• Stacie (10/5): Great stay close to all the attractions - My 2 day stay here with my sister was everything we were looking for. It's super close to the attractions (right outside of the castle, and a couple of blocks from the waterfront). Communications were great, we were able to leave our luggage here prior to our check-in. Room was great for 2 people, AC worked well, shower worked well. Even had a fridge and small kitchen appliances. Beds were comfortable. Bedding was decent.

• Renate Johanna (8/5): - Die wirklich gute zentrale Lage , auch die Möglichkeit in der Nähe zu essen war ideal. Die Ausstattung des Studios war leider nicht so wie erwartet. Eine kleine billige Kaffeemaschine wäre sicher eine gute Investition. Einen Mokka zuzubereien ist nicht Jedermanns Sache . Der Manager war absolut unserer Meinung, sagte aber ,daß der Besitzer daran kein Interesse hat.Schade. Die Sauberkeit im Außenbereich läßt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.

• Gregory (10/5): - If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to all attractions including the beach, has great staff, is clean and has THE BEST air conditioning in all of Europe- this is the place for you. Nicholas was the best host we have ever worked with- very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Everything that you want to see in Split is a short walk away and the air conditioning was top notch. We would stay here again and ten outta ten recommend.

• Susan (10/5): - Nick (the manager) was really helpful, which made all the difference since I was travelling solo. The accommodation is located in a great position only 10 min walk from the port and Riva. The apartment was clean and spacious and included everything you need for a short stay.
• Elin (10/5): Charming and practical - Charming accomodation near the city centre. I especially liked the possibility to enjoy the outside areas, the cooling air conditioning and the kind hosts. We stayed in a one-room flat and had everything we needed. If you want luxury you should find another place, but if you want to enjoy the city of Split and stay at a comfortable and central little flat, this is perfect!
• Elizabeth (8/5): - I believe there was an administrative error so we did not get our room in the hotel but staff had found us an alternative which turned out to be an upgrade in our booking. We were grateful that they took care of this without us having to worry at all but can’t provide any comment on the hotel facilities. Check-in was easy and we were provided loads of helpful info for our stay.
• Riley (10/5): - Nicholas was a great host and made check-in easy. He gave us excellent dining options and some tips for the surrounding area. The place is a short walk to old town as well as the bus station and harbour. We had a great stay!

• Erik (10/5): - Host was extremely accommodating. Rooms were updated and large with small kitchenette, small refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, table/chairs. Great AC, water pressure, hot water. Only 2 blocks from Old Town. A block from a supermarket. A beautiful courtyard with thousands of grapes hanging from the pergola. Though not advertised, the host let us use the washer & dryer. A really great place to stay in Split!
• Jonathan (10/5): - We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. The property manager, Nicholas was extremely kind and helpful when we decided at the last minute to extend our stay. If I am lucky enough to return to Split, I will definitely stay here.
• Johnny (10/5): Super god service! - God kommunikation før, under og efter vores ophold. Vi havde nogle ønsker til ind- og udcheckning, som blev mødt med imødekommenhed og fleksibilitet. Forholdene er rigtig gode. Der er alt som man har behov for. Desuden ligger stedet kun 5 min. gang fra centrum. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse, som var meget bedre end vi havde forventet.
• Esperanza (10/5): - Villa Minerva is a really nice place. Everything is close by and I was able to walk to any place wanted. The property manager is really friendly and goes out of his way to help and make your visit enjoyable. I had a great time.
• Maxime (8/5): Bon séjour - Accueil agréable par le personnel. Chambre spacieuse. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec lave-vaisselle. Proche des centres d'intérêts. Parking gratuit dans les rues alentours. Logement calme. Manque de propreté malgré les 15€ de ménage obligatoire (tartre, poignée non nettoyée) Très forte odeur d'égouts Oreillers un peu plat.

• Monica (8/5): - The place was very unique. We had our own little outdoor terrace/sitting area. The rooms were fine, lacking a living room/couch. The location is good, very close to the old area of the city connected by old walking only streets, it was very cool. The city is very nice, wish we had more time there. More pillows for sleeping or more supportive pillows is recommended.

