• Miguelinho (9/5): Vistas increíbles - La ubicación es inmejorable, despertarse con las vistas a la bahía y desayunar/comer/cenar viendo el mar es increíble. Por un error administrativo nos dejaron en una habitación de calidad superior con vistas al mar con desayuno y se portaron genial. Tienes todos los bares alrededor caminando por la playa, sitos de masajes, restaurantes.... También ofrecen excursiones, nosotros decidimos realizarla con ellos y fue incréible. El capitan nos hizo el tour evitando zonas masificadas y viendo todo tiempo de animales marinos. Cocinaron en el barco y nos preparon un almuerzo muy top. Ralmente recomiendo la excursión con el personal del hotel. Al principio cuesta encontrar la puerta de entrada al complejo y que hay avisos constantes de que no te puedes bañar por las medusas.

• Lotte (9/5): Fijn en prettig verblijf - Grote en schone kamer. Het hotel ligt aan het strand. Ze hebben lekker eten! Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Ze zeggen dat er overal kwallen zijn waardoor je niet in de zee kan zwemmen. Wij hebben geen kwallen gezien alleen plastic zakjes die op kwallen leken. Doordat je er “niet kan zwemmen”, bieden ze tours aan die je kan gaan doen. Maar je zou prima op het strand kunnen liggen en je hoeft niet perse zo’n tour te doen ;)

• Rowena (8/5): We booked a fan room and for us it was perfect. - Beach front which is why we booked this. 😉 Reminder on guests about the conservation of water. Amidst of the power interruptions and reminder on the water supply, Ausan made sure that guests were properly accomodated. Appreciate the gesture in giving knife and fork during breakfast to a foreigner but my boyfriend is used to spoon and fork already. 😅 Nothing. We got what we expect in terms of the facilities. Suggestion: Add few more big umbrellas for guests, in case of rain. P.S: We were lucky (hahaha) that it was raining when we left Port Barton and the only 1 umbrella has already borrowed by other guest. Good thing we brought with our raincoats and bag covers.

There is i big bar - club next to the hotel with DJ music sets every night so the place is crowded and noisy. Swimming was forbidden because of jellyfishes. So you are in the hotel right in front of the ocean but cannot go to the water.

• Markus-Matthias (9/5): Super Preis-Leistung mit Lage direkt am Strand - Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand. Freundliches Personal. Eigenes Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Etwas dunkel, aber man verbringt eh kaum Zeit drinnen. Einen Punkt Abzug für das Bad. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist gar nicht abgeronnen und auch noch nach zwei Tagen darin gestanden.

Il direttore inoltre si è messo a disposizione per risolvere un problema che abbiamo avuto con un bagaglio rimasto all'aeroporto di Manila, facendolo recapitare direttamente in stanza. Consigliato! Испортил все впечатление. Другие вечера были более тихие и скромные певцы, но все равно они раздражают. Здесь нужна тишина и кайф, хотите этого - не берите номер рядом с популярным кафе и орущими до ночи певцами

Chambre standard, de taille suffisante avec petite salle de bain pratique. Personnel très sympathique, très à l'écoute et plein de bonnes recommandations. Le bruit des chambres contiguës peut parfois être gênant.

Molto disponibili e ci hanno anche aiutato per gli spostamenti e per i tour La stanza un po troppo piccola e poche prese a disposizione e distanti dal letto . Le stanze non le puliscono tutti i giorni, viene fatto solo se lo chiedi, tramite un foglio lasciato da loro in stanza.

Camera poco silenziosa, il rumore del Mare e’ piacevole ma le chiacchiere notturne dei vicini sul terrazzino esterno condiviso no. • Viviane (7/5): Super Lage, ansonsten mittelmässig - Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unbezahlbar! Die Klima hat immer funktioniert und auch Warmwasser war vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist sehr spehrlich eingerichtet, das Bett mit einer sehr dünnen Matraze. Das Restaurant war mittelmässig, in Port Barton gibt es 100 bessere Orte. Am Abend kann es laut werden, da es in der Bar direkt neben dem Hotel live Musik gibt. Die Wände sind, wie schon von anderen beschrieben, sehr ringhörig.

Le chambre correspondait aux photos , équipement sommaire et correspondant à la description. Impossible de se baigner devant l' hôtel car le personnel vous alerte très rapidement sur le risque de méduse et vous recommande de ne pas vous baigner.(Début février et nous n en avons pas vu)

• Fabian (9/5): Traumhafte Strandlage mit entspannter Atmosphäre - Die Lage ist unschlagbar – direkt am Strand. Frühstück mit den Füßen im Sand ist einfach großartig. Alles läuft sehr unkompliziert ab, das Hotel ist sehr sauber und besonders praktisch: Massage- und Nagelangebote direkt im Haus. Die Zimmer sind eher funktional eingerichtet, und die Möbel wirken teilweise etwas älter. Wer viel Wert auf modernes Design legt, könnte das bemerken – der Komfort stimmt aber.

Die Lage direkt am Strand war traumhaft, das Hotel sah sehr hübsch aus und das Personal war einfach sensationell. Eines unserer Gepäcke kam nicht an und sie haben uns diesbezüglich sehr unterstützt. Ausserdem wurde ich kurz nach Ankunft im Hotel krank und das Personal hat sich unglaublich liebevoll um mich gekümmert. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr weiterempfehlen.

On checking out at 6am the Staff left fruits and coffees for us on our veranda, a really lovely touch. Room had a charm and lots of mural and wood features. Excellent VFM No, just a FYI they said swimming not allowed in front of the property as lots of jellyfish signs however, swimming safer along the beach. Not the properties fault but just a tip if you think you can just go in, also the boat tours moor there. Bed mattress a little thin if I needed to find an improvement to our stay, but wasn't worried.

• Brigitte (6/5): Ausun hotel : expérience désagréable avec personnel de l'accueil. - L'emplacement de l'hôtel sur le front de mer sur la très belle plage de Port Barton (dommage nous avons limité nos bains du fait de la présence possible de méduses dangereuses selon les recommandations officielles). Massages proposés au sein de l'hôtel : excellents. L'hôtel est à proximité d'un bar très fréquenté avec la musique forte jusqu'à minuit. Nous avions réservé une 1ere chambre avec climatisation avec un confort adapté. Nous avions ensuite réservé une chambre cabane pour 3 nuits (car plus de chambre climatisées). Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas souhaité l'occuper car accès par échelle (bien adapté pour un public plus jeune). Mauvais choix de notre part. La responsable a réussi pour la 2ème nuit à nous loger dans une autre chambre avec supplément. Pour les 2 dernières nuits, malgré nos multiples demandes pendant toute une journée, pour savoir si nous pouvions rester, la responsable ne nous repondait pas et à un moment le soir, ne souhaitant plus nous causer, elle a même demandé à son jeune fils de nous répondre. Il a écrit sur notre traducteur "je ne peux pas m'en occuper j'ai trop travail". Ils étaient tous les 2 à l'accueil et n'étaient vraiment pas débordés ! Nous demandions tout simplement une réponse pour nous organiser. Ce manque de professionnalisme nous a fait changer d'hôtel (toutes les nuits de la chambre cabane étaient au préalable payées). Excepté ces 2 personnes à l'accueil, le reste du personnel était agréable.
