La distribución del hotel, muy funcional. Que el centro de lavado NO funcionaba, si necesitabamos lavar y nos complicó un poco. El Gym está muy limitado, estaría bien que tuviera más opciones.

Todo el personal muy atento y siempre dando opciones para que nuestra estancia fuera inmejorable. De hecho tuvimos que regresar a la ciudad y volvimos a quedarnos en el hotel. Nos encantó! Gracias La verdad es que todo estuvo muy bien, ninguna queja. Si acaso, ser más claros en las intrucciones para tomar el camioncito del Aeropuerto-hotel.
• K7005DFsueb (2/5): Avoid this hotel for Park, Stay, and Fly! - Our recent "Park, Stay, and Fly" experience was a disaster. After waiting over two hours for an airport shuttle, while the website repeatedly failed to locate a driver. When I called the hotel, the front desk woman was clearly stressed, shouting at staff over the phone. Despite confirming our location at Door 5E, she later insisted we move to 2C. An hour after moving, the driver still hadn't arrived, and the woman began arguing that we were at the wrong door. Though a shuttle eventually appeared, the front desk woman remained defensive and dismissive upon our arrival. The next morning we tried to express our disappointment but another person insisted we were in the wrong spot. We’ve used this service before without issue, but after this chaotic experience, we will not be returning!

• BAMATIDE (8/5): Flying South - This is a great property. And convenient if you’re flying in or out of Ohare. The park, sleep and fly rate can’t be beat. The employees are friendly. The only negative was the water pressure on the 3rd floor, and lack of local TV stations. The pressure at the sink was just above a trickle. The shower was very light. Barely rinsed the soap off. The night clerk said she reset the system, but an hour later still not available. Otherwise it is a nice property. Will stay again. Just not on 3rd floor.

We ended up piggybacking on someone else's shuttle, which was more stressful than it needed to be. Also the shuttle, when it did arrive, stank of marijuana! I know it's legal but it's not very professional for the hotel vehicle to smell like weed. The rooms don't really have curtains so if you are sensitive to light when you sleep, this isn't the place for you. Also some other guests came into the breakfast area and turned the TV on and just left, without turning it off, but they were just rude, oh well.

Hotel was clean and breakfast selections were good. The only downside is that you can hear the traffic noise in the evening if your room is facing the streetside

• Jenelle (6/5): Clean hotel. Bad shuttle operation - The room was clean The rooms were clean, the reception attendants are kind. The only improvement I would suggest is the shuttle bus. It was a complete melt down at the airport due to weather which I understand. However, the next morning getting to the airport was such an awful experience. I was asked to reserve a spot on the shuttle the night before, which I did, 6am slot(because 5:30am was NOT allowed). When I got downstairs 6am rolls around no shuttle. When I asked the front desk what the delay was about. He told me they left at 5:30am, due to the shuttle being full. I still don’t understand why my spot was given up since I reserved a spot on the 6am. Also, I requested 5:30am but I was told “NO, we only schedule at the top of each hour.” Maybe they should do away with reserving spots and just do first come first serve. If you book this hotel I would give yourself 3hours instead of 2hours like I did for domestic traveling

This hotel is awesome ... super clean, very comfortable, friendly shuttle service, luxury beds, huge rooms. Definite new go to. And to top it off, Gunjan working the reception desk is the best their is. He has great customer service skills and is the type of creative problem solver ever hotel needs!

I have been visiting this hotel since last summer, and each visit has been consistently enjoyable. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and inviting. Although it is a busy property, it remains impressively quiet, which makes for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I also appreciate the convenience of free parking and the complimentary breakfast. Overall, I have had nothing but great experiences here and would highly recommend this hotel to others. No complaints!!

Not sure how shuttle pick up will be, but they gave us detailed instructions. Nice quiet neighborhood under 6 miles to the airport. About 15-20 minute ride. They’re only 20 minutes from the airport. They have free shuttle service from and to the airport we really enjoyed their breakfast. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. They made our stay very pleasant.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and we appreciated how quiet it felt for an airport-area hotel. The bed was great and everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was a real highlight, lots of choices and everything was well stocked. The location is also super convenient for O’Hare, and getting in and out was easy. Overall, this was a great value and we would absolutely stay here again.
