Azara (10/5): Nice location with a swimming pool - The pool was cold when I entered, but they had a staff member there in the gym/pool area ready to turn the heating up, it warmed up and was good to swim in. The breakfast employee was very friendly and kind and went above and beyond. All the staff were friendly. They let us check in a bit earlier. Good location. We bought dinner at the restaurant in the evening and it wasn't very good. I would recommend you pay to eat somewhere else.

Bad smell in the room, the linen was clean but still the smell was very bad. Also in the bathroom was shower splitting the water, we were in 203 and not good room. Far from 5*,as I was 20years managing the hotel with that category. 4 star max

Andres (9/5): Salvo el camarero del restaurante el resto todo muy bien - Si muchísimo. Todo el personal atento y amable Un camarero que tenía pocas ganas de trabajar . Le pedimos dos menús . Le pedimos la carta de vinos. Se cabreo por pedir los menús nos hace ir a recepción , le dicen que nos lo sirva. Se cabrea y nos trae la carta de vinos con malos modos y cuando la estamos mirando , nos dice con peores modos que el vino lo teníamos que pagar. Le pedimos una botella y vuelve con más acritud y molesto nos dice que ese no lo puede servir. Razón por la que nos levantamos y nos fuimos .
