- Aya (9/5): Exceptional - Honestly, this hotel is value for money. The staff are very friendly; the hotel is very central to Lake Side road, where everything is located, about a 10 min walk. I won't say the WiFi is great, but that is not due to the hotel, during my stay, there were some power cuts, and due to that, the WiFi was lost several times due to the hotel switching to the Generator. In terms of the room, it was spacious, and clean and looked like the pictures shown on Booking.com. The view from the balcony is of the city even if it says Mountain view, but that's because it is central and in the middle of Pokrah. You can see the mountain but you can also see the buildings, it is not an unadulterated view but I didn't mind that all because I didn't go to Pokrah to sit in my balcony and look at the mountains. I give this hotel 5/5 - on safety, hospitality, comfort. I liked almost everything,

- Réka (8/5): Very good - Very good location. Pokhara lakside, restaurants, shops are easy to reach on foot, but our room was quiet yet. Service is polite, helpful, professional. We had to leave early and they made us a take-away breakfast.
- Farah (5/5): It was ok but disappointing - Ok stay after coming back from trekking The toilet water gathers in the middle of the bathroom and the toilet was broken and couldn't be flushed, we informed the staff in the morning and head out to allow them time to fix the issue. Come back 5 hours later with the toilet still unfixed. Room service is very slow and takes multiple reminders. We were finally transferred to another room while they fix the room and as we were still planning our next move, we requested to the staff to add another day which he confirmed we can extend only but the next day, they informed us they've overbooked and had to checkout.

Moreover, the sheets were dirty and we had to request another pillow repeatedly, and when it finally came it also had stains and marks on it. Not fit for a four star hotel and terrible experience overall.
