And the view was stunning, I could watch the sunset from my balcony - just amazing. The owner and people who work there are very helpful, kind, friendly and caring. They helped with all questions I had and even offer a whole bunch of services as airport transfer and co. The gym is an amazing add-on, as well as the great restaurant attached to the hotel! They will even make the gym air conditioned and new very soon as I heard! All in all just perfect, I’ll be back.

Zimmer war zwar soweit in Ordnung aber die Klimaanlage braucht mindestens 1 stunden um etwas runter zu kühlen. Und Wlan reicht gerade aus um eine Nachricht ohne Bilder zu verschicken

• Lisa (7/5): Fine for 2 nights. - The room was big and clean. Everything worked and the equipment was good. There is a gym inside the hotel which you can use and it’s really nice. The Hotel is very close to the Main road, which is good and bad, on the one hand you can go everywhere by a short walk, on the other hand it was really loud, also at night.
• Ryoma (10/5): The Best Hotel in Hikkaduwa🌴😎⛱️ - It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering warm hospitality throughout. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, making my entire stay relaxing and enjoyable. The well-equipped gym was a great bonus, and the large balcony overlooking the ocean felt truly luxurious. The views of the beach at sunrise and sunset were especially memorable. The location is unbeatable – just a 3-minute walk to the station and only 1 minute to the beach. Being right on the main street, everything you need is nearby, including ATMs, shops, cafés, and restaurants. Out of all the places I stayed in Sri Lanka, this was by far the best hotel. The stay was perfect. There were no bad points at all.

The Ingredients like fruits, Vegetables/ Fish are super fresh! I ate there everyday because it was wo tasty. I will definitely come back. • Banuka (10/5): Great Stay with Spacious Rooms & Amazing Food - Cozy Sea View Inn is a fantastic place to stay in Hikkaduwa! Close to the main road and within walking distance of everything you need, it’s super convenient. The family room was huge, perfect for a family of four, with clean rooms and bathrooms. The on-site restaurant was adorable and served exceptional food and drinks. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Quite a loud place in the ground floor apartment that’s next to the gym (which opens early, closes late) can hear every bit of noise. Staff weren’t interactive.

• Jemma (10/5): A lovely stay for active couple - We loved the location, the staff, the food and drinks and the gym. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beach is close but we choosed to go go to one a bit further away that is a bit more calm. The hotel offers alot of activites as surflessons, tours, taxi etc. The train is going by a couple of times a day. We did not care and did not notice it but maybe some would do if you are sensitive.

The hotel is next to the train track so if you dont like the noise this wont be suited for you
• Rea (8/5): Convenient but not a friendly stay - The room is big and so is the bed. The location is good in terms of by the beach and the local bars/restaurants. It is also only about a 6 minute walk to the train station. The lady who checked us in did not interact with us much and did not give us a warm welcome when we arrived, which we have experienced in every other hotel we have stayed in Sri Lanka. The hotel is above a gym so there are a good few steps to get to your room.
• Aurora (9/5): Superb - The staff at Cosy inn were absolutely fantastic. The chefs could definitely rival fine dining chefs. The boys who cleaned the rooms were also fab. And the bar staff were absolutely amazing. Great team! I highly recommend the place. Nothing. It is next to the train track, so it can be a little noisy during the day, but no trains at night, so all good.

It is not ON the beach as the photo shows but rather next by to the train tracks so you can hear them at night. Right when we arrived we saw a huge cockroach in the bathroom, which is not the hotel faults but they should’ve checked the room before we came.

