Our room was absolutely stunning, spacious and elegant. Viva Italia! The breakfast was exceptional and served in a beautiful setting. We look forward to our next visit to Florence!

• alain (9/5): demeure de charme parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour en amoureux - l'hôte est très sympathique et de bon conseil. L'établissement est très bien tenu, le petit-déjeuner est très bon et varié. La chambre est très belle, spacieuse et bien décorée. Le parking avec lequel la propriétaire collabore se situe à 150 m de l'établissement. La zone est un peu en retrait des quartiers où l'on trouve les meilleurs bars et restaurants mais les principales attractions sont très facilement accessibles à pieds et se situent à quelques minutes demarche.

I really liked that this hotel is so unique. It's in a historical building, you'd never guess it's a hotel from the outside. But once inside Casa Botticelli really shines as a one of a kind place to stay. Breakfasts are great too! I liked everything!

Rooms very nice, very good bed and nice shower. A nice central place/bar for a coffee or beer would have been nice (although many niceplaces nearby)

• Odille (9/5): Perfektes Refugium für Liebhaber alter Villen - Die Lage ist perfekt, als Ausgangspunkt für alle Besichtigungen in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmergröße und auch die Höhe wirkte sehr entspannend auf uns. Man kann sich gut zurückziehen von dem Trubel der Stadt. Wir vermißten eine Jalousie am Badezimmerfenster. Es wurde, nachdem wir es erwähnt haben, sofort ersetzt. Super Service! An allen 5 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes, war ein Angestellter Kellner ab 9 Uhr während des Frühstücks in Aufräumstimmung und verbreitete Nervosität. Auch wenn wir wissen, dass gutes Personal schwer zu bekommen ist, ist es ein No go sich so zu und vor den Gästen zu benehmen.

Il proprietario e il personale ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, siamo stati coccolati con garbo, discrezione e professionalità! La struttura che a nostro avviso va definita una "Casa d'Arte", con il suo fascino ti avvolge e ti rilassa! Camera pulitissima e colazione eccellente. Tutto questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile...ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Great soaking tub. The market on the second Sunday of the month in Santo Spirito was great! (Pictures of the Boboli gardens and front of the hotel.) Bathroom is a little small but fine for European standards.
