• Marie (10/5): Découverte d’un petit joyaux de Naxos - L’emplacement est juste paradisiaque. L’appartement est vraiment très propre, bien équipé et parfait. Il ya tout ce dont on a besoin et plus encore. Allez y les yeux fermés. C’est encore mieux que sur les photos. Concernant le personnel et l’accueil: topissime. Avant mon séjour, Dimitri m’a aidé à préparer mon séjour pour que ca se passe au mieux et sans stress de mon côté (conseils sur la location de voiture, les activités possibles à Naxos, …) A mon arrivée, il m’a accueillie chaleureusement avec un beau panier de bienvenue (bien rempli et très bon, je vous laisse découvrir la surprise 🙂). Pendant le séjour, il a été très attentif à mes demandes et questions. A la fin de mon séjour, on m’a offert un petit cadeau souvenir local que j’apprécie beaucoup. Que dire de plus à part un grand merci à toute l’équipe de Dimitri pour ce séjour parfait et incroyable et pour leur hospitalité. J’y reviendrai c’est sur! Rien Si, je ne voulais plus rentrer.

• Loren (9/5): Incredibly kind staff, great views, and peaceful location - You definitely need a rental car as it’s a good bit out of town but if you want a relaxed location with incredible staff this is a great option. The hotel manager one genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. He was so helpful, kind, and understanding. They even gave us a free bottle of wine! I would definitely stay here again if I were ok with not being directly in town. I think the bed could have been a little comfier but my partner said it felt good to him and I’m a bit picky.

He gave us great advice about places to visit and even helped us organize some experiences on the island. The cleaning ladies were also amazing – very friendly and they kept everything spotless. The place itself is beautiful, with a great view and the perfect spot to enjoy a drink at sunset. It feels peaceful and welcoming, and it works both for couples and families. The apartment is spacious and exceptionally well kept, cleaned and tidied daily by the housekeeping team. The views from the apartment's terrace were undoubtedly the best we have had whilst holidaying in Greece and ideal for watching the sunset before setting off for dinner at the local restaurants with some excellent recommendations from Dimitris which were Faros, Kontos and the Taverna at Mikri Vigla.

• Anunayana (9/5): Excellent stay, Great location, Friendly host, marvelous experience - This was one of the most amazing stays we had during our entire Greece trip! The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — exactly as our host described, we just had to move in and relax. We loved the beautiful swimming pool, and we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift hamper including a bottle of wine, cheese, and other treats. The washing machine and efficient drying facilities were also a big plus. Our host was incredibly friendly and even gave us a small farewell gift when we left. The location was excellent — close to major beaches, restaurants, and all key attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and truly worth the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! Unfortunately, you’ll need a car to get around the area, as the stay is located on a rooftop and can be difficult to access without one. We definitely recommend having a car for convenience.

• Sluizen (10/5): Great Villa, Great Stay! - Dimitris and team are what made this place feel special! The villa is already amazing on it's own, it has great facilities, everything you need, a swimming pool in the back and great beaches closeby. It even comes with 2 bathrooms, which is a very nice luxury, on top of an already amazing view of the sea and the landscape of the island. Dimitris and the cleaning staff are so kind and welcoming, Dimitris suggested great locations for dinner and places to see, always taking the time to ensure you have what you need and go the extra mile! Even when we stayed indoors for a day, they checked in with us to accommodate our needs and clean our villa according to what works for us! These are the things that make your holidays special, thank you!
• Elizabeth (10/5): Our stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this property! - Our accommodation was very clean and comfortable. It included everything you need to make your own meals, a lovely pool and deck with amazing views of the sea! They also provided a pool towel and also one for taking to the beach. Dimitri was an outstanding host, and kindly helpful with recommendations or answering questions. We were treated with some tasty chilled wine and some local cheese in the fridge as well as some jams, bread sticks along with other snacks to get us started. We would recommend renting a car or atv to explore the island. Dimitri was kind enough to organize a car rental for us and it was delivered to Apricot and Sea. There are beaches within walking distance as well as a few restaurants, however there is lots more to see and a vehicle is a must! I cannot think of anything we didn’t like. It was perfect.

The service was great, with our host being extremely flexible to support a very early check in (about 6am) when our ferry had to be rescheduled to the following morning. The amenities were great, including self contained kitchen. We enjoyed going between to the beach and pool.

