի յուրահատուկ տեսականիով: Միակ վայրը, որտեղ նույնիսկ գինու հյուրասիրություն ճաշի և ընթրիքի ժամերին: Ամեն ինչ բարձր մակարդակի վրա էր: Միայն թե այս հյուրանոցն ընտրելիս պետք է պատրաստ լինեք դրսում քայլելու, քանի որ այն շատ մեծ է և ամեն բաժին (լողավազան, խաղեր, սպա և այլն) առանձին տարածք ու շենք է զբաղեցնում՝ իրարից որոշակի հեռավորության վրա:

The heated pool is great, the food is decent, the location is very good The prices are too high, and they keep going up year by year. Some of the facilities are starting to wear out, and working hours are not very convenient (there is basically nothing you can do before 11:00 other than have breakfast)

- Mihran (8/5): - The food quality and variety was superb. The location was beautiful. The staff was helpful. The pool water was very hot (probably 30 C). There was no elevator in our building. The room door lock was not working properly.
