On est allé chercher les clés dans une boutique puis 0 indications, après avoir enfin trouvé la résidence, nous avons essayé plusieurs portes sans succès, et seulement après avoir insisté pour que quelqu'un de la boutique nous aide nous avons pu entrer dans une chambre correcte pour le prix, très mal insonnorisé, le bruit des motos était fort, une odeur suspecte, et surtout aucun personnel d'accueil, d'information, rien même par message. La nuit nous avons été dérangé à de multiples reprises, des gens tentaient de rentrer dans la chambre parlaient fort après minuit. En bref. Passez votre chemin, quartier mal fréquenté, trop pénible et difficile de dormir.

Nice and affordable - El lugar esta en una zona muy conveniente, llegue caminando de la central en solo 10 min, esta cerca caminando de las principales zonas de interés. El cuarto estaba muy comodo, limpio y lo mejor es la atención se sus anfitriones, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y orientar. Incluso me permitieron gradar mi equipaje así pude disfrutar mis días en la playa sin la incomodidad e llevarme todo mi equipaje. Solo tengo cosas bonitas que decir y lo recomiendo plenamente. The location is very convenient; I walked there from the bus/train station in just 10 minutes, and it's within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the best part was the hospitality of the hosts, who were always willing to help and offer guidance. They even allowed me to storage my luggage for a few days so I could enjoy my days at the beach without the hassle of carrying everything. I have nothing but wonderful things to say and highly recommend it Necesitas una moneda de 10 ctv pára el elevador (cosas de napoles,ajeno al dueño) pero una vez ya la habitación hay ahí varias moneditas pára que las puedas usar. You need a 10cts coin in order to make the elevator work but once you check in you will find in your room a pile of coins you can use for it!!

• Dimitar (10/5): - It's practically in the heart of Naples' historic center! A truly ideal location for everything, whether visiting historic sights or enjoying delicious food. We stayed in the Blue and Pink rooms with another couple of friends. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

Posizione centrale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Spaccanapoli e da altre attrazioni. Parcheggio custodito a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze, più o meno 25 euro al giorno. Zona ben servita da bar e ristoranti.

La posizione è ottima, la struttura è vicina ad attrazioni culturali, ristoranti, bar, collocata seppur centrale in posizione strategica rispetto alla stazione. L’host è cortese e molto garbata. Mi ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli al mattino presto e di effettuare il check-out un’ora dopo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

• Norbert (6/5): Bien - Por ubicación y precio, tampoco se puede pedir mucho mas supongo. Cama grande, cómoda y con el detalle de una tetera y vasos, junto con dos aguas pequeñas. La comunicacion con el alojamiento ha sido muy fluida y rapida, aportando soluciones en todo momento ante cualquier duda. Todo bien. Calidad precio no se puede esperar mucho mas imaginamos. En nuestro caso, con el baño exterior fue algo incomodo. La puerta de la habitación tiene cierto truco para abrir y hace mucho ruido, era un poco molesto para todos los huespedes. Igual que la puerta de la entrada y las demas, las paredes son muy finas y se escucha casi todo. Si te tocan unos vecinos ruidosos no descansaras, por suerte, no fue nuestro caso. Incluir algun shampo o gel de baño creo que tambien hubiera estado bien, no había ninguno. La sabana de la habitación tenia una mancha importante, se notaba que no era de ese momento y que se habia lavado, pero queda bastante mal y poco higienico. La habitación no esta sucia, pero tampoco destaca por su limpieza… En cuanto el piso, te sorprende porque es el típico bloque donde residen los napolitanos. Primero da respeto y despues lo vees con otros ojos, no esta nada mal vivir la experiencia napolitana.

