Guest Reviews
Expedia poco collaborativo.
- Ashley (4/5): Hard to find - I arrived early hours in the morning at 3am with no no instructions on where to find the pods or no signs up to where to go and not anything open to ask anyone spent 45 minutes walking around I did find a cafe that open up with with broken English she pointed me in the right direction. The touch screen was broken so could not turn the lights off and it was very very noisy cannot get any sleep
- Debra (6/5): - Very convenient location.
It is located in the airport so it is noisy— to be expected.
Contrary to advertising, there are no sheets. Just a torn rubber coated mattress.
- Antonia (2/5): Dont throw your money away - Dont bother wasting your money sleeping here. Neither the door or the window worked , texted them and they said there is nothing they can do and to send a complaint email but no one replied back. Hotel.com didn’t help with a refund either and told us to talk to the hotel. Trust me there would be no difference between sleeping on the floor in the airport or in this capsule.
- Baye (2/5): 0/5 Do not recommend - I could not even access the capsule. I spoke with the agent and she did not seem knowledgeable about the check in process because she kept trying to have me troubleshoot in ways that were not even possible with the system. She tried to change the check in phone number and it still did not work. Eventually, she told me to just "walk away and try again later". I ended up having to go to a totally different hotel. I contacted Hotels.com for a refund and it was denied because they state that the hotel doesn't have record of me calling them for assistance. I have now emailed the hotel with a screenshot of the WhatsApp phone call record. Hotels.com unhelpfully explained it was a nonrefundable reservation - but in that case I expect to be able to actually access the capsule. Save yourself the effort and lost money, pay a little more for a professional hotel near the airport, not the capsule.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not recommend at all! - The hotel is self check in. No staff there. I encountered the password issues and the help desk hotline is not 24/7 that I only could stay in the airport without rest. I left message in the official website and no one answer yet. The check in time start at 8 pm, when I found there was no way I could sleep in the hotel it was too late for me to go back city to find the alternative!
- Dani (6/5): Practic but noisy - It's really practic and good idea this kind of places inside the airport, but in Malpensa is put in a wrong place: noisy, with people messing around during all the night, and also speaking close to your capsule and It's not insonoritzate. Positive thing, is to have a Whatsapp number to resolve your check-in problems.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Complicated check-in and noisy but decent sleep - You need your phone number to check-in through a screen... but it did not work! The "hotel" doesn't have after-hour customer service, so I ended up calling hotels.com which told me to use a different phone number (never heard before!) as a chek-in code. Why wasn't this included in the confermation email?
Moreover: decent hotel pod in a noisy point at the airport (close to the bathroom), and no noise insulation.
- Luis (2/5): PESIMA ELECCION - Fatal. Ubicación bulliciosa, fue imposible dormir. Calor excesivo dentro de la cápsula. No lo recomiendo a nadie.
- Giorgio (6/5): - I stayed twice in a few days. After the first visit I reported some issues. The main one being that the roof panel did not close when I selected that. This means the there was nothing to stop/reduce noise or shut out the light in the terminal building. I received no reply to my report and was allocated the same unit (number 3) the next time and no repairs had been made. There is no pillow just a slight rise in the mattress level where the head goes and I had to use a towel to sleep on. There are no covers and no control of the temperature which is the ambient temperature of the terminal building. I did not realise the Terminals were so far apart and required a bus transfer. There are no signs in the terminal to find the units and a check-out time of 08:00 is too early.
- Fredrick (8/5): convenient, inexpensive, basic accommodations - Great option for those with an early morning flight. Accommodations
are minimal, but sufficient. Location was right next to a public
toilet, so relatively convenient. Ear plugs recommended as you have
the background airport noise. CHECK-IN was a bit cryptic. You'll need
the phone number the reservation was booked with (without the country
code, i.e. 10 digits for US numbers) and this will be your code for
entry and exit. I had to try two "cabins" before I was able to
Check-in, and the error messages were not very helpful. There is 24/7
phone support available (I got in without using that), so while I
would recommend ZZZleepandGo in general, you need to be able/prepared
to call phone support. [The airport has free wifi, so you can phone if
your phone supports e.g., Skype or similar.]
- Marcia (6/5): Pack your pillow and blanket. - Wish there was a blanket!
- James (8/5): Very hard mattress and lack of pillow - The pillow was non existent and the ventilation was not good...warm temp
- Verified traveler (10/5): To save money if you travel solo or with close fi - Was last minute option and did work great
