Toda la casa en general huele a viejo, esta muy dejada, no tienen buena ventilacion las habitaciones, la entrada y la salida ni se diga, que problema! nunca hay nadie en recepción, para entrar en el checkin o despues de llegar de una salida, toca esperar media hora en la puerta hasta que alguien abra, para salir toca un proceso, ya que colocan un seguro y un palo de madera cruzado en la puerta, cuando se quiere volver a entrar toca despertar a todos los inquilinos ya que siempre esta la puerta principal cerrada y una demora para que abran incluso usando el timbre, en general la estadia fue muy poco amena, no es como se muestra en las fotos y el personal muy regular. No volveria a esta lugar

- Ivo (7/5): Great if you just need a place to sleep at night. - Very conveniently located near to Centro Comercial Bulevar Niza, walking distance. Also I felt safe during my stay in the hotel and during the walk to the mall. If you just look for a place to sleep at night, this one is right for you. The administrator was very nice, talkative and helpful at any point. Also the optional breakfast was quite tasty. The rooms itself are good for sleeping, but not much more. It was the right fit for me, but might not be for everyone.

- Palacin (8/5): Almost great but there's a thing!!! - Clean place, kind staff, makes you feel that you're at your own place ! Access!!! I know I've said it makes you feel like home on a good way , but it also has a minus , cause it's hard to get in when is late , had to go to the airport and come back near two and I had to wait for about twenty minutes outside in a lonely area knocking the door and ringing the doorbell until the host woke up. I'd be perfect if there'd be an easier access at any time or moment and by myself. Besides that everything is ok , just automatize the door or provide keys of main entrance and room. Thanks , I'd rank the place as 7 out of 10 because of that.