• Francesco (3/5): Per visitare Napoli è stato comodo ma non credo di tornarci - La struttura è in una ottima posizione se si vuole visitare Napoli con i mezzi poiché sono raggiungibili facilmente. Le camere sono grandi e sono dotate di balcone La struttura era abbastanza mal messa internamente, il personale era scortese. ( una mattina non abbiamo lasciato la camera alle 10 per permettere alla signora di poterlo pulire e abbiamo sentito dall’altra stanza cattiverie verso di noi dopo che lei senza nemmeno bussare ha provato ad aprire la porta che fortunatamente era chiusa a chiave)

Comunque accogliente e pulita, ho apprezzato il gusto dell'architettura e dell'arredamento. Il bagno privato si trova purtroppo all'esterno, questo risulta un pò scomodo in piena notte. Anche l'ascensore che funziona solo con 10 cent, ne eravamo sprovvisti ma alla fine abbiamo fatto le scale volentieri, così abbiamo conosciuto i vicini, molto simpatici.

Pas de personnel pour nous aider. Pas de draps dans le petit lit malgré nos relances tous les jours... La lunette des toilettes était complètement cassée. Dans notre chambre l'internet ne marchait pas. Il falait aller vers la porte ou dans le couloir pour avoir du WiFi. Le fait de devoir payer 10 centimes pour utiliser l'ascenseur n'est pas agréable. Ce n'est pas la faute de Civico Vesuvio mais pas toujours facile de trouver des pièces de 10 centimes La personne chez qui on doit chercher les clefs ne parle pas anglais et n'était pas aimable

• Szabolcs (7/5): Budget stay near center and train station - Easy communication, everything worked as agreed to pick up keys and get in. Good location, we reached everything comfortable by walking. Also liked the vibe of the whole building, it was not like staying in just another hotel.
• Alex (4/5): You get what you pay for! Better choices available for relatively little extra - I have waited a while to write this in an attempt to be balanced. The rooms were clean, the cleaning staff who let us in were helpful - but only spoke Italian The price was very good. This place is incredibly noisy. People coming and going - door slamming , thin walls , people (other guests and locals) shouting. The bathroom was very tired - the shower head did not stay up , the lights did not work in the bathroom cabinet, the bathroom cabinet was beginning to delaminate. The area is not the greatest - but perfectly safe. Public transport is quite some distance away.

• Dharmesh (4/5): A Disappointing Stay - Only location - walkable distance for bus & train. Very disappointing stay. This was the last destination of my EU Tour. Not experienced such a disappointing stay. Nobody around to take care of facilities & grievances. Owner stays far away. Connected over WA call...! No drinking water, glasses, tea/coffe provision in the room. Though room is on 3rd floor, guests staying in rooms of have to use lift, have to pay money for each usage of lift...! This is something weird...! Even kettle for hot water was full of white sedimented salt deposits. I had to clean it up myself...! Will not recommend to anyone.
• Olivieri (1/5): Da evitare - La vicinanza alla stazione. Proprietaria scortese, alla richiesta di check-in con 10 minuti di ritardo a causa di ritardo del treno ci veniva risposto che non era possibile poiché il minimarket che aveva le nostre chiavi in consegna non sarebbe rimasto aperto oltre la mezzanotte a rischio di farci rimanere per strada (parliamo di 10 minuti). Nessuna possibilità di avere un numero di telefono del minimarket per spiegare l'emergenza in quanto "non rientra nelle politiche". La cosa più snervante? La corsa effettuata dalla stazione al minimarket per recuperare le chiavi entro mezzanotte e alla domanda "fino a che ora rimani aperto?" ci veniva risposto che loro erano aperti fino all'una o addirittura l'una e mezza. Per me questa è cattiveria, comunque sconsigliatissimo.. c'è molto di meglio.

• Lucija (1/5): Terrible stay, never again! - The room was sufficiently spacious and suitable for a short stay. A shuttle service was available, which is generally convenient – however, it's important to note that it comes at an additional cost of €30. The location is terrible– we didn’t even reach the neighborhood before witnessing people fighting to the point of bleeding. There were so many unpleasant situations that we were honestly afraid to even leave the apartment. The host told us to pick up the keys at a kiosk and then find the apartment ourselves, which was very difficult. She refused to help us over the phone call to locate the building. The shower was dirty with black mold, the toilet had a very unpleasant smell, and the view from the window was of a run-down courtyard. The sound insulation was awful – we could hear everything from the neighbors. We will never come back here again.
