- Jovencio (4/5): - Nice location just minutes from the Canadian border. It has a restaurant and plenty of parking. Very quiet and allows pets. No front desk, and hot water was too hot to the point that you can burn yourself. No maintenance staff to help with issues. Will not stay here again.

The motel room had only one chair even after I had requested a second one before my arrival since there would be 2 people occupying the room. 2 chairs in a room with 2 beds is the basic standard minimum expected. One chair only is standard for them. They are spending money in recent years to upgrade the restaurant and gift shop but are neglecting the motel rooms by not providing 2 chairs.

Could use some better pillows and comforters but beds were comfortable rooms were clean only stayed two nights didn’t expect house keeping to come but they did which was great overall great experience and we will be back

The food at the affiliated restaurant was delicious. The wait staff were splendid. Talked with the caring owner / chef twice. We will definitely stay again!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Go for the food not the motel. - We found the beds very soft, and very short not good for tall people at all. Handicapped access to the bathroom would be limited by the very narrow doorway. Hot water in the shower was interrupted by cool water 6 times between 9 and 9:15am Sunday. The air conditioner cycles off every 10 to 15 minutes and won't maintain the High setting when it resumes, it won't cool the room just take the humidity down. Fridge and microwave are present but no coffee maker. With the limited choices in the area we'll stay elsewhere next trip. Their Restaurant is highly recommended.

- Joanne (8/5): - The room was very clean, and quiet. Check in was a little off the beaten path, you have to check in by calling or through the restaurant. I was able to check in a little earlier than normal which was convenient. My only complaint really was the hot water in #5. You were not able to regulate temperature and it was scalding hot!!! In order to make it tolerable the water pressure was trickling out of the shower head. They really should do something about that before it burns a customer

- John (6/5): - This motel is just basic. Noted on our reservation was to check in at the restaurant and it is closed on Mondays…a reason I booked there. A carpenter working there had to call the owner because he had no idea. We would have left otherwise as no one else was around. The room is bare bones and dated.

You check in through the restaurant, so check their hours if you are going to arrive at a time the restaurant is closed. You'll need to call the manager for check in (posted outside the restaurant). Worked out fine, just would have been inconvenient if it was the middle of the night.

- Christina (10/5): - Very easy to get to, right off the highway. Room was super clean and comfortable, very cozy. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We had a late check in and called to let them know, you must call to arrange. Had a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Check was fast and easy. The only negative I would add is that when the trucks come through you hear them. Not a negative to the hotel, they can’t control that. It would be something that any hotel close to highway or major road has to deal with. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

It was a nice little place to stay my only downfall is a water pressure because of the age of the building when other people use it you don’t have not a lot of water pressure. But you do have hot water and the place is nice. I would stay there again