Once I got in the hotel, I saw beautiful stylish design in surfing mood. Then I was met by a smiling person at the reception. And as I am attending gym, I felt absolute happiness when entered the massive awesome gym. Rooms are clean, big shared area for gatherings and as a bonus, the place has a kitchen with all the necessary equipment:) I felt like in paradise specially considering the money value. If I am back to Sri Lanka , this is the place I will stay in. And even more, I feel like I want to come back to Sri Lanka just because I want to come this hotel again😍 the Owner is the best helpful person:) wishing big success to all the team😍 My short stay of one week😅 I need to come for longer) one month would be my perfect time)

• Natacha (10/5): I had the best time in Cozy Sea View Inn! - I recently stayed at Cozy Sea View in Hikkaduwa and it was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, with air conditioning, and offered a stunning view of the sea. The internet was reliable enough for me to take work-related Zoom calls without any issues, which was a major plus. What really made my stay special was the hospitality shown by the owner. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed - from personally taking me to buy a SIM card to arranging all my transportation needs. He even secured a scooter for me at a very fair price. A highlight for me was the hotel’s gym. It’s the biggest in Hikkaduwa and equipped with everything needed for a full body workout. I took advantage of it every day, and it’s a fantastic perk for guests, free of charge. Overall, my stay was exceptional. The combination of the beautiful location, excellent amenities, and outstanding hospitality makes Cozy Sea View a place I highly recommend. I definitely plan to stay here again on my next trip to Hikkaduwa.
• Archchana (10/5): Wonderful Stay at Cozy Sea View Inn - Cozy Sea View Inn in Hikkaduwa offers an excellent ambiance with a convenient location, placing it at the center of all the essential spots. Situated right on the beachfront, it's perfect for soaking in the sea breeze. Traveling as a group of five girls, safety was a priority, and we felt completely secure here. The presence of a gym on-site was a plus, although it tended to be busy. Overall, a great place to stay with a vibrant atmosphere.

We are very pleased with the sensitive attitude of the hotel owner Rajesh, as well as our driver-guide Sajjan. We had a wonderful vacation and are very grateful to these people and this hotel for it. the hotel has a very good location - across the road from Hikkaduwa beach. This area has a beautiful coral reef (take a mask) and nearby there is an area without waves. The hotel has a cafe with delicious food and beautiful presentation (I recommend the avocado toast). The hotel is modern, with large rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, tastefully decorated. A gym is available for those interested. We wish you prosperity and look forward to coming back again!

• Jonathan (10/5): The best place to stay in Hikkaduwa - If you need somewhere to stay in Hikkaduwa, look no further because this is your place! Rajesh picked me up from the airport at midnight and was happy to drive me all the way to the Cozy Sea View Inn (approximately 2 hour drive). He was kind enough to lift my bags up to my room and made sure I had wifi connection and checked to see if I needed anything else. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need (cold air-conditioning, fans, towels, drinking water, soap). The whole booking process was made very easy thanks to Rajesh and his team. The views from the balcony were spectacular. One of the many benefits from staying here is that you can access the gym for free. The beach is less than a minute walk from the hotel. I can't recommend staying here enough as it is a great price, awesome location and the service was fantastic.

• Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location near the beach and town center. Clean, spacious rooms with large balcony, air conditioning and fan. Large, comfortable beds. Hot water shower. Shared kitchen and lounge just outside the room. Noisy neighbourhood in the evening. The wardrobe in the room was locked and we couldn't use it, but we weren't keen to use it and didn't ask the personnel about it.
• Azeem (8/5): Very good - The location of this place was amazing! Just a couple of minute's walk to Hikkaduwa Beach. A lot of restaurants all around, and their own restaurant La Belle Vie was outstanding. The owner and the staff were super helpful and hospitable. Definitely coming here whenever I come to Hikkaduwa again!

• PhantomTraveler79 (10/5): Gym, Cafe, Hotel. Convenient and Clean one-stop base for all the essentials. - Cafe, hotel, gym, across from the beach - Everything you need in one place. Booked the Cozy Sea View Inn based on location, price, convenience - and most importantly - the gym, which is open from 5 am to 10 pm. Room was large, as was the balcony. A/C worked well. The cafe on site had great music and a great vibe. Can't beat the price, management was super helpful and responsive. My go-to for next time!
• Pascal (7/5): Good - Appartement is to loud, u can hear anything from the streets. I recommand to book other rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor, they're perfect!

• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very nice and helpful staff! There is also cafe which belongs to the property LaBelle Vie. We overlooked it the first night, but tried later and everything was so delicious. It also has very chilled vibe. Hopefully we will come back to this place again. :)