• Henrik (8/5): - Dejligt sted centralt beliggende i Split. Dog savnede vi at man fastholdte reglerne om ro efter kl 22 - vi følte vi næsten var med til den daglige nattefest hos vores overbo. Parkering kan også være lidt besværlig.
• Csaba (8/5): Overall very nice, only a few minor issues - Overall very nice. The only issues were the chandelier near the window being always in the way, and that all lamps had cool blue light bulbs making it hard to fall asleep. We missed warm lights.

Informasjonen om at det kostet ekstra for renhold og at det var byskatt, var ikke så lett å finne på hotels nettside så det kom som en overraskelse på oss. Vi fikk heller ingen kvittering da vi betalte.
• Egil (10/5): Familie på 4 i Split - Familie på 4 som leide to studio rom. Både rommene og uterommet var rene og godt vedlikeholdt. Kjøkkenet var velutstyrt, så fine muligheter for matlaging. Et fint sted dersom du ønsker litt ro og fred, men alikevel kort vei til det meste som strand, restauranter, butikker og gamlebyen. Personalet er veldig serviceinnstilt og ordner bla flyplass transport ol. Kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet og vi kommer gjerne igjen:)

Par contre 10 min.pour redescendre au port ou à la gare routière ou des trains.personnel très sympa,extérieur très calme, tout est prévu pour le repos,bien décoré. et le resto au coin à gauche du portail,pour les petits dej, ou mieux repas, super sympas, bonne cuisine , au calme dans la rue, très agréable, grandes tables avec bancs ou des petites, ils en trouvent toujours !.très bon esprit de voisinage.
• vicky (10/5): Beautiful place - We had a fabulous stay, the apartment is in a perfect location and had everything we needed. The garden is beautiful and apartment very clean and modern. The hosts were lovely and made us all feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again!
• alf bjarne (10/5): Fabelaktig - Enestående plass, flott leilighet og med et uteområde som var supert. Shilpa og Ravi som verter var fantastiske . 5 min å gå til havnepromenaden , og 5 min å gå til Splits sandstrand (Bacvice Beach) var for oss helt topp. Trenger ikke å være i tvil om denne plassen, vi hadde en drømmeuke. Reiser gjerne tilbake
• Lize (10/5): A jewel close to the city centre - We really enjoyed staying here and felt relaxed and at home. The apartment was beautifully furnished and clean. Ravi is a fantastic host. Check-in was a bit awkward as the website said we could pay by Credit card but cash only was accepted. But our host was flexible in having us make an alternative arrangement.

• Ellen (10/5): Great Garden Getaway - Villa Minerva Gardens is a beautiful place to stay, just minutes walk from the beach and all of old town split! Love that it was fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry machine, the rooms were spacious and had tons of storage space. We got great recommendations from Ravi who helped make our stay even more amazing! Since you can get 10% off trips from the tourist office through Villa Minerva Gardens, we got a few bucks off our Krka trip which was also spectacular. Wonderful choice of accommodation for anyone visiting old town Split. The outdoor hang out areas are also gorgeous, loved being surrounded by grape vines and nature!

• Emma (10/5): Perfect for a short stay in Split! - Margita was so welcoming to us and did a wonderful job of telling us about where best to visit. Communication was great before we left and made us feel well looked after. The place itself was perfect for a couple of nights stay, kitchenette had everything we needed and the outside space was lovely to sit out in and relax. Bed was super comfy too, would definitely recommend!

• Ann Elin (10/5): Villa Minerva Gardens - Fin ny leilighet/hybel i den idylliske gamle bydelen i Split. Det var kort avstand til det meste. Ca 10 minutters gange både til strand og bysentrum. Leiligheten var ren og pen, og vi manglet ingenting. Eierne var veldig behjelpelige, og vi var storfornøyde med oppholdet. Her reiser vi gjerne tilbake.

• An Dorte (10/5): Perfekt - Super fin lejlighed med den optimale beliggenhed, og meget veludstyret - tæt på strand og tæt på centrum (gåafstand). Sød udlejer. Dejligt med mulighed for tilkøb af morgenbuffet på et lille nabohotel - til absolut god pris. Kan kun give min bedste anbefaling - skulle jeg vende tilbage til Split vil jeg bo dér igen.
