Alina (8/5): Very nice resort, but too expensive for what Luang Prabang has to offer - Extremely nice and helpful staff. The food is exceptional. They have a great chef. We had to change out lovely suite which was the biggest in the whole resort and move to a pool villa which was much smaller. This was due to the fact that we could not sleep in the first night due to a repetitive loud mechanical noise close to their bar. Which is funny because we were so excited to fall asleep hearing the sound of the stream flowing under our windows…

Trevor (10/5): An experience not to be missed. - Spectacular property with a waterfall and river running through the property. Each suite is beautifully designed by renowned architect and interior designer Bill Bensley. The gardens are well kept and the pool area has lots of private areas for use. Restaurant and bar areas are amazing. All staff are courteous, cheerful and on hand to assist with your every need. Restaurant menu was a little limited.

The staff was absolutely exceptional and made this stay feel like a second honeymoon. The place in itself is heaven, and all activities we did were top notch (the Mandalao elephants, the city tour and the sunset cruise). The room decoration and architecture from Bill Bensley are wonderful. We want to extend our sincere thanks again to the team for all these efforts to make this trip exceptional and for their kindness. Nothing. If we can we will come back.

Surendran (10/5): An absolute Gem - What a hotel. Rosewood lives up to expectations. The interiors are stunning. The whole property is beautifully laid out with the old house looking immaculate. I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were such a pleasure. The level of service is superb. We had a pick up from a restaurant where the driver waited for us for over half an hour even though his shift had ended. Nothing at all

Markus (10/5): We will visit the property again when we come to Laos next time - The breakfast was very good and had a good selection of everything in an a l carte menu. There was oat milk and other non standard choices. The location was 10 minutes from the city center but there is a complimentary driver bringing you to and picking you up from the city. That is an excellent service and it was always quickly available. The staff is super friendly and doing everything to make your stay comfortable and adjusting to certain needs. We have had some problems with our travel schedule and needed to change and the hotel staff and management went out of their way and fixed all problems. The rooms are very nice and the one we booked has been spacious. The tent rooms have a great view and air condition as well as heating works well. The view from the bathtub is great. The property is well kept and the pool is nice. The environment is beautiful as a river flows through the property on several spots. There is quite a tropical atmosphere due to many plants and it feels overall relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again. The only thing to think about before deciding for a room is that the tents on the hill are noisier than some of the other rooms/villas on the bottom of the small valley.

Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel is very peaceful, fully equiped, staff are execellent and attentive from the moment you step into our hotel transfer till the moment we left for our home. We had a wonderful 4 night stay, breakfast was fantastic with multiply choices. We were taught on how to play a game called petanque, we throughly enjoyed the competition with the Hotels staff. We left with fond memories.
