Noor (7/5): Good - The hotel staff was very nice they made sure to answer all my requests, the room was very quiet and it was non-smoking as I requested. It was big too. They even checked on me if I was okay after not seeing me for a night because I was on a trip The breakfast was very limited and there wasn't even coffee. The only drink available was tea. The location was very bad. It was on a shady street full of hotels looking like brothels. I do not recommend it for solo travellers. I booked it because on booking they said that it was very close to downtown but it wasn't in fact. There's no elevator too.

Aysha (8/5): Good staff and very good value - We stayed in Mersin for one night, and were initially a little concerned booking this hotel after reading mixed reviews. I’m pleased to say we needn’t have worried. We were greeted warmly despite our late night arrival at very short notice. A car parking space was provided, and our luggage helpfully taken to our rooms by the staff member at Reception. There doesn’t appear to a lift in the hotel, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The room was clean, quiet and functional, and we had a good night’s sleep. We’d booked a non-smoking double room, and received one with a double bed, and 2 singles. Free breakfast was included in the booking price. There was an adequate selection of cereal, bread, the usual Turkish cheeses, meat and salad. And a delicious soup. Staff were attentive throughout the stay.

The shower had good power and has a stall so the water does not go all over the floor like many others. The bed was comfy, air conditioning worked well which is definitely needed in Mersin. Wifi was excellent. Location was good. It was quiet at night. There are some restaurants near by and it's a block to the bus stop which is a very well run buses. See the routes on MoovIt. I would actually give it an 8.5 if I could. The bed covers were a bit ragged and could use replacement. The rooms could use a bit of touch up with repairs and paint etc.
Kirill (10/5): Exceptional - Goo place, good locatin, wited me when I arrive at night, since me flyght was delayed I has ferry to Cyprus from Mersin, but the employees who worked in the kitchen tried to convince me that my ship to Cyprus was leaving from Taşucu, although I showed them a ticket from Mersin several times

Anas (8/5): Nice place for a budget travellers - The staff were amazing and really helpful and very nice to us and always smiling. We arrived early and the amazing staff greeted us with a smile and offered us tea and made the room available to us in no time. The room is nice and decent for the money, the beds are fine and comfortable The worst thing is the location, it's far from anything you will need to walk about 20 minutes to reach anything with some life in it. Our room was on the second floor and if it was a little bit higher that would be a problem as there is no elevator. The worst thing in the whole experience was the bathroom which is very old and smelly and very cold.

Natalia (7/5): Good - An old hotel, everything is rather shabby, but it was ok to stay for one night passing through Mersin to Cappadocia. Air conditioning worked great, bed comfortable, shower ok. The staff is polite and and helpful. Outdated interiors, all rather shabby, located somewhere on the outskirts near the port.