• Danila (9/5): Great view and clealiness - Great breakfast, perfect location. We found a rick basket for the breakfast at our arrival, and the room was equipped with a full kitchen, vey handy. The host was very kind and helpful. Our room was located in a difficult space, with the window opening on the stairs leading to the pool. We didn't feel 'private' enough, as people was sitting talking on the stairs just outside our bedroom. Beside that, the location is beautiful.

Area is 15 mins from local restaurants (not in Chora) with large portions to share and prices bery good. Food is great at Forsa and the Naxos Bakery. Highly recommend.

• Sarah (9/5): Geweldige accomodatie met prachtig zwembad en lief personeel - Geweldige accommodatie met fijn zwembad, super leuke host en goeie locatie. Je kan makkelijk lopen naar het strand of heerlijk van het zwembad genieten. Dimitri heeft ons goed geholpen met al onze vragen en ook een zeilexcursie voor ons geregeld. De bedbank en uitklapbedjes sliepen niet geweldig. Achteraf hebben we dit tegen Dimitri gezegd en toen zei hij direct dat als we dat eerder gezegd hadden hij toppers voor op de bedden zou hebben geregeld voor ons. Mocht je de bedbanken niet fijn vinden slapen, laat het hem dus direct weten. Verder alles top!

The 360*view, with windows and teraces everywhere, just to enjoy every minute of your stay! Peacefull and relaxing, a place to return for sure! • Pappas (10/5): A great accommodation, an even greater host in a beatifull island. - The location is amazing. Next to the beach and an amazing view of you want to have a glass of wine before you go to sleep. The host is an amazing person, who can share so many nice options for things to do in the island. The only negative (if there is any), would be the parking situation. If you have a big suv, you need to have experience, otherwise you can easily scratch the car.

• Alexios (7/5): ωραιο καταλυμα, εξαιρετική θέα, υψηλή τιμή διαμονής - H τοποθεσία ειναι εξαιρετική με καταπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Ο host πολυ εξυπηρετικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος και μας εδωσε αρκετες και χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για το νησί, τον καιρό , τις παραλίες και τα εστιατόρια. θεωρώ οτι η τιμή του καταλύματος ειναι πολυ υψηλή και κάποιος πρέπει να ειναι προετοιμασμένος οτι θα πληρώσει για εναν ωραίο χώρο με όμορφη θέα φυσικά αλλα χωρίς πρωινό (βεβαίως το ξερεις κατα την κρατηση απλα το επισημαίνω). Επίσης οι πισίνες είναι κοινές για καθε 2-3 διαμερίσματα και αν τυχει και συμπέσεις με οικογένειες παιδιών μπορεί να ειναι αρκετός ο θόρυβος αν αναζητάς την απομόνωση και την ησυχια. Επιπρόσθετα μετα το check out στις 11.00 δεν μπορείς να χρησιμοποιησεις την πισίνα( αυτη καθαρίζεται και ειναι στην αποκλειστικη χρήση των επομενων επισκεπτών μόνο) και ειδικά αν φευγεις το απογευμα απο το νησί αυτο μπορει να ειναι ιδιαιτερα αβολο ειδικα οταν εχεις πληρωσει διαμονη σε ενα καταλυμα που ειναι πολυ ακριβο (2000 ευρω για 4 νυχτες). Το συζητησα βεβαιως με τον εξαιρετικό host Δημητρη και του ζήτησα να μεταφερθει αυτο στον ιδιοκτητη καθως και το γεγονός οτι χρειάζεται ενα μικρο shower room (courtesy room) για τους επισκεπτες που κανουν check out. Αυτο προβλεπεται στα περισσοτερα ακριβα καταλυματα και θεωρω πως θα το αξιοποιησουν ιδιαιτερα οι επισκεπτες

• David (10/5): Wonderful Plaka accommodation - I’ve been to Naxos quite a few times, but fell in love with staying at this end of Plaka. The views are gorgeous and the accommodation very well appointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back. The second bedroom in our unit Naxos Eye is more of a bed in the hallway, so OK for kids but no privacy for adults. There’s only one air conditioner in the apartment.. in the bedroom. The hallway area where the bunk bed is located gets very hot at night.

