Everything was simply perfect – the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the location couldn’t be better, and the apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. I didn’t experience a single issue during my stay. The late check-out was a much-appreciated gesture that made my trip even smoother. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again. Many thanks for such a wonderful experience!

• Catriona (10/5): Fabulous stay. Excellent base to explore Riga and surrounding areas. Jurmala is an excellent beach trip and Mezaparks is - Irina met us at the property to show us around. It is in a wonderful location in the old town. 1 minute from the beautiful National Opera House and straight onto the medieval streets. The property was perfect for us (family of 5) plenty of space. 2 minutes from tram and bus stops and 10 minutes from central station and the markets. Irina was regularly in touch and answered any queries. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

• Catherine (9/5): Spacious apartment in great location. - The location is fantastic. Close to everything in the Old Town. The apartment is very spacious with two large gathering spaces. Kitchen is good. Water pressure is great in the shower. It felt like a home away from home. Despite the items mentioned below I really enjoyed my stay here. Biggest negative was the lack of fans. There is no air conditioning and without the fans you need to open the windows on hot nights in Summer and then because of the amazing location it is very noisy. I would have liked a toaster and wine glasses in the kitchen. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your bags up a flight of fairly steep stairs to the first floor. Finally. It is asmdvertised as two bedroom but it is one bedroom with a pull out bed in the loungerooms.

• James (9/5): Huge and super central apartment in Old Town Riga - Huge space in very central location. Grand bedroom with super comfy king bed and classy furnishings. Comfortable sofa bed also. Spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen with separate dining area. Communication with Irina was excellent. We didn’t view the flat screen TV in the lounge - you won’t need a TV in Riga ! Loved the antique wooden stairs up to first floor apartment. Would book again for staying in Riga 👍👍 Nothing

Irina was very friendly, our flight was in the evening and she allowed us to stay in the apartment till the late afternoon.

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location in the Old Town. 3 good rooms, and the bedroom was lovely with two Windows. We were also very pleased with the bathtub. Very posh flat on the second floor with a HALL. We think is the best flat we stayed in so fare. Irina has been a perfect host. She speaks and write english very well, and is very friendly. Next time we go to Riga, we will stay here again. We have nothing to complain about.

• Neil (10/5): A beautiful apartment in the heart of a beautiful city - The apartment is huge - 2 reception rooms, dining room, bedroom, kitchen and shower/utilities room. It's right in the heart of the old town - close enough to the bars and restaurants to enjoy the city buzz, yet quiet enough to enjoy a good night's sleep. It could not have been a more enjoyable experience - this apartment is fabulous.

• Berlinito (8/5): Very good - Spacious holiday apartment in the old town of Riga. Everything was within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable with memory foam pillows. We were able to do a load of laundry and everything was available (detergent, fabric softener and a drying rack). Irina was very flexible and a gracious hostess and always responded to texts right away. We are grateful to her for bringing the key over later than planned. Though I think the owner should consider a lockbox option for late arrivals and even more flexibility and independence. I prefer a holiday apartment to have only the things guests actually need in it. This one is a little cluttered in the kitchen, for example. But it's possible that someone lives there while it's not being rented out. So I wouldn't expect them to throw away their spices, etc. But I would like the things from the previous renters to be removed from the fridge if they are already opened, such as margarine and mustard. And, while I appreciate the gesture of providing house shoes to change into, then these should be clean and not stretched out. A dishwasher would be nice to have. And I misunderstood the description on booking.com and expected a second bathroom and hot tub. To clarify: there is only ONE bathroom. There isn't an additional and/or separate toilet and/or a hot tub. There's a normal bathroom with a normal bathtub with a shower option. There was plenty of hot water for showers.
• Anita (10/5): See above - Great location for exploring Riga and Latvia in general. East access to wherever you needed to be. Our girls danced in the week long Song and Dance Festival and we had everything we needed to wash and clean and iron clothes and make our own meals when needed. Very responsive host. It was an easy spacious place to stay for 4 people.

• Baranina (8/5): Very good - Size and location of the apartment. Cleanes. There was a thick layer of dust in the places you could not see. I have been looking for my phone under the bed and I am not sure it was ever cleaned there. Same behind curtains. There was a mold in the coffee maker.
• Charlotte (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very nice and the location was excellent. Morris the owner was very responsive and helpful. There was no jacuzzi/hot tub as stated in the facilities, and there was no wood to light the fire.
