Carol (10/5): A beautiful family-run B&B in the heart of Valle d'Aosta - Maison de la Montagne was a highlight of our trip to Italy. Our hosts, Ilaria and her family, made us feel so welcome and we very much hope to return one day. Our room was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The entire B&B was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in a style that captures the natural beauty of the area. We enjoyed Ilaria's abundant, homemade breakfast every morning. The quaint village of Arvier was fun to explore by foot. Courmayeur/Monte Bianco's Skyway are a 30 min drive; Aosta is 20 min away. Both have an abundance of shops and restaurants, although we enjoyed staying in Arvier for dinner several nights. Several smaller valleys that lead to Gran Paradiso are under 1 hour by car. Ilaria is a native of the area and will give you great advice on where to go and what to do, depending on your interests. We were there to hike, and we will never forget the stunning beauty we discovered in Valle d'Aosta thanks to Ilaria. Car parking is free and very close to the B&B. We highly recommend Maison de la Montagne! Not staying longer!

Pam (5/5): Stylish B&B, but forget the breakfast - Ilaria has created a stylish, comfortable B&B and she is very friendly. She also keeps it immaculately clean . The property is in a pedestrian zone so parking is in the public car park 100 m away The breakfast definitely needs to be improved

Irene (10/5): Eine Unterkunft die für uns nicht besser sein kann, einfach perfekt!! - Uns hat das stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben, super gefallen. Die Lage inmitten des Dorfes, aber ohne Autolärm, mit guten Restaurants in der Nähe, hat es uns ebenfalls begeistert. Die sympatische Gastgeberin hat uns tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. -
