• Jacqui (9/5): Clean, quiet and comfortable stay - highly recommended! - I originally thought the Bluegrass B&B was a motel but was pleased to find it was only two units, so it was bigger and nicer than I expected. The brekkie supplies were really good and the hosts were very helpful and pleasant. Branyan is on the outer edge of Bundy but I knew that when I booked and it didn’t matter to us as we were heading south the next day. We still had dinner at Bundy RSL and it was only 17mins away. Nothing!

• Geoff (7/5): Quiet location away from bustle of the town of Bundaberg - the house is in a quiet location a few kilometres outside Bundaberg. Entry was via a key safe code provided by the owner. Bit tricky to locate, but after the first visit and got bearings it was OK

Lovely little kitchen set-up and nice easy access to private seating area outside. It’s a great location for the airport and getting into the centre of Bundaberg (only about 15 minutes drive for both). Breakfast was great and the chickens in the front garden are very cute! Nothing. We had a very comfortable stay :)

• Andrea (10/5): Absolutely recommend Bluegrass BnB. Will stay again when next visiting Bundaberg region. - The hosts were lovely. Easy communication about the stay and how to access the keys. The extra special touches were fresh laid eggs, and some home grown fruit along with the breakfast basket and juice. And it was lovely to have a couple of local kookaburras pop in to say hello in the morning!

Welcome was a text code to get a key from a security box. - Underwhelming DIY breakfast came with a warning of $30 cleaning charge if we didn't wash up the dishes; a hotplate we couldn't use because there were not any instructions; and a BBQ with rusted plates. Swimming pool was in owners backyard, along with two barking dogs and a "beware of dog" sign...therefore inaccessible. A large security camera was pointed at where we walked in and out of our cabin and where we sat to eat. An invasion of our privacy. We were eaten by midges

• Roy (8/5): The location is good in relation to accessing tourist facilities on the Sunshine Coast. - The location was OK, the accommodation was not a 'room' but a 1-bedroom bungalow & the site was located right on the Maroochy River, which was very pleasant. The bungalow was clean & had all the facilities that we needed. Everything was OK, so there wasn't anything that we didn't like. We stayed for 3 nights & enjoyed the stay. It would have been nice if there had been a cutting board in the kitchen.

Had everything you needed. The self serve breakfast set up in the fridge was great. This gave us the freedom to enjoy our breakfast on the front verandah at our leasure. That we only had the time to stay one night

We arrived a bit late but the owner was very thoughtful and accommodating (even leaving the light on so we could find where we were staying with ease) enjoyed our breakfast outside listening to birds singing around us. The best place we’ve stayed in our week of travelling around! Would highly recommend Bluegrass That we were only passing through could’ve spent a lot longer in this hidden gem.

We could not be happier with the room, the decor, the amenities and the overall experience from booking to arrival and departure. In short, we loved it and would highly recommend it to our friends. Being a little out of town could be a bit off putting for some but we found it to a peaceful oasis to return to after a busy day. Nothing.

Attention to detail and a lovely selection for breakfast!! Lighting was kind of very bright or off… but that’s getting very fussy! Iron didn’t get hot enough to use? (Rarely need one on trips but did this time. Could be user error??
