- Margaret (3/5): This was not worth the money, awkward. - This room was small and the bed was tiny no pillows no blanket no ambience just not nice. There was nothing to like because it was no AC was just hot. No fun.
- Smith (5/5): I will not stay at this facility again or recommend it to anyone - The beachfront location of the property The more than two hours delay in the check-in process, without any explanations. Then the room was unclean and no room service for two days, even after it was requested...The restaurant service was horrible in terms of cost, quantity, presentation and taste.
- Connie (9/5): October is a slower tourist month so I seemed to have the resort to myself. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. I w - Well maintained, leaky toilet was fixed right away, room 27 was comfortable and had everything I needed. Kitchen area had sink, fridge, microwave and kettle. Plates, bowls, mugs, cups and silverware for two. A/C and fan kept my room comfortable. Everything was in working order. Right beside an excellent restaurant, and plenty of 7 mile beach to access. After/during the rain a few spots were flooded at the bottom of the stairs. And a more thorough cleaning (doors and toilet) would be my request.

- Kelly (2/5): - Girl at the front desk was very nice. Checkin took a very long time (40mins) despite being only one there and providing arrival time. The room does not have a fridge despite stating on booking.com that it does. Constant door banging in the mornings. Also not everyone understands that you cannot venture beyond the small strip of beach directly in front of this motel. If you do you will get chased into the literal water by other hotels staff. Better to get an airbnb near the local (and very nice) long bay beach if you want to do something beyond just laying on a beach. Was moved to a room with a fridge after a day as the toilet stopped working. Aircon didn't really work in this room. Need new linens and actual pillows as opposed to cushions stuffed in cases. Nothing nearby to get supplies.

- Donovan (7/5): Nice place to stay, bad WiFi - The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The beach was beautiful, so were gardens, very well maintained. In my room, during my stay, the WiFi did not work on any of our devices. So if you need WiFi don't stay here, or at least speak to a member of staff to get a room closer to reception as that is where it is strongest. The WiFi also works on the beach.

- David (7/5): A nice place to stay if you want small, quiet, tranquil, unassuming and can do without the frills of the all inclusive a - Property was neat, very close to a nice clean beach, small and private. The court yard and gardens were beautiful and well kept. It was very quiet and several covered gazebos with tables and chairs, lounge chairs on the beach and palm leaf thatched shade “Umbrella” provided respite from the sun when needed. The beach was clean, the water clear and calm and could be easily walked in either direction for 1/2 mile. Our overall opinion was favorable but not enough that we are enticed to return with so many places to yet be explored. Though the staff were mostly friendly and helpful, especially Horace Moore at the front desk and Mrs. Rodney from housekeeping, there were a couple of ladies who always seemed put out by any requests. The amenities listed for the resort were mostly not forthcoming. There was no coffee in the lounge. In fact they had to scurry to find a coffee pot for the room. Then we had to get our own coffee, cream, sweetener and filters. There was no daily manager’s reception and I never saw a manager. There was an in room small refrigerator that was adequate for drinks and small items needing to be kept cool. There was no ice. These things in general would not in themselves prevent me from returning because the over all experience was very good.

- Tracey (1/5): Won't ever return or recommend, zero business acumen. - Barbara, Lisa, Mrs. Robertson and Mr. Robinson were wonderful, pleasant and helpful. Beautiful spot on the beach. We've been coming to Negril for over 10 years, spending months at a time, we LOVED Jamaica. Mr. Moore, the "manager", is the most rude, disrespectful person. He gave my husband the finger, turned the lights out while we were eating dinner, kicked us off the beach for a wedding. He starts arguments with guests for moving tables to be used for card games and be closer to the fan; Insisted the tables remain in the area of bat shit. Started verbal fights with Boardwalk employees and their guests; made us beg for ice from Boardwalk (next door) big up to Boardwalk thanks for the ice! An old chair became unglued and broke, causing my husband to fall, resulting with a lower back injury; No hot water available to wash dishes (outside kitchen). Washrooms locked as was the front door to the lobby. Wanted to charge $25 US for a visitor to play cards (there is NO restaurant or bar). Room details said it included: a patio or balcony - we had neither; a refrigerator, which our room did not, I was told $10 US per day to have a fridge in our room. I am expecting a refund of $400 US ($10/day for 40 days) I am also expecting to be re-reimbursed for the day we were kicked off site because of a wedding. Our illusion of a tranquil and peaceful holiday was shattered with the hostile environment created by management. Individuals like Mr. Moore leave a black eye for Jamaica. Goodbye Jamaica

There was nothing, only a vending machine/fridge in the office. Also, the room did not meet my expectations, poor value for money. Wasn't worth it. The pillows were veranda seat cushions.

The wifi never works, tv are smaller than before. Beds are not comfortable. The color of the room and decor are to bright and loud I liked how it used to be.

Very poor customer service. If you’re from the UK or are local make sure you opt for USD as the payment, as they stitch you up on the exchange rate if you try to pay in local currency. Only redeeming quality is that it’s right on the beach. Overall a terrible experience, would not book again and would not recommend.