• Thomas (10/5): - There was nothing to fault with this property. We received a warm welcome from Dimitri who was so helpful for the duration of our stay. We felt so spoilt with our welcome amenities - a bottle of wine, a block of Naxian cheese, homemade cookies, honey, jam, coffee pods, snacks. The villa was spacious for our family of four (2A & 2C - ages 10 & 6), and had everything we needed for our 7 nights' stay. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony every evening and taking in the stunning sunsets. We swam in the pool every day and had use of a poolside BBQ. They provided bath towels, pool towels and chammis that we could take with us when we went to the beach. We definitely recommend Apricot Villas, and we would definitely return ourselves.
• Janine (10/5): Wonderful stay - we hope to return one day - Fantastic location away from the busyness of Naxos town but close to beautiful beaches and tavernas. Our apartment was ideal for our family of 7 - clean and comfortable with an amazing view of sunsets each night from our balcony. The pool was also very enjoyable. Dimitris the Manager was exceptional in the way he managed the property and looked after guests. He was knowledgeable and kind and very helpful with all our questions and requests.

• Ryan (6/5): Good value, beautiful balcony in solid location. - Good location, excellent balcony views day and night. Dimitri at reception and the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They provided great recommendations. Reasonably well stocked with supplies and a nice welcome basket Hotel ownership/mgmt outside Naxos. Hard to tell from pictures, but some units have small pool neighboring them, others use a communal pool above reception with an adjoining grill that can be used. Parking lot was poorly designed to accommodate guests. It works, but coming from a confident driver it's begging for accidents between it's irregular shape, protruding rock faces, holes in rear corners, small spots, and no real area to turn around.

He was kind, funny, patient, and incredibly helpful—always there for our every need. Dimitri made us feel so welcome and taken care of throughout our entire visit. The service overall was top-notch, and the staff who cleaned the rooms were amazing—attentive, friendly, and thorough. Everyone worked together to make our experience unforgettable. To top it all off, the views were breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better combination of hospitality, comfort, and scenery. Highly recommend! Everything was beautiful the only reason I didn’t rate as perfect was because I didn’t find our bed to be the most comfortable. Otherwise everything was amazing

They even had a welcome basket waiting for us with all the Greek specialities. The villa was close to Chora and all the beaches. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Die Sauberkeit war makellos – alles war gepflegt und strahlte eine angenehme Frische aus. Der absolute Höhepunkt war die überragende Aussicht, die uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue verzaubert hat. The apartments are stunning—decorated with impeccable taste and a serene, welcoming atmosphere. We were genuinely surprised by the spaciousness of our apartment, and the amenities are on another level—everything you could possibly need, and more. The location is ideal: a peaceful and quiet area, yet just a 2-minute drive or a 5-minute walk to great restaurants, supermarkets, and beautiful beaches. It’s the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Dimitri. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful recommendations and always being available. Hosts like him are rare—he made a real difference in our holiday experience. The view from the property is simply breathtaking. Waking up to it each morning felt like a privilege, and the sunsets were nothing short of magical. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Dimitri, for everything—you made our stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
• Tasnim (10/5): Amazing stay . - The view was amazing . If you like privacy and quiet time then definitely the place for you . Location was 20mins from town but we hired a car organised by Demitris who was very helpful. The shower kept going hot and cold .
• Catherine (10/5): Gorgeous Sunsets in Paradise at Apricot & Sea - Very clean, fully appointed and Dimitri is awesome and attentive. One A/C struggled to keep up and the dryer doesn’t work. These are not dealbreakers just things to note as I know they will be repaired. I think the property could benefit from having some things in the rooms for guests to borrow like snorkels or flippers. A little store inside the check in area with cokes and waters would be very convenient. I would issue two towels per person because they are always wet.
• Robin (10/5): Perfect Perfect Perfect! - It was absolutely perfect! Our room had a gorgeous sea view, and was equipped with everything and more. We even got a welcome basket with wine, homemade biscuits,cheese and desserts - a very thoughtful touch! The pool was scenic and a lovely temperature. Like some others have said, the photos don’t do the place justice, as it is breathtaking when you see it in real life. We will 100% stay again. Nothing that we disliked about the property, but you definitely need a car if you’re coming here, however, if you come to Naxos without renting a car then may as well not come at all as it’s such a big island with so much to see.
• Charles (10/5): Wonderful view and accommodations and would go back in a heartbeat! - The manager was great! He communicated with us and was waiting for us upon our arrival. He was quite helpful and even helped us with some of our bags. He explained everything about the apartment and recommended several places for dinner in the area. He even looked after our clothes on the drying rack when it was windy and we were leaving for the day. The apartment was spacious and beautiful, the view was especially beautiful as well. If the weather had been a little warmer, it would have been great. But, that is of course nothing that Apricot could have controlled!!

