• Tín (9/5): Tuyệt vời. - Nếu bạn muốn một nơi lưu trú rất gần (chỉ cần đi bộ tầm 10 phút) Công viên Biển Đông để tham gia các hoạt động vui chơi thể thao hay tắm biển Mỹ Khê với giá cả rất mềm thì An Bình Tài là một lựa chọn không thể bỏ qua. Bên cạnh đó, khách sạn và phòng ốc rất sạch sẽ. GĐ tôi được bố trí ở phòng tầng 4 nhìn ra sân thượng nên rất thoáng do gió biển ùa vào. Khách sạn nằm trên con đường khá rộng rợp bóng cây xanh nên rất mát mẻ và yên tĩnh. Để có giá hợp lý nhất nên chủ khách sạn tiết giảm hầu hết các thứ. v.d. cung cấp nước uống đóng chai miễm phí, ... nhưng lại có bình nấu nước siêu tốc nên khách cũng có dụng cụ thuận tiện để tự phục vụ. Khách sạn không thu phí lưu trú trước khi đặt trên Booking. com mà thu khi bạn đến ở nên cũng là một điểm cộng. Cái TV thế hệ cũ và bắt bị lệch so với view từ phòng ngủ nhìn ra nên không dùng được. Mấy đứa nhỏ cần xem TV khi ba mẹ chúng lướt mạng, kkk.

• Yavuz (10/5): This is a very convenient and ideal place to stay in the center of Da Nang. There are no downsides whatsoever. It was in - The lady running the place was really attentive and very friendly. They were very helpful with us using the kitchen. It was in a very central location, surrounded by restaurants, and the main beach was a very short distance away. There's a 24/7 convenience store nearby. It was very clean and definitely a place worth visiting; the view of the street was truly delightful.

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - We rested at the hotel for 3 days. The hostess was good -natured and friendly. She helped with the organization of excursions and answered all our questions. She invited to dinner to her home. We will remember this hotel always good.

• Ken (5/5): Passable - I upgraded to a larger room. The husband, while cleaning my room, took and threw away a number of my personal items. The wife/manager was able to recover some and tried to make it up to me with some mangoes. The first room they offered me was small and hot.

• Stephen (9/5): Very enjoyable with attentive staff and owner. - Lovely clean room, quiet but close to beach and restaurants, nice hot shower. We arrived late at 1am and asked if it was possible to go out for food, 30 minutes later the owner turned up with hot mixed veg noodles, sliced apples and boiled eggs cooked by herself which was a lovely gesture for weary travellers. Tv remote was not compatible with the tv, beds were quite firm.

We stayed because we were tired and they said we can move to a different room the next day but than the other room wasn't available. We asked for help with transportation and got extremely high cost. We didn't feel an effort to help.

• Kenneth (9/5): Superb - The location was great, in a quiet street with lovely bonsai trees, close to the beach and our favourite places for breakfast - An's cafe and Nep bakery. The host family is very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our kids loved the fish at the reception area. And they also got some dried jackfruit which made us all happy. Our room only had a window facing a wall of the neighbouring house so the room was a bit dark. The beds are a little too hard I think even by Vietnamese standards.