• Danielle (10/5): Definitely choose this place for your holiday!!! - I can not recommend our stay at Apricot and Sea Luxury Villas highly enough. The view is outstanding. This was important to us and did not disappoint. The staff were fantastic. We did not expect our apartment to be serviced daily, but it was. Our host Dimitris was always ready to help, never looked harassed and helped with any need we had. Our visit was for a special occasion, and when we entered our room, we had a gift basket with wine and treats for the occasion, including a delicious cake. We loved the location. Some of the more popular beaches may be a little easier to access, but they were packed with people. We much preferred the choice of beaches around here, Mikri Vigla, Orkos, and Alyko. It was definitely quieter and more relaxing here. The accommodation is on a hill, which would be a bit of a walk without a car, but that height is what gives the outstanding views. We enjoyed a different stunning sunset looking out over Paros every night. Located approximately a 25-minute drive from the port. To be honest, whether we had stayed here or in the town area, we would recommend a car. Naxos is lovely to explore, and although there is a bus service, it is not regular. Hiring a car allowed us to tour the picturesque mountain villages (which we definitely recommend), pick whatever beaches took our fancy, and drive in and out of town easily. Only 2-3 minutes drive from 2 mini-markets and plenty of bakeries and restaurants to choose from.. The cheapest and largest supermarket is in town about a 20-minute drive away. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could want. The pool was great, also with outstanding views. The only one downside was that although the villa we were in had its own outside area, but it was a little more public than we expected, but as there were plenty of other places to choose if we wished for a little more privacy, it was never a problem. Lots of seating around the pool and in the outdoor kitchen.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. It was a short walk down the hill to a stunning beach and 10min walk to a mini grocery shop. The resident cat was gorgeous too. It was a bit too far from the main town, about 15mins drive but no problem if you had a hire car.

The room we were allocated was very spacious and the kitchen table had a welcome hamper of snacks and wine. I highly recommend staying at the property. Honestly can't think of how this could have been improved, other than perhaps offering breakfast, however the kitchen was so well equipped we ate well every day !

Most importantly Alexandra was WONDERFUL! So helpful and kind. A true asset to have at the Villas. Mould smell in the bathroom which was worked on during our stay. Subtle Leaking tap. Alexandra couldn’t get the plumber so she did the pipe change herself. Very impressive!

You are staying in an apartment fully equipped, the beach is just down the hill. A car is needed but much worthy to visit the island. And Alexandra is awesome, she helped us with everything we needed and made our stay a perfect moment. We’ll go back without an hesitation.

• Mark (10/5): - This was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. One of the best places we have stayed. Amazing views from the entire property and the rooms and balcony. Staff were great and very informative. Gave us a lot of great suggestions for the island and other islands as well. I would advise anyone coming to this island or Mykonos to have a rental car for this area or an ATV or you could be walking a ways. Taxis are not cheap on the island. Would have also been nice to get more coffee pods as there are no coffee shops close by and we only received 2 pods. We received an arrival gift basket and a gift when leaving as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our maisonette Emery had everything your are looking for during a perfect holiday stay: from a phantastic sea view, a semi private pool, which was super clean and most of the time private, to the many mindful details you can find in the appartment. On top of our beautiful experience we made, was the outstanding friendly and professional staff of Apricot & Sea. We would especially like to mention Alexandra, who was there for us from the first to the last second of our stay to make our vacation even more enjoyable. • laurette (10/5): Très bon hôtel de bon rapport qualité prix. - Nous sommes partis en couple deux jours dans cet établissement dans la suite Orkos. La suite est très bien équipée et très propre. Le lit est excellent. L'hôtel est calme. La cuisine est bien équipée. La climatisation est efficace. L'hôtesse d'accueil est disponible et nous renseigne sur tout pour que nous passions un bon voyage, restaurant, activités...La piscine est accessible au niveau supérieur, elle est partagée. La suite donne sur la terrasse d'accueil de l'hôtel. La vue est magnifique. Je vous conseille cet hôtel qui est proche de la plage d'Orkos et de Plaka.

• Andrea (10/5): Wonderful holiday - This villa is the best property we’ve stayed in - it is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. There is loads of space inside and out to spread out. The views from the terrace across the bay are beautiful and the sunsets amazing. The basket with local goodies and wine on arrival was welcome. We were met at reception on arrival and the lady gave us lots to local information about places to visit and made a restaurant reservation for us. We loved the beaches and wandering around the maze of narrow alleyways in Naxos town. We didn’t want to leave! A wonderful holiday!!
